I called Payoneer customer service to ask if I can receive money from any type of Payoneer account and what kind of information does the sender of money see about me the recipient.
I got Chris as my support, who was awesome!
He answered both questions quickly, politely and he kindly asked me to verify some information before he did that.

One of the worst online payment processing site. Please do not waste time. I got payment, and then wanted to transfer someone, and it says i need to load money to send.;. While i have already 80$ in it. What worst it can be? And now when we have requested refund, its more than 2 weeks and no reply..

Generally, Payoneer is first-rate and everyone in the business here uses it for either business or personal payments it is also a hassle-free route to receive payments worldwide in multiple currencies. The only fault I can think of is if you hit a compliance issue anywhere it can all drag on a bit other than that it's all good.

It's taken a while to get used to this service and learn about the forex charges, but the sheer convenience is incredible. I am able to be paid into a local USD and GBP account, which is where my overseas clients are based without waiting lengthy periods for international transfers and making it incredibly easy for them to pay me. Then, to be able to transfer the funds into my local bank account or keep them in forex on my card is also incredibly helpful. I have found that I need to be careful with the charges on the card when out of that currency zone, but that's been part of the learning curve.

Apart from the absurd fees of up to 3% (there are much cheaper services out there), they randomly hold up your payments with no warning. Sometimes you will get flagged for a "review" - despite your payments being normal and regular - which will hold up your money for an extended period. The way they do this is extremely unprofessional with little concern for their customers. There is no recourse; you simply have to wait while your money is frozen.

Payoneer is so far the best among other online payment methods.It is easy to use and is acceptable in almost every country and on any ATM machine that accepts Master card. I am from Rwanda and I have been using Payoneer for over two years now and during all this time I have never been disappointed. I would really recommend it to anyone in Africa to try it and thank me later.

I had to talk to a really nice employee to solve the problem, but pay like 40 dollars to get my card shipped with tracking number, Ive lost a lot of money in maintenance for the account, waiting almost a year for my card to come in normal shipping. Angry with Payoneer, thankful to the employees.
I can wait for an answer or something from the people managing the prepaid cards cos Ive been working for free. ANGRY

I am in the midst of setting up my account and the documents i was submitting kept being rejected, either for clarity reasons (not that they were unreadable at all because I checked) or because the picture was fuzzy? I submitted three different documents and hopefully they should suffice.
Plus is that you have customer support that responds to calls and and clear any doubts. I was assured that this time the ID I submitted is enough to verify my identity.

On sending email to customer support they always respond at end of the week(Friday), on replying by customer you can expect further response at end of the next week. I just experienced it again however it's not for first time for me and my friends...

Payoneer is one the worst service provider, don't use it they just take annual fee and no one there to resolve your issues which are created by Payoneer. Keep asking for ID and holding your payment for weeks.

Great overall.
This is paying platform which is very easy to handle.
To bad cause local bank had such bad currency conversion commision, and make it senseless the money withdrawal on ATM machines, but nevertheless this is great way to receive payment for your services.

I called in not sure how to really express what I needed. The CSR was patient and understanding and provided exemplary service. Some of the info I got today, I didn't even realize I would eventually need and she offered it. That saved me time in having to call back when I got to that point of my transactions.
