Payoneer customer care makes sure u helped with the best possible resources. I had a huge challenge with uploading my documents and couldnt receive any payments. But they assisted me swiftly with remarkable outcome.

Payoneer has unjustly frozen my business account and withheld my funds, causing severe financial and operational harm. This is not only unethical but a blatant violation of U.S. financial regulations, banking laws, and consumer protection laws.

I want to confirm that my eBay and Payoneer accounts are connected. After providing my ID for Payoneer, the response was clear, and I understood that my eBay account is responsible for the connection.

Not good I made 2 international payments in October 2024 to my developers and both payments disappeared into thin air. When calling customer service they could not see any history of transactions even though I sent screenshots of the payments being processed. Only today 14th February 2025, 4 months later have Payoneer located my lost payment a now I am waiting for the funds to arrive back in my account. This is outrageous and something that needs to be properly investigated and addressed.

She kindly explained explained everything to me at Payoneer- solved my issue and guided me - Helped me understand, was patience -unhurried. Gave time. There was no waiting time when I called, call was answered promptly.

Had my worst experience, I spent months! I lost hours and money trying to make this account work, trying to verify my address and identity so I was able to withdraw. They made me leave home several times to gather documents they would never approve anyway, print them, scan them, they even received my rental agreement with all my personal information, off course with no resolution. This company should definitely be audited. Use PayPal instead, it's fast, reliable, easy, transparent.

I do not like the fact that this has happened just because of reviews happening. No email about the reviews was sent at all to inform me. I'm disappointed.
