I'm Creatuve Director, at CG Studios Nigeria. Pioneer, through it's global payment has made it quite easy to receive from company all over the world. But, the only exception is that I can't receive from individuals. Which led me wishing of an upgrade on an individual transfer instead of just corporate or registered companies.

Payoneer offer $25 or $50 bonus to your account when you receive 100 dollars or more over time in your account. Except this bonus money never appears. I have contacted customer support via chat 10 times each one 'escalates the issue' and promises it will be in my account the following day.
What a surprise, IT NEVER COMES! Their customer service is a joke often takes 3 weeks for a reply and they only send generic cut and paste replies and dont even read previous emails, online chat you can wait 3 hours to talk to someone and when you get to next in line a message appears saying 'sorry, we are busy, too bad' and drops you from the queue... this company hides the fact they charge you $25 USD for activating your card, the website links mostly all lead to 404 errors, what kind of shonky company has lots of their links going to 404's... no matter what you do, do not use Payoneer.com for anything... its a joke and one huge scam!

I cannot believe how quickly, professionally and politely Payoneer took care of my very complicated and multiple issues. Outstanding representative that went beyond in every way. I have been connected to Payoneer through my business for two years and rarely have problems, but when I do, they resolve, and resolve correctly and promptly. I am sold!

I've read really horrific stories of people losing a large fund to Payoneer, and after reading the content of a customer service chat. I've gotten enough to draw my own conclusion, and I can't take Payoneer at their word if they treat their customers like $#*! and can't even reply appropriately, incorrect and decent English. Heck typing correctly wasn't a concerned in that conversation, which you should be able to find at the bottom of this page.
So I'm going to try elsewhere, better now than when it's too late and my money is jumping between banks in Poland.

Despite emails and attempts to resolve my issue via the website, I got no response, and its very unclear. The normal phone customer care is not functioning. I had to call the emergency number for stolen card to talk to a human. It's a shocking level of bad service for a large company such as this.

Since 3 years i'm using Payoneer Debitcard and their Virtual banking service. Of course their transaction fee and service charges really affordable than any other local banks. But They are taking too much time to respond their customer questions. Better they should appoint more frontline support center officers to resolve this delay issues.

Just in one day, This company managed to get over $20 some from me. I get there are fees but NEVER had a card take this much money! I know the $12 activation fee. Fine, whatever. Then $3 maintenance fee. Transfer fee, Withdrew money out of the bank twice that was a 4.95 fee, both times. Then odd other fees that I'm not even sure why?! All added up to about 26 close to 30$ when looking at my transactions! That's really crazy to me! Even If I go and take all my money out next payday, I'll still be charged the mantience fee, transfer fee plus the 4.95 to take it out of the bank. An god knows what else!
Total rip. I hope our company switches they are making a nice profit from their employees!

Payoneer doesn't deserve to have any star rating. Customer service sucks... payment process is very poor. I am supposed to be receiving money from an employer, employer already got a payment processed notification on his end... but idon't receive any on my end. I personally think they use the money for their own benefit first, before any of us, hardworking online workers even get hold of our much-deserved wages.

It is with help of Payoneer that I have been able to take my software development skills to a whole new level. Let me explain why. Most cloud services ask for credit card information before they let you in. It's virtually impossible to get international credit cards in my country. Until a year ago I had no way to create developer accounts for aws, microsoft azure, chrome webstore or google playstore. Limited access to application deployment platforms stood as a roadblock on my way to becoming a professional software engineer. As a result, my ability to get high quality freelancing jobs was limited. That all changed once I got payoneer mastercard. Thanks Payoneer!

I strongly believe that payonner is just another group of scammers in this present generation. I opened an account with them two months ago and after i got a payment from a client, payonner held up my money and kept on asking me to verify my identity.
Kindly stay away from them if you don't wanna loose your hard earn money cos their customer support wont even be there to help you.

I was using the banks wire-transfer from the last 5 years. This month i have tried payonner for my payment transfer. Payoneer sent me email on 4th Jan that we have received your payment and it will be transfer in your bank account within 3-5 business days. Its almost one month passed they dont know the status of payment. Where it has gone. I am keep on sending emails, live chat and phone calls but no satisfactory reply. I am really worried about my payment. As its more than $ 5000.

I was not really good at English cause its not my native language. But the representative understood the problem and repeated some topic couple of times. Most of the time i used the live chat option to solve my questions but this time over call i was afraid a lot. But she solved my problem so easily.
So if anyone is afraid like me, don't worries at all. They are too good to help you and solve your problem.

I opened a new account and immediately found out many issues. You cannot get paid by individuals. The ACH transfers sometimes require physical address of the bank, which Payoneer doesn't have.
The most crazy thing - you open an account, fill it with money, but you are not able to send it to anyone. I contacted the support, which took 1 hour waiting in the live chat queue to be told, they will have a look.
Comparred to TransferWise this is extremely limited poor service. So, I will most likely use it only for a single transaction and deactivate.

Payoneer disabled my USD balance with $5311 inside for the past 3 weeks, I'm yet to receive any update from them. I have been calling with $20 everyday and yet they would said, we are going to contact you. I'm frustrated, because my clients wrote negative reviews about me on all social medias and also my freelancing accounts with is my major source of income has been blocked due to clients anger which led to contacting fiverr and upwork that I haven't finish der project. I'm in pains, I can't login to my social media accounts. Clients tagging me as scammer. This is really frustrating

As stated above, i waited 30 mins for a livechat help representative. I then got told after 30 minis my chat had been cancelled with no explanation. Then to add insult to injury i rang their helpline just to wait 20 mins and then be sent to leave a message. As i start leaving a message less than a 20 seconds in, it cuts my dead off!
They claim they need all this info before they can release my funds but we all know well and good that these types of companies are never giving you your money back. All the good ratings on here are done by themselves, dont be fooled.
Absolute joke of a company, also dont like that they are actually in israel and claim they are in new york. Disgusting. Im not even happy to rate these jokers a 1.

I was encouraged to choose Payoneer as my payment method as many have said that is cheaper and more convenient than PayPal.
TLDR: inconvenient wait times for account approval. Excellent customer service.
Despite creating an account over a month ago and submitted verifying documents, my account had not been approved. I contacted customer support and was treated with very polite and professional service. The representative clarified the problem and explained every step of the process. I was informed that it should take 3-5 business days and that they would keep me updated.

Well first of all in Turkey many people using payoneer and calling customer service is so pricey. Why you didnt have a Turkey customer service number?! You should think about it. The person I talked with very kind and clear but she cant help me because of payoneer system. Waiting for a digital transfer 5 days! This is nonsense. You should check your policies again. You're already making enough deductions when transmitting money. So system have to work much faster than this.
