My first time to withdraw from payoneer turned out as the worst experience I've ever had with online banking, I know i have not forgotten my payoneer account password, but i keep on coming up witn an invalid password response, until i got locked out, had emailed/posted payoneer customer care and the community forum but haven't got any response from them, I wonder where we can file a formal complaint to actually speed up the responses, anyone knows what is the governing agency for online banks? Like the usual banking institutions are normally governed by central banks

I received a payment of $182 from my client and they take more than 7 days but didn't approve it. They waste our time and asked for a lot of things, email correspondence, photo of me with ID documents, and other documents we don't understand what it is, they started to bother my client with the same request. Obviously, my client was frustrated because as he said he has never seen this just for a small payment. Now I cannot send payment request to this client. Payoneer didn't help, they just wasted my time and didn't process payment, When I contacted them they say all good your payment will be processed, but they didn't. Now I have to pay for my bills with late fees! Thank you Payoneer!

I wish my account can be reinstated. Whatever issue they have with me can be resolved. If they want verification and doubt my documents why not video call me and compare my face with the documents. Its just unfair to conclude without facts. I am here and I am willing to sort things out with this company.

What is happening guys? My first time of using payoneer and somehow the payment sent to me was never received in the system of Payoneer... this never happened to me with Paypal... I am really disappointed that I trusted your services...
Its been weeks now and that money has not reached my account yet? Stop scamming your subscribers. They're the blood of your company- and if they are not satisfied, you are good as gone.
Are you seriously presenting this against paypal's solid service? Common'... you could do better than this... I've checked and so many ridiculous reviews prove that you are incapable of handling the promises you present in your website...

please be aware and know the truth about the money service you are going to use- it's your hard-earned money- these money services should respect your efforts and not scam you....

I sent in the details such as passport, proof of this and that... All fine. Then they just stop replying. I follow up - no replies. No reason for it, I have no payment problems, just need an easy to use payment system in USD. But no, not even a "we're sorry, blabla". Wasted my time and money with this BS. When I see how they steal from customers, I'm glad I didn't get this.
Get a real bank account instead!

Im an old-school person and believed that transferring funds was to be done only and always through a bank. Payoneer is quick, convenient and secure. No longer am I concerned in any way about making transactions with through their services. If you arent using Payoneer yet, you should be.

Their service is so crappy and I can't seem to get a seamlessly flowing transaction with Payoneer. I have to reach out to customer support everytime I am to receive money for it to show up in my account. Their service is not true to it's mission and it's affecting customers greatly. Plus the reps can't even provide proper assistance at 1st contact. Is like they are stuck to a script rather than addressing the issue at hand. 1 out of 10 times I happen to get my transfer without an issue and their time limit is crazy! Very poor service and I wouldn't recommend Payoneer to anyone. Choose Xoom or Wise instead!

I have just opened my payoneer account before i was receiving my payments in my local bank account they stupid were call me every time to fulfill their $#*!ing requirement, they were always ask many questions in suspicious way, after opening payoneer account first my Bank Charges will safe my time will safe, and i will get more currency conversion rate. Regarding their customer service that's awesome if their is long Que they also provide call back service themselves as soon as they free, i really appreciate Payoneer for providing such a great service.

It is a good payment service.
However, they need to improve on their customer support. They are slow in responding to issues raised by the clients. Money is sent to you, you wait for the standard waiting time. When that lapses they ask for some documents. You provide those and then have to wait days for verification of those. Then they ask for more...
The social media teams are the most unreliable.

Bank Payoneer was a favorite for me, but when the bank started taking large commissions, it started to stop after transactions through it, and my big problem with the bank is that they took my money and did not want to send it to me, so I warn everyone against dealing with them.
I requested to withdraw money to my bank account, and 8 days passed and nothing was sent to my account, and when I contact support, he just lies to me and says false dates, and there is no reason for the money to stop arriving, but I do not know why the delay and the lie

In the middle of the Corona crisis, they withhold my money for ID verification. No notice, no forewarning. Just no payment.
When I phoned them, they could not care less.
Upon review, my ID was verified 9 months ago.
I still don't have my money.

So I was having an issue regarding my payoneer card order. I called at Payoneer's int number and Ms Wendy picked up the phone. She was super professional and polite. She listened to my problem and resolved it within less than a minute. I am very pleased and super happy.

It's better use registered mail instead of normal mail to send Payoneer card, and assign post office send to local Community management center instead of mail box, so that appliers can follow where their card is before it
Arrive.
I suggest Payoneer company to set Mandarin in language bar for us(Taiwan), and set local worker here, so that will be more easier to do business, also bring us more convenience to join. Because we have different government, political strategy, and culture development in history from China.

I've been able to move forward in my life thanks to Payoneer, you guys provided me a way to charge my clients, save money and expend it whenever I need to.
The struggle in Venezuela is tremendous and we basically don't have financial tools, the official currency is almost nonexistent, and Payoneer is filling that gap in our needs. Without Payoneer I would have had to emigrate years ago.

Because my account balance was under $500 I was not able to get a new card when mine expired and thus they blocked my money for months until I received a new payment which is impossible.
The system with mutilple Pass codes and Pin codes that can't be personalized or changed is so not customer friendly
The statements don't provide links or information about the purchases made. I have found purchases on my card and am unable to see what they were and even after a lengthy call to the Philippines which will probably cost me a fortune)with a customer service rep, she was not able to help me either.

Tech support doesn't understand what is happening, I had to contact them 7 times over email, 3 over the phone and still problem wasn't fixed, as far as exchange rate they dont care for the "official" rates and give you whatever they want even when they are taking a percentage of the money that you get.

Payoneer is fine so long as you don't have any problems, but they have the work customer service I have ever encountered. Days and days of waiting to get urgent issues resolved. This is not a temporary glitch, it is a long standing problem.

My experience with representatives was great they are best but they delay your payment incense of payment verification they will take 5 to 7 days to clear it up or sometimes they cancel the transactions if they fix this issue people will recommend more
