Apart from being a little frustrated with the utility bill verification after sending three utility bills I had to make a phone call which was excellent everything was taken care of. Apart from that little draw back I can still give them a five star the company has been good to me.

I don't prefer to use any ordinary transfer service like Payoneer but my client in south america prefer to get money through and I said I don't mind. Sent money from US to Colombia and already 12 days but nothing happen. Money hasn't withdraw from my US account and so client hasn't got anything and so he is not going to start my urgent work.
And yes as a sender you can't contact after hour.
I used this service first time and I can tell this is worst service professional company should not use.

I had a very uncomfortable situation trying to recover my Payoneer Virtual Card details
And tried chat and also the contact number to no avail, submitted an email. And luckily at the last minute, I was able to communicate effectively and efficiently with a Customer Care Rep. Who was very eager to resolve my issue and demonstrate knowledge, and was very confident. He was able to solve my issue in a timely manner, for which I am very grateful.

Trouble for your account to get paid even if it's from local banks. I wanted to activate my account to send my money to another payoneer and couldn't until I meet set parameters which I don't understand as it is my money and not yours. Systems doesn't allow more then one document to be sent and without calling or chatting, issues never get resolved other wise. Hope there is some change as it will not benefit me but the company and the people who relay on your services to get paid from abroad.

Worst ever experience I faced with Payoneer last week. I couldn't able to receive money from the company I work. When I contacted the customer support, they said that my client's account is inactive. When I asked my client, he said he could pay everyone except me. He couldn't find my account. It has been since 5 days after filing a complaint. Till now no response from Payoneer. They can spit on them for having a worthless customer support. Don't they know to check what's wrong and solve it?

I have been a client of this company for more than four years. The way my issue has been handled with having settings changed on my account has been absolutely disappointing. I used to be able to send USD funds to another Payoneer account holder but the function was removed for no reason, leaving me with the GBP and EUR functions only. That means I have to convert my USD currency before sending it out and I am charged for that. When I asked for this feature to be reactivated, Payoneer gave me all sorts of stories and I still haven't gotten any assistance or a satisfactory answer. I also can't lodge a formal complaint with them as they don't fulfill things they say they will or just ignore emails altogether. A colleague who queried the same issue was able to get immediate assistance and the feature was reinstated immediately after a brief conversation on Twitter, however, my problem has been ignored.

People be careful! They are blocking accounts based on ip.If u and other person are logging in from the same ip, they will block your account with no explanation.We had to figure out for ourselves where is the bug, cuz Payoneer don t know how to do their jobs, and don t know to ask for security informations if they think that is a fraudulent log in. They only block your account and your funds. Payoneer, your anti-fraud algorithm is very stupid... and i am asking myself what is happening with our personal info after this blocking? Why is soo soo hard to do your job Payoneer? Here at Jabber you say you are sorry and you wanna help, but you never solve any problems that we, your customers have. How many of blocked accounts you gave back? None!

I've been with Payoneer for over 4 years now. If it wasn't for them, it would be very difficult for me to receive payments from Upwork. You have an option to order a Master Card from them that is linked to your Payoneer balance. Any ATM works for withdrawing money from your card/account. Excellent phone, email and chat support. IT, Security and other departments are also doing a great job. It's very noticeable.

My company recently switched from ADP to payoneer, and let me say this is not a good experience. They give you a 5 day processing fee which eliminates the whole idea of direct deposit. It's basically like waiting on a check but not as secure.
A lot of people rely on getting paid on the 1st because of rent/mortgage, bills and feeding their family.
I feel like my company shouldn't use this company because it's very stressful for the employees.

I was facing some issues with my Payoneer account. After sharing my problem with local expert Payoneer user they suggest me to call customer care.
It was bit of waiting to get me through an agent but I am happy and satisfied with customer care agent's support.
My suggestion is that if anyone face any problem with you Payoneer account don't hesitate to call customer care they are friendly and respective to their customer support.

The service provided by Payoneer is pretty nice, with relatively low fees. However, the site's structure is a bit hard to understand, and you can get lost in it. I could say it's not intuitive at all. The customer support portal is provided by custhelp.com, which makes it very buggy and not user-friendly. The waiting times for the live chat support are ridiculous. (2 hours)

I am using Payoneer from last 10 years and I love the service due to its wide range of variety and professional staff. One thing I dont really like is they hold payment some times and takes lot to release which they need to confirm fast and release earlier.

I regret ever signing up to Payoneer. There support is terrible. They keep losing payments. I've waited a month now for them to refund £500. Support is a joke, staff keep contradicting each other, I can't get any straight answers.

So my card was stolen by Pakistani customs officials and several transactions took place which i was unaware. Called the Payoneer customer support and they helped me get my money back and order a new card.

I was given $5 to my account and before I could even use it because of outrageous fees I was left with $1. Then I find out that using that $1 will results in another $2 feet for using it. So in other words, I could never spend any of the money. Horrible was to take advantage of your customer base by stealing their money. This is a true story too, I wouldn't recommend this method of payment to anyone unless you feel like giving them most of your money.
