I have a very fascinating experience with Payoneer to resolve my Billing Issue. Initially, I was bit angry about the delay and cancel payment but Payoneer customer support team resolved my issue when I talked with them. I really appreciate their professional and cordial response. I hope Payoneer will continue such support to all other account holders and fix their problem.

Called customer service because I changed my number and forgot to update my info. My call was answered quickly and the rep, Anna was quick to give a solution. Put me on hold, set expectation that she will for a minute ir 2 but was back in less than a minute. Her instructions are clear. Now just waiting for an email ti be able to update my info. Thabk you!

I would like to cancel my payment. After the first call told me that will reach me back in 3 days' business hour. But no even a phone call received. I called again then the team said there is a system error, need to wait for 4 hours. But still no callback. Until now I have 60$ that would like to cancel Please don't choose this platform, terrible and horrible.

At some point in the past, Payoneer was the only way I could get my freelancing money, wire transfer was an option but it would cost me a lot of money to do that. I got Payoneer card and I could withdraw anywhere. Up until today, I still withdraw through Payoneer and I am planning to use it to make purchases and save money! The best thing is that Payoneer is constantly upgrading, most recently, there is the Digital Card to make purchases, it sounds appealing to me and I am considering it.
I would say Payoneer customer service excels as well, I don't remember a single time my issue was not resolved, nor delayed, nor ignored nor I had to contact them a thousand times to resolve. It is either resolved on the spot or within a few days because there is a process to follow. I am grateful to Payoneer, rather our family is, father and brother withdrew from their funding sources to my Payoneer account. Payoneer helped an entire family here. Thank you

I'm using payoneer since 2009 and they had a very good quality of service. But for 2 months now, they are causing me a lot of problem.
1 - Every time I try to chat for customer support, it says it's unavailable due to high volume of request. Why not hire more agent to respond for clients?
2- I'm having "Information missing, please contact customer support" message on my loadlist page. I contacted customer support by phone and the woman told me to wait: payoneer will send you a reply she said. But I never got this reply. Only a true lie from the agent. I never got the money.
3 - Now, I'm having this message again for a new load and I don't know if payoneer will take a look at it.
4 - Now it takes days to approve loads and
I don't trust Payoneer anymore. I have much debt because of it as my money often does not arrive at time.
Sorry Payoneer, I give you ONE star.

It is the best service for international E-commerce business. If not Payoneer I don't think there would be a way for me to start it, since my country banking system isn't suitable/possible for online business.

You'll basically be doing the same thing everyday. Talking to customers with similar problems in an endless string of calls lasting all day. They'll want you to also write emails all day when you're not on call but its hard when it gets interrupted by constant calls. Not too much micromanaging but it can be annoying.

I tried various methods for receiving the payment but I found Payoneer to be the best service for almost all sort of needs. The cherry on top is that the sender need not have an account on Payoneer. You get a virtual bank account in the sender's country, and that is pretty awesome. Also, the exchange rates are better than all the services I tried before Payoneer.

What they do should/must be illegal. They keep cancelling your account which means you can't access your money. They work with a tiny American bank that opens a bank account for you but then Payoneer simply keeps your money. I think they purposely delay all the processes simply to keep hundreds of clients funds in their credit... how can a financial company be allowed to do that?!

I guess the normal way of problemsolving is a official payoneer customer service (live chat - what never works - e-mail, telephone, so on.) not here.

I was frustrated because it took too long before I could get a reply after contacting the customer care via email. However, the calling experience was better - the customer care representatives are polite and helpful. Though my issues isn't resolved yet, I hope it will soon.

Payoneer is holding my money. They asked a lot of confidential information - contracts from clients, original correspondence, invoices, etc. I asked them to refund my money back to my client but they just shrugged it off and just kept on asking for more confidential information. I'm not into writing reviews but I just want to warn freelancers out there to think first and read more reviews before using Payoneer.

Love the response from payoneer... They even called me back when my credit ran out. They were very helpful towards my questions. I strongly recommend payoneer to everyone who wants a master card to shop with online or who wants to get paid from other companies.

I am really shocked how 6523, 54 can just disappear. Amazon paid as usual punctual, but it was never credited on the payoneer account.
I contacted the customer care and they asked me all kind of Screenshots and informations. Then after they replied that they can only investigate if I send them a full screenshot from amazon of the transaction. Of course is this very easy to get from such a small company as amazon. It is nearly impossible.
I am very desparate that the 6523, 54 are lost and I will never see them again :(

I had a bad experience with Payoneer as I am facing issues in the verification process and transactions. There should be help for the people of different countries to work and withdraw money from Payoneer with convenience lengthy and tough process are just a time waste.
