Getting approved on this account is a tortuous experience. The customer message center on the site does not communicate if there is a problem with your paperwork. It just says your account will be reviewed over the next several business days. Several business days? And they don't send you emails to your email account either. The only way you'd know if there was a paperwork issue is if you call customer service AND are lucky enough to get a live agent. Thank God for Navila who helped me work through the paperwork process.

A few days ago, I tried to attach my local bank account for two times to my Payoneer account. Rather than the confirmation email, I got an email from Payoneer "We regret to inform you that you can no longer receive payments to your Payoneer account, due to a
Violation of Payoneer's Terms & Conditions.".
Reply from Payoneer:
1: Your request to add a new withdrawal method is under review
2: Thank you for providing this document. We sent it to the relevant department in order for us to try manually to add these bank details.
3: Alert: You Can No Longer Get Paid via Payoneer
Is it a violation of adding the local bank accounts to Payoneer accounts?
I've contacted Customer support like 2,3 times, but didn't get any response. And my requests shown as resolved automatically. Now, the Payoneer account team is refused to solve my problem. My account isn't blocked yet. They are not opening my account nor they are closing!

Payoneer.com steal your money by blocking your card and do not respond to customers' email to timely. Really payoneer does not worth at least 0.01 cent. I recommend do not waste your time working with payoneer. They really stupid people do not give you good customer support. I had $456.22 in my payoneer account they blocked my card for some unauthorized transactions now my card is blocked. When I contact them they are silent not responding to my email. Sometimes live chat is always offline. This is gonna be big scam website in future so beware.

As a freelancer I am using payoneer. But I have tried so many times to approve my documents. But It's not approved because of my documents are in Bangali language. They are taking long time checking after that they are rejecting showing any issue. I am tired uploading documents.
I think you should increase your members in approval department from all countries.

Poor is how I would describe my experience with you. To think, this is my first time using payoneer. I had to wait for 4 days to get my first pay: there is process I understand. But to set a $50 minimum amount for withdrawal? Come on guys! You can do better than that! Not all freelancers like me can get more than $50 a week. Are you saying we will have to wait for the next pay out so we can meet the requirements before we are able to eat?!

Its clear what Payoneer have started doing. They are turning to PayPal tactics to increase there profits.
The main way Payoneer makes money is by investing your money just like a bank. To increase profits they put payments under review and hold payments. The longer your money is sitting in your Payoneer account the more money they can make, By reviewing payments "for your own security" and "to protect you" they increase the profits by a huge margin.
If they feel as though they have not made there monthly quota they Block/Ban your account and seize your money. Its exactly what PayPal does. These companies work like banks but are not held to Banking regulations which enables them to review payments and seize your cash anytime they please.
Even the banks will take your money when the market crashes just like they have in the past. The only way to make sure your money is secure is by stuffing it in your mattress and keeping a gun under the pillow.

I opened up an account many years ago. I was able to connect it to PayPal to receive payments for freelance work I do. Payoneer always had the possibility of making direct payments to other Payoneer accounts without any cost, and these were immediate. Last week I tried to do this same exact thing, and all of a sudden I get an error within the app. After spending a lot of time chatting with customer service, they let me know that the policies & permissions regarding my account had changed, and that I was no longer able to do this! I was never notified of this, and now I am having serious issues to move and withdraw the money from this account due to this situation. They have violated the agreement I signed when I opened the account.

It has taken many frustrating months to get to a point where I feel that I am getting somewhere with sorting out my problem, which was that I couldn't access my account due to a change of email address. Eventually, I spoke to a very nice lady who asked me some security questions and has sent me an email whereby I can update my details. This could have been done months ago, saving a lot of stress.

I use prepaid payoneer mastercard to receive my payments from Airbnb. I think it is a very good way to get paid and you can let the funds build up or use them as needed, no hastle, just make sure you have money there before you use it!

Can never get through to your Customer Service.

It takes a WEEK to get your money from the moment of being paid. Withdrawal team "doesn't work on Fridays", so to get your money to your bank account you have to wait several more days, ridiculous.
UPDATE. After my complaint the money was transferred immediately. Will change to a positive review if I don't get these kinds of delays in the nearest future, because otherwise the service is OK.

Please note that if your bank account details are correct, it usually takes 2-5 business days for the funds to reach your bank account. As you mention, withdrawals requested on Friday or Saturday, usually get processed by Sunday or latest Monday as Banks only work on business days excluding weekends and public holidays.

I have an awful experience with Payoneer as there customer service representative is completely lacking in any form of customer service. I have a business account for which I have provided them with all of the verifications they needed and in the end, they said we are unable to process your transactions as your business is not recognized by Payoneer which is cheap and mischievous behavior obviously. If there was a negative review I would have loved to rate them that way because with this experience of mine they deserve it.

I completed work for a company that uses payoneer to pay their consultants, totaling more than $1500. 00 waiting to be paid to me, Payoneer will not approve my account to receive this payment and I have sent so much paperwork and documentation to them to prove that I am me. Every single thing they asked for I sent into this company only to be denied over and over again. I was requested to send the same stuff again many times. I even got a new social security card because they kept denying my original. Now after months of going through this they deny my account and close it completely with no chance of getting paid now. I worked hard for this money and every time I call to speak to someone and ask them for headquarters information or someone above their department, they do not give me anything other than the same response of - you will receive an email. I am going to send a letter to the Attorney Generals office and the CEO of the company. This is not fair.

I've used Payoneer for 4 years and it hasn't become a user-friendly service. Very helpless support, overall, the support center is slow and unqualified, My account was blocked, after that, I unblocked it and then it was blocked again due to my another account which I asked to delete and unlink from me because I didn't use it. Also, they can send an email to you and even don't track whether it arrives. One time I called support and they said we sent an email 2 weeks ago, but I didn't receive this letter, and nobody controlled l it. You can get absolutely different feedback for the same issue from different support workers. Payoneer takes 2% for transactions, but even can't spend some time and money for better user support. I definitely do not recommend you to use this service and I recommend for Payoneer to integrate a good CX/CS system, you will be surprised by responses from your customers.
