I initiated a bank withdrawal on the 7th of December, till date, I'm yet to get a definite response as to where my money is or when I would receive my funds. The only response I've gotten consistently is they're investigating with their partner bank and would provide me with a proof of withdrawal. I understand Payoneer is not a bank, but I can't understand why it would take more than 2 weeks to resolve a withdrawal issue. I'm totally dissatisfied with the service rendered! With the fees they charge, I expect better!

To get my funds released, I needed to complete a simple online form. Customer support gave me a couple of instructions to proceed with, but we finally found out that the problem wasn't on my end, but it was rather a system glitch. I was even suggested to send the form on an email to speed things up. The issue was solved in less than one hour!

I've placed order for my Payoneer card since June 20th and it's now August 5th and I still have not received my card. I was able to speak with a customer service rep who gave me another option of sending the funds to my bank account, which I was not aware of. I did my withdrawal and I'm now awaiting email to confirm when funds will be available in my bank account. She was so much help and guided me through everything.

I have requested few payment through Payoneer and 2 Out of which was paid and status showing it will reflect in your account after 2 days. And Then I had shipped goods and suddenly after 2 days What I saw that payment declined and I had contacted customer and asked him about it and he said that his card charged already and nothing returned back to his card.
No one know where is my money and payoneer support is not responding.
They are cheating peoples daily, We need to file complaint and shut this $#*! bussiness asap.

Payoneer make fraud every day. They target you when you get a new card, then you paid and active it. After 1 year when you successful paid fee renew your account... after few day you can see you account will be blocked. When you ask them, why block my account? They are replay you, you application under review & take your time minimum 15 days. After they answer, we can't account back to you. If you ask them what is specific reason for account block? They can tell you, we can't tell about that specific reason. All over the world daily they can 1000++ account block by this way and earn $ *******++... so keep safe and use another company for payment receive option.

I was worried about my fund transfer because until now it's not showing in my bank account. I called the bank and told me that it will take 5 to 6 business days and my worries are still there. So what I did, I called Payoneer customer care instead to confirm my pending fund transfer. And glad that the customer service I spoke with is very accommodating and knowledgeable in the services that they're offering. So I got my answer and my worries are gone.

My card got cloned and someone in Bali emptied my account... Payoneer have been pretty good and helpful in dealing with this. I used the Online Chat to talk with operatives in real time. It was very helpful. When the operatives weren't savvy with the way the company works they were willing to check further up the food chain, and got me good, comprehensive answers. All will be resolved.

Payoneer customer service is excellent. The reps are professional, they are very good at their job. I had an issue with the completion of my payoneer card sign up. When I called them they answer less than a minute and was able to help me resolve the issue I had with the completion of signing up. Again am well pleased keep up the good service.

I have been using Payoneer to receive my payments and make utility transactions all over the world over the past 5 years and very satisfied with the service. Payoneer is a confusing mess. They have tried to automate much of their account approval and customer service. They require id with picture, issued by the country you live in. Someone tell them that there are many countries you can actually live in and not have an id issued by the country. No word from them that my account is not approved, website says no need to provide more documents. End result, 2 months account pending and my money is stuck in Airbnbn.

Mr. Jeffrey was very kind and gentle. But my problem is not solved yet.
I was waiting for a new Payoneer card to transfer my balance from my previous card that has expired, but I haven't received a new card. So I still can't reach my money and my business is blocked because I can't receive the payments from Airbnb as I don't have a new card. This situation is absurd.

I Try find a easy way to get monthly payment from company where i work for more than 8 year witch is located in U. S, but there are to many problems it its takes more thane 10 days and payment request is canceled for poor reasons. My monthly payment was more than $ 700, but to be safe i send test request to our company for $ 100 and i never receive it.
