I would like the Payoneer services if first they warn the customer about the violation of Payoneer terms and conditions if customer violate any rule and email him/her about violation, what kind of violation, he/she attempting. Not suddenly block the account of any one. I think its the major changing that Payoneer support must do and have to do to grab the customer but overall its nice and now a days, its mandatory for all who work online. Thanks

In this part of the world (Montenegro) you can't get all the services people use all around the world. Payoneer was a perfect substitute for PayPal. It even offers a card you can use on ATMs of your local banks. Fees are acceptable.

For many years I have been using Payoneer to receive payments and withdraw the funds. It has made my life easy. I recommend their services to everyone. It will also be great if Payoneer can replace PayPal as still people find it easier to do transaction through PayPal rather than Payoneer. So it will be appreciated if Payoneer can be come up with something that can replace PayPal as we do not have the services of PayPal in Bangladesh. And my country can be a profitable place for Payoneer if it can bring those services. Overall, I am happy with the current services of Payoneer. Thanks!

Signed up for Payoneer in January 2016. Supposed to get my money no later than 90 days. It is now June 9, and still no money.
I email them at least every other day.
They respond quickly, but only to say they're sorry and they are working on a migration of their system.
They've been saying that for 2 months. Seriously, a migration for 2 months.
I've asked for a timeline of when the migration will be done, and each and every time they say it will be soon.
I asked will it be in July, August, or by the end of the year? And they said they will forward my concerns to management.
If/When they reply to this complaint, they will say, "We are sorry for your experience"
I just want someone to tell me the truth with a definitive answer besides "soon". My definition of soon is much different from theirs, obviously.

Its very convenient to have Payoneer, its very useful in business, traveling and shopping. I haven't regretted so far! As a traveler and digital nomad i am very satisfied. Sending and receiving money is easy and there is a master card. Customer support is polite and very fast in resolving if there is any worries or issues. A five star from me!

I've been with Payoneer for a short while now and have found them to always be helpful and respectful in support discussions. The fees are fair, I think. My card always works without problems. I think Payoneer is pretty good to be with.

I called customer support help-line to find the issue with 1 of my transactions. I was welcomed by an automated machine, and was put in a queue. It then asked me to receive a call back when my turn would come. I opted for it.
And when after a couple of minutes, I received a call back, that was it. You had me there: D
Rest of the process was also smooth. The support guy was understanding, and knowledgeable, and resolved all my issues, while on call.
It was a long call though. Thanks for the patience.

I am disappointed with the customer care support payoneer provides. I sent a payment to someone in India and even after a month it wasnot processed. When I first talked to an operator they said it will be sent soon now as they will ask bank to fasten the process. After a month I asked same thing from the other operator and she said the receiver needs to submit some information to payoneer first then they will get money. In this all process they have wasted precious two months and created lot of embarrassment for both of us. I dislike their customer help sorry to say.

Priority must be given to resolve issues that affect clients money no sense of urgency or care or concern is shown. People plan and budget accordingly and if no feedback is given about what happened and what will be done after 96 hours it's not acceptable these days with the technology available. Payoneer must transform to be a global service provider and not only American service provider. American working hours are not the only working hours in a global environment.

My card has been blocked for months.
Still don't know the reason of blocking. Contacted with their support for 4/5 times. Still got no response from them. Last time I was told its under review and they would contact me shortly. But its been one and half month didn't get any email from support. I have provided my documents for that. The support staff told me if I contact with support again until they get back to me will make the process long. My request will be last in the queue. Thats way I been waiting and didn't contact again. And now its 45 days after my last contact. My card is connected with envato. And I couldn't get the money because of that. There is already $305 and so so many pending requests.
They simply ruining my life.

I do contract work for a company that just recently switched their payroll to Payoneer from ADP. Keep in mind my husband's company has also used ADP for many years now and we have never had an issue with them. After signing up for what was represented as "direct deposit" into my checking account, I awoke to find no funds in my account on pay day today. I received an email saying Payoneer would deposit it within five business days. That is NOT Direct Deposit! Payoneer then told me that they do not do direct deposit and that if I wanted immediate access to my pay I could sign up for a Payoneer card. Guess what? Payoneer cards cost a fee so of course they want you to do that! This is the worst dealing with a company I've ever expreienced. They misrepresent themselves and what they do. STAY AWAY! I am also so upset with my job switching to such a horrible company. Keep away from this company at all costs if you have a choice!
