There were some fraudulent activity on my card three weeks ago Saturday and Ive been waiting on a card every since. Everytime I contact chase with my personal information I get disconnected. The other day I had to lie and say I was opening a new account just to speak with a live person, who told me I was going to receive my card last Thursday. I have yet to receive a new card. This is such and inconvenience and Im extremely unhappy.

I am using Payoneer card in my day-2-day life to manage my money. I receive income from different sources as a consultant and ask to be paid directly to my Payoneer account. This allows me to pay all my expenses with the debit card I have and I have full control on my expenses.

My account suddenly was blocked and I contacted with customer service via chat after a waiting long time. They said that your account was blocked and you cannot reopen it. Then I asked about my payment about 700 dollars sent by Appen company. They said that there were no any payment and the account was empty. However, when I contacted with Appen they said that we sent your payment and it did not turn back to us again. I trust appen for this issue because they always send timely and in full my payment although there are some drawbacks. Now, I cannot get my money and Payoneer denied my payment. Also my friend experienced this issue also, although there were 10 dollars into her account PAyoneer denied it and they said that we cannot asisst any more to you. They are exactly thief and they will give the account for this behavior. I will take any legal measures to take my money from them. I recommend that please certainly do not use this firm.

I got to know about your service only this morning when I was told by Fewo direkt.de that I have to deal with a problem occured during my completing an upload of a second apartment - it would not take me to the next step as it says that there is a technical problem with the online payment service. This problem I had to sort out myself with Pioneer!?

Payoneer holding my money and blocking me from using it, i have contacted them via emails and called them 4 times more than 30 days ago and their support say that i have to wait so they can check my account problem without any replay from them till now!
Update: i have pmed payoneer here with my ticket id and i got no replay back from them also!

Someone managed to retrieve my credit card information AS well as my PIN and withdraw over 6000$ on the other side of the world without Payoneer blocking a single transaction or limiting the amount. The fraud department is unexistant, said I had chances of not retrieving my money. Would never trust again, I'm closing all my accounts.

You need a new e-mail address for every kid you have and every time they travel... it's ridiculous, 4 times overseas and 4 different e-mail addresses each time.
What a waste of time. Use your Visa/MC travel rewards card and get bonus travel points. And skip this hassle... even better

My card was blocked for reasons they would not explain. I called the conpany who paid me and they had nothing to do with payoneer freezing my account. I am very upset with my service. I'm a broke college student and i work online. The company i worked for is affliated with Payoneer. Because in their words they don't work with paypal.
I sent in 100$ into the account and it's been 6 months and i'm yet to receive my master card. I have re-applied several times and it's the same story "we have shipped your card" Even a slug wouldn't take that long to deliver a mail. I sent a mail to there customer service and yet no replies. And the money in the account keeps reducing. This isn't fare. That money can buy me stationery for the coming school year. I really regret ever coming across payoneer. I've been trying to order a card since June, and I've officially given up. I've had to input my information to order a new card twice, call customer service twice, and was just locked out of my account for what I consider to be the final time. You clearly don't want me to use Payoneer, so I will not be.

I requested a new debit card because the one that I had for 3 years expired and they will charged $12 fee for the new one and on top of that I gotta be sending pictures of my ID and my rental's agreement even though I am an existing customer that every single time I got paid they take $3 fee in a weekly basis.
To make a long story short, these people are the worst bank ever

We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused you. We want to assure you that your case is already being handled with the highest priority. Since this is now involving a dispute matter, all that is left to do, is wait.
Whenever a customer files a dispute the matter needs to be investigated and there are a several parties involved in the process.
Payoneer files the dispute on your behalf and the case is then forwarded by our card processor to Mastercard (aka the "card network"). Mastercard reaches out to the merchant's acquiring bank which in turn contacts the merchant for explanation. The merchant has up to 45 days to provide an answer and if they choose to accept the dispute the process can be resolved at this time.
If the merchant decides to reject the dispute they will provide supporting documents to support their claim. In some of these cases, Payoneer has the option to file a second dispute on your behalf which can take up to an additional 45 days.
Like we stated previously, we are handling this at high priority. We will make sure to offer the best solution possible as soon as we hear back from our internal teams. You will be personally contacted via email.

To get a card you have to prove that your getting paid. But if you dont have a card or bank account how will i get paid.?
Payoneer you need to fix that. Its like a bug in windows xp hard to deal with and slowing down progress at the same time.

At first I love how payoneer works especially that it has
A lower fee than Paypal. But It been 2 weeks since my payment
Was sent and until now I still haven't received my payment.
I have an emergency at home which I find this case very disappointing.
I would rather pay a higher fee at least I could get my payment right away.
But i wonder why my colleague received his payment in just 2 hours after the process that why he refer payoneer with us his co worker and mine originally 48hrs and now it been 2 wks and I still didn't received my payment.
