Recently am contacted, with payoneer customer care. But i am unsatisfied with their business. They told me i will get a reply before of 24 hours from their approval team. But 5-6 days overs am not get any single reply form their site. They were given me a fake assurance. I am disappointed.

Payoneer does not allow you to withdraw money over the phone (or send it to another account).
It also takes two days to change a phone number linked to your account (in the meantime I could not log on to access my money for over 48 hours).

My experience was alright, not great, just alright. Since my account is locked and I needed to get in contact with a representative. I was opting for a live chat since I live outside of the US, but for that, you need to log in to your account, and since my account is locked, I cannot choose that option. I had to make a call. This problem should be fixed. (Call representative was great though)

I ordered a card last year 2019 in September and a tracking number was issued but after 6 to 7 months it was still showing in Germany. But fortunately, I contacted payoneer on Mobile and I was helped and the new card has been ordered.

Unclear reasons for account link rejection. They don't understand the concept of Australian partnerships. They make it almost impossible to unlink your Patreon account after you've already linked it. Terrible experience at every step of the process. Had to call up customer support so many times, but they can't do anything. So bad.

They blocked my account for no reason. Claiming there was suspicious fraud when there wasn't I only had the card and all my charges were me. So they sent me a new card and blocked that one when it wasn't even used. So now I have no money for the week and I have a nice sum of money for bills that I can't pay. There's an epidemic going on and I have limited hours and a son and these people block my card for no reason giving me lies and not up front answers. Now they sent my situation to the technical center. All I'm saying is I'm not doing another week like this.

No one knows how to get things done here. They said you need to get pay from a company for the payment process to be ok. But in this case, the company i work for is trying to pay me and Payoneer cancelled for no reason and no explanation.

Payoneer, works with many companies worldwide. We pride ourself in creating partnerships with such companies as well with potential new ones. However, we can not accept every payment from every single company. The reason being is because they have to go through an internal review, to see if the company falls under our terms and conditions. Due to this, there are cases in which when a client gets paid, but our payments team can reject the payment. This can involve many factors as to why. The most well known reason is because the company failed to meet our terms and conditions. If that is the case, then we can not accept payments from such company. Since we are regulated by the United States government, we have to follow strict guidelines, like any financial institution. These guidelines ensure, that we keep our platform safe and secure for usage.
It is also worth to point out that Payoneer, never cancels a payment without a reason. We always inform our clients via email, as to why it has occured. Clients need to make sure they go through emails to see if they missed anything or they go log into their account --> settings --> verification center and submit anything needed. This is another reason why a payment can get cancelled. It is because the client failed to submit the requested documents within a specified time frame. If that's the case, we strongly recommend our clients to give a call to our customer support team. This will ensure that any requested documents gets handled correctly and transferred to the correct department.
We are definitely working on ways to improve our handling times and customer service. Your review will definitely help us in this process.

Has been working well for me, I hope my ID which is now uploaded twice does solve this ongoing issue. Another thing to recognize I receive payment on a weekly bases and not recognising I'd be eligible for a MasterCard is absurd. That's my only issue.

Our team here in the Philippines have actually started using Payoneer last 2016 and is by far the best financial service provider we have worked with online.
#1 Because it has the highest forex rate compared to our other providers.
#2 It is the fastest provider available. Online withdrawals to Philippine banks are usually received after 2-3 business days. But with Payoneer, we withdraw in the morning and receive our earnings in the evening. Nothing has been better than that. We receive funds on the same day.
#3 In reference to #1 with the high forex rate, its like we no longer pay for transaction fees like withdrawal fee or bank fees.
All of us in the online and BPO marketplace in the Philippines only want the best in terms of receiving our hard earned paychecks, combined with fast delivery simply means Payoneer is the BEST!
