Overall it was good. The most awesome experience was that I had not to wait in queue so long as we have to in live chats. Infact I was first in the queue. Issue was also resolved and the representative was also very professional but the time he took to check details was too long.

Right now i am disgruntled i had expected this issue to be resolved from days ago only to receive an email stating the photo ID is not clear. I used my iphone to take the snapshot I will try again but i am not sure it will loook much different.

I withdrew my money on the 26th, 3 days prior my account was blocked and the transaction was approved. Today is the 7th day and yet I haven't received my money. They didn't return it to the source. For some reason it has just varnished. Support does not reply to my tickets. This is a horrible service.

Since it can only be used as a debit card, and we cannot fill it easily, what benefit do we get from it? Better interest rates? My advise is to turn it into a credit card (no credits) and to be able to fill it easily, then as a prepaid credit card it can be useful.

I am sorry but not all of your changes to your services are making things easy for us the users of your services. I am a freelancer and my services for researching for information clients ask for is not for businesses. I am more of a consultant and do other freelance jobs for a few companies. They sent me an email telling the payment was declined and the money would be refunded to the original bank account through the same method that was used to deposit to Payoneer, the money never went back...
