The thing about payoneer is they love to be thorough. Sometimes, this comes at the expense of the customer. But I geuss it is all for good since it is money we are dealing with here.
Overall, they are courteous and polite. And they try their best to get you the assistance that you need. It is not easy dealing with angry customers.

Payoneer blocked my account without any reason. I only withdraw funds from the freelance website and spend my money on Facebook ads. This is all I did with payoneer. Now they blocked my account. I asked them to send back my funds or give me a reason why they hold my funds. But they didn't reply. My only question is why they hold clients' funds. Even Payoneer didn't allow a personal transaction for my account. I asked why they don't allow personal transactions they didn't give any answer. Then a few days later they disable my account and take all my funds. Can they use my funds as their own?

I had been trying to resolve an issue i had been having connecting my account to Clickbank. I decided to call, got through to a rep in around 3 minutes and the rep was awesome! Very polite and I felt at all times that she was genuinely concerned and wanted to assist me!

My experience with the customer representative was very good. I like that the Rep was patient! Answered all my questions and gave me more info that was required for future transactions. The rep did not rush me off the phone. Ensured that all my concerns was addressed.

Customer Care was awesome. I did not have to go to the ABM to get my card activated. Customer care not only assisted me in getting my card pinned but also to transfer funds to my card in the currency that I preferred. Awesome service!

Customer service was very good, but the hours need to be extended during the week to those people who live on the West Coast. They don't have hours on the weekend and they should provide hours during the weekend too. Otherwise, the customer service was very good!

Very very low efficiency of customer support. Not to mention the amount of "technical mistakes" when trying to make a payment. And even when they make a mistake it takes too long to refund the money. Very slow service and unreliable.

Switching to Payoneer saves me a lot of time. I get to talk to real people in a matter of minutes instead of hours. My emails are returned quickly and not days. And the people seem to knowledgeable and able to resolve my issues quickly.

After the complaining about the receipt of the card, it appears Payoneer received the complaint and thereafter they contacted me to apologize for the "delay". Subsequently, they shipped the card via a courier delivery service. I have since received the card.

I registered and opened an account with Payoneer where my affiliate commission was deposited. I then ordered a Mastercard debit card. They emailed me that my card has been shipped to me. I waited for it for months to arrive but it never did.
Later I received an email from them that my card was undelivered and then returned to them. I don't know where it was sent to but I never received any notification from anyone for delivery of such a card.
I re-ordered another card and requested that it be sent via courier. It has now been more than 3 months and I haven't heard any word from them. I don't know whether they're still planning to send the card or not.
I have sent numerous messages via their ticket submission system and also via email but have not received any response to any of those messages. Ironically, my account continues to incur service / bank charges.
I have no clue now as to what to do next.

The customer service does take the time to listen all the issues, and tries the best to reach the conclusion. I was satisfied with the customer care service, but payoneer websites and campaigns need to be more informative and specified. I was rewarded with an amount and was told I'd get the reward once I get paid through payoneer. That was what the website said. Taking back the reward because it expired does not make any sense to me.

They block your account for no reason and hold your money for a very long time probably to make interest from it they tell you that they do that for security reasons but they never answer or tell you the reason

Payoneer is 100 times better than PayPal. It is not deduct any charges when you receive money with different currency in payoneer. It converts your money with highest rate in local bank accounts. Payoneer is very fast for send payment in your local bank account.

The mos thing I feel comfortable is withdraw to local bank. I often withdraw in the evening (GMT +7) and my local bank account is loaded in the next day.
At the present, I don't contact with Support team. I hope your service will be good forever. So, I don't have to contact Support team in the future.

I'm using Payoneer for a year now. It works well before I start billing my client. Few month ago I send a payment link to my client. After he made a payment, I receive an email with notification about some my personal data, so I upload my photos and fill some form. After that I didn't get any emails or notifications and thought that all is fine now. Today (2 months later) I just receive an email, that my payment was gone. And one more when I try to connect with the support - it just send me the autoreply and the one email from a real person was "oh, sorry, we can't send you your money, because they are not in the system now".

Payoneer is a functional service and handles payments well enough, but there is a minimum withdrawal amount of $50, so if you've made less than that and aren't going to make any more, there's no way to access that money you earned without ordering a Payoneer card, which costs money. The service is functional, but the idea of a minimum withdrawal for money you worked to earn is ridiculous.

Payoneer decided to make me enter a bunch of information after a year of working with them. I had to change some information. In order to change the information, I was told I needed to make another account. They said they would contact me to transfer information to a new account. It has been two days. They won't let me withdraw my money either. This needed to be resolved yesterday!
