Its a good platform for freelancer. But it will be good to skip the payoneer card needed for transactions into local banks. And also reduce the minimum amount for withdrawal.
Overall its a good option to use payoneer.

I don't know why my account is blocked. No notification email or any information why my account is blocked. I worked as Freelancer for more than 3 years and this is the first time that this thing happened to me. I talk to there agent and worst is, there agent don't want talk to me and they treat me like nothing. No assistant at all. The agent just disconnected the chat conversation.! What a poor service! I even submit a email but it's 3 months now and still nothing.

When I checked my card I saw that I can't send the money to other payoneer holders, Now I can only receive the money but I can't send C2C.
I contacted them several times but they told me"undisclosed reasons" is this fair? I recommended anyone to avoid payoneer.

Whilst trying to better a rate. I needed to cancel a transfer, so I can get a better rate across. The customer service representative was amazing. She constantly reminded me that she was on the task at hand. All the while building rapport. Very efficient service. Highly recommend

I am a freelancer, I received payment from my work, immediately my balance was blocked without warning, and no reason was given.
I tried for 2 weeks to contact someone for some help to fix any issues, received only chat bots and auo responses, then yesterday I was informed my account was closed.
No reason given for this. My money is still there, I need it to pay my rent and to pay for food for my children. I get no answer from anyone. They are total scum in payoneer. Heartless souless scum and trash.
They will be repaid in kind for their actions, rest assured of that.
I am one of thousands online who have suffered from these thieves and scammers. If only I had seen the reviews before I signed up to them!

I have been using a Visa card that I acquired through the Israeli Post Office. I use it for internet purchases. I like to check activity on the card and to that end enter the site and check every few weeks. However, there started a problem that I needed to change my password every time i entered the site. No problem until one time I requested to change password and appeared some unknown email address and telephone number. I eventually was able to speak to someone who wrote on 08Jul that the technical department would contact me within 24 to 48 hours! My reckoning is that the time has passed! In my opinion this is a small technical problem that could be solved within a few minutes!

Below is my old review for them. But now that i am using it for sure one star for them is to much. I had some issues with my account and i contacted them more than 3 or 4 time for the same problem and they didn't help me, and i guess it was just because they are not professional. One other think is with 'Refer a friend bonus', my friend did the signed up correctly and they are lying that he hasn't signed up because i refer it to him. And the problem is not with 25$ at All but how they can be so unprofessional and liars. If they can do this (with an option that they have add in their account) what can happen with my money. And the agent was so rude and he disconnected the chat while i was writing.
I'm new costumer using payoneer service and i have done some mistake while i registered my account and the staff were really helpful. I got my response in a few minutes. I will update my review after i will start using this service.

I first spoke to someone on live chat named Will. Very rude and it was disturbing. This person showed no remorse for what was happening and refused to understand in simple laymans terms but then i spoke to a woman on call. She was amazing, the best. She was kind. Gave me time to speak. She listened and understood me. She should be the only one with the job of helping people. The rest should be fired. I love the way she handled me and my situation. I really wish she receives a bonus and all benefits the world has to offer. I was sad but she made me happy.

Excellent care from Allen. I asked about the bank details she explained me well. My name was not matching with Payoneer accnt and the bank accnt. So my accnt got declined. Now I need to fix that first then apply again for Payoneer accnt.

The first time I am using Payoneer I received a payment from my new customer for Business once the payment was received into account, the account shows as disabled and balance blocked, and trying to contact customer care says that will take up to few business days to clear, and my new customer is pushing me for business, how can do business as my payment has been blocked by Payoneer. It's a big amount as *******. 00 Canada Dollars. I am totally disappointed to do business having an account with Payoneer.

I like the easy way we can use Payoneer and the easy to use interface. As a freelancer this is one of the best service I use. And the ability to have the debit cards to use anywhere in the world is also a great big plus.

Payoneer gave me an option for payments, i have my card since 2015. Its not a scam u have to wait for the card to get over ur country and activate it. Its very helpfull also if your are going to travel to another country. U can be anywhere and have ur money safe with u.

Payoneer have higher exchange rate than direct bank transfer. Thetransfer is faster as well, when i made a withdrawal in the morning, surely i will have my payout in the afternoon or within just 24hrs.

The service I received full of respect for me as a person. It was to the point as well-not in a way where I was a number in a queue and the gentleman had to hurry up and get to the next call. It was very apparent that he wanted to resolve my issue and willing to do whatever it took to get that taken care of.
