When it comes to using Payoneer, it is much easier to use than PayPal. PayPal has had so many security issues that you breath wrong in front of your PC or phone, PayPal will block your account and ask you to jump through all of these hoops just to get your money released. I've never had that problem with Payoneer.

I`m using Payoneer for a while, a good service in the past, but now it`s more than awful.
For every payment in the last 2 months i had to wait more than 1 week, they`ve asked for some documents over and over and over.
Last payment received from a company that had paid me in the past with payoneer, after 10 days the`ve declined my payment because i didn`t give them an elance.com link, i give them a freelancer profile ( guys... elance it`s not working anymore, it`s upwork now... and you can force me to use upwork in order to get money into my account).
So... a good service has been transformed into a... something that it`s not a service for freelancers ( like they says on the frontpage).
I don`t why... i`m sorry for you Payoneer :(, i will not give you 1 start like it should, i`ll give 2 starts because you used to be a very good service.
Guys... don`t play with our money like this. I have kids to raise, rent to pay... many bills... etc, i`m depending on my freelance work.

I have to be honest, with all my phone calls I have had excellent customer service, but they never reply to any emails. Since I don't live in the US, it can be costly to phone them, hence why I would recommend they pay attention to customer services using emails as well.

We asked them to enable the option to "request payments" in our account because we pay to our suppliers in China (inidivduls that do marketing for our website) and we also need to get paid by our clients for marketing service that we provide on our website. I have personally sent the email with what they requested. More than a week there was no reply by their customer service and I needed to call in order to realize that they decided to reject our request without providing any reasonable reason.

Awesome experience. I Lost my card with my wallet after that I call to customer support and the agent help me to re-issue a new card. It was a great experience to get help from the Payoneer Support agent was awesome behavior and well mannered.

My company is a seller on all the marketplaces of Walmart. That is walmart.com and Walmart Mexico. All 3 Walmarts use payoneer to pay for the sales that my company generates on these three websites.
Early this week we received a notice from Walmart stating that our accounts with them are all closed because payoneer suspended our account. Payoneer influenced Walmart to close our accounts because they allege they send us many emails requesting the same damn information that they have had from us for the last seven years we've been using them. Of course such a claim by payoneer is a total lie because we have not received anything from payoneer. We are looking for abused payoneer customers to see if a class-action lawsuit warrants against payoneer. In our opinion and based on all these reviews that we are reading that this company should be punished to the full extent of the law for the severe damage they caused our company and similar companies like us

They're holding my second payment request for no reason at all. My client has already paid Payoneer through his credit card but for some reason Payoneer won't approve my second request. Note that this is my second request. Payoneer approved the first one but according to Payoneer some details in my government issued ID are not clear. But how come they approved my first payment request if they thought that the details weren't clear to them in the first place? I think Payoneer is just making an excuse so that they can hold money and eventually take it for themselves. I sent an email, made a query on their contact support site but I got no response even to this day. Don't trust this company. They'll make every bit of excuse to take your money.

Stay away from Payoneer.
One of my customers (located in USA, and a Public Company) didnt want to pay me through First Century Bank, because he said it was a "Pirate Bank".
I asked Payoneer support to change it to Bank of America, and waited for 1 month without any notice.
Also i posted on their community forum asking for a solution, and they Deleted my post!
Today i closed my Payoneer account, i will stay with PayPal as its more secure and all my customers accept it.

Payoneer Contacted me, asked me for the problem... and never came back.
Still waiting someone to answer...

Sometimes i just want to get straight to the customer service representative, i don't want to read FAQ. I was waiting in the line on the phone, and when i was #1 in the queue, the call terminated for some reason. So i have to call several times to reach out to the customer service representative, although the representative himself was very polite and assisting.

I was happy to reach out to Payoneer's Customer Service over an international land line since I am not from the USA. I got a live agent quickly and it wasn't complicated to navigate towards her. She listened attentively, got it quickly and checked the situation rather fast and then I understood completely where the issue was and not on Payoneer's side actually. It was helpful and now my client residing in the third country got informed instantly and will be easier for him to resolve the problem on his side so I could get my earned funds.

I tried calling, I tried emailing, I tried opening a case on their website, but they don't resolve my case, I had only 1 answer but they never finish my case, it's been over 2 weeks that I'm trying to resolve 1 problem. It's clear that they don't have a good support team to manage all the clients, now I can't get my money out of my marketplace because they just don't answer. Worst experience ever :(
