Payoneer Telephonic Customer Service is excellent. If your issue is not resolved, Payoneer Telephonic Representatives will not leave you alone. They will leave you when you say that your issue is resolved and satisfied.

There is a large disconnect between the communications from the company to its customers in that the Communications prompt the customers do certain things or look for certain links on the website that do not exist. Also functions which the Communications asked the customers to use do not exist where the Communications state they do.

I had a very pleasant experience on the phone call with the representative who handled my concern. For how many days now, I've been trying to reach Payoneer via Email to get resolutions on how to add AUD under my payment global services, but all I get are generic answers.
I tried Live Chat and status is always canceled. I have never reached a live chat support agent.
But those negative experience I had dealing with Payoneer this last few days were all gone after I spoke to a representative on the phone. I was reassured and was able to get resolutions right away. KUDOS

I had an issue to transfer my funds from paypal to payoneer. CSR hear my all questions very carefully and answer those all very professionally. However i uploaded by mistake wrong document for address verification which was also enabled by CSR to resubmit.

I have had a worse experience with Payoneer. They can block you anytime with no prior notice or no warning. Also, they will not tell you, why you are going to block. So bad... I do not recommend others

Payoneer really helped me to realize my dreams about e-commerce on Amazon and on my freelance activity!
Its really a nice platform that provides you with everything you need!
Downsides of payoneer is only that I can't use full functionality of payoneer on my phone (I mean the payoneer application for Android)
I hope payoneer will soon add all of the functionality as on PC browser to their mobile apps as well =)
Other than that, I haven't seen any cons or downsides of this service!

Takes Days for them to actually reply to a inquiry
Do what you are Paid to instead of sitting around for days.
Made a cashout two days ago and used the two hour urgent payment yet the cash is not cleared which is very frustrating and highly unprofessional.

My issue was resolved quickly :) I enjoy doing business with Payoneer! I wanted to get an AUD currency to receive payments in that currency for some weeks but I was unable to get resolved when I tried it in my account. So I decided to call to resolve this issue. It is good to have a platform like that for freelancers, but i perform a transaction on 24th feb and from that day i daily checked the status is pending and now i call to payoneer helpline and address my issue, they solved it instantly.

After much frustration, I was trying to find out why my purchase orders from Amazon had not been completed.
Thomas walked me through the process of checking my account and payments made to it. Then he explained that the problem happened because I had not downloaded money to my new card. He explained how I should do it, and it worked, then he showed me how to make sure the problem never occurs again.
Speaking with Thomas was a real pleasure and he brought light on a stormy, rainy day in Kingston.

Customer care was good. I really appreciate the help from the agent Simon in understanding the status of my account. Beside this, you will receive a vague email once in 2-3 weeks, I applied for an account in March, the account has been "approved" in may... and they seems to ask for the same additional details over and over again. I was supposed to receive my tax refund using Payoneer account, but as the account seemed to be approved in May, not until 15th of Aprilq, I will not receive the entire refund amount. Anyway. I recommend this, only if you are forced to use this platform.

I use a company called Ownersdirect to market a holiday rental property and in turn they use Payoneer to handle payments made by a guest to the owner. Guests are making deposit payments and Payoneer have still not sent me the payment and its been 10 days since the guest made payment and still nothing. Their customer service is horrible and they have not replied to my emails or facebook messages.

The reps that I talked to was very accommodating, I was asked security questions and when they were able to confirm that it is me, they gave me details on how to retrieve my account.
