Over two weeks ago I withdrew money from Payoneer to my bank account.
Payoneer never deposited the money. I complained. Payoneer said the issue will be resolved in 2-5 working days. It wasn't resolved.
I complained again. Payoneer said it would issue an MT103 for my bank to trace the transfer Payoneer never did.
I complained again. Payoneer said the issue will be resolved in 1-2 working days. It wasn't resolved.
The nonchalance of Payoneer might be because when things go wrong, you really can't report to anyone except them.
I have since opened a "borderless account" with Wise (Transfer Wise). They are more reliable and have better exchange rates.
Payoneer also sets its own exchange rates which are exploitative.

Was having an issue with the receiving details not being compatible with another pay service and the representative quickly identified that this issue and added new details. The representative had great energy and was so efficient... realy was satisfied with the interaction. Also in general I have been quite satisfied with Payoneer and its service.

Called to have my card balance transferred to my Payoneer account and the representative took care of it in a timely manner, but also was able to have my payments coming from Upwork loaded directly to my USD balance instead of to the card. Awesome job and willingness to assist.

The platfom is fast in its transactions. There are few requirements to open a Payoneer account and the Customer care department is one of the best since the team is based on listening and assisting it's customers.

I had to set up an account to receive payments as a freelancer but the FAQ never specifies that there is a minimum of $1000 to deposit your payments into your bank account. Once I called 2 different reps they submited that request to a different team for review to see if ammount can be lowered. They told me that they do not know when that team would take care of that issue and that I should just keep an eye on my email for some days or maybe weeks since they do not know when the issue will be resolved. Once that clears I am thinking about going to PayPal it seems I should have done that from the beginning

It has been a great experiencew since the begining when I first got paid in my global account. Payoneer offers a service that exceeds standards. The only weak leg of the table is the customer service due to the long wait we spend everytime we want to get something done. Youy guys have grown and need more people in order to improve a bit your customer service. Other than that Payoneer is OK
