I set up my Payoneer account so US clients could pay me without sending checks. They were able to desposit money into my account but I can't get it out. First I got messages that my bank info was incorrect. I re-entered it. Got another message it was incorrect. Re-entered it again. Got a message that withdraw funds to bank account is not available for me. I wrote back and asked how I can access my funds then? The response was that my bank account information is incorrect. They have my money, won't respond to my questions and I can't get it out. This is a total scam and I regret signing up for this.

Expensive and not convinient at all, I was already using their service, they take $4 from the person that deposits and $15 from me when I withdraw to my other Bank. I was ok with that (although it is a rip off and shouldn't have been ok with it) but on top of it all now they say they can no longer let me use payoneer because my country is not in their list of countries that they service. They could have said that from the get go instead of wasting my time and taking my money which seems they are so fine doing, all of a sudden they say that me being able to use the service in the first place was a mistake, honestly get your story straight and stop wasting people's time and money.

I try to open an individual account. The verification center asks me to provide business details but i have no business. The representative suggested to enter no-url.com in the questionaire. I hope it will be approved.

Account blocked for no specific reason. I made 3 e-mail tickets to customer support with no answers from them. Chat support is basically inexistent, they have only predefined answers which aren't answering your questions. Phone support is very poor also and it's quite hard to get a free operator.
Please avoid to keep more than a few $ in Payoneer account. It's possible to loose all the $ existing in your account if Payoneer decides to block your account ( obviously with no notification in advance and with no specific reason).
I found another payment processor called Paxum, which seems to be more reliable and their customer support is fabulous comparing to Payoneer.

It will work for first 2-3 payments and then they will hold your money and they willl ask to upload some document of your client. Why the hell anyone will upload their identity card just to make a payment.
Dont use it ever... they are doing a big scam and making people fool

After several days of trying to resolve an issue through every phone number I could find without any success, I was forced to call the "lost or stolen card" line where I was actually able to speak to a person who was able to get the ball rolling (hopefully) to solve my issue.

I called payoneer due to a card fee. I was placed on hold for over 13 minutes without a refresh back. Then, the agent gave a generic answer. I asked for a supervisor and was placed back on hold for another 6 minutes. The Supervisor was kind, understanding, prefessional, courteous. She provided a resolution that I was not expecting. She went above and beyond my expectations.

Guys do not use billing services at Payoneer, they are not matured enough to handle cases. They do not know exactly what they are doing, they will ask for additional information then take 2-3 days to review those information, then again ask for addition document to submit and then takes 2-3 days to review. Now, after couple of days they will send you an email saying document that you have sent, files are corrupted please resend it again. You send same files again, second day they will say please send it again. Then they will take ages to review your payment, and funny thing is client has already provided ID proof and required verification document. They take 15-20 days to approve your payment, I rather suggest use paypal and be at ease of smooth transaction.

The customer service representative was very friendly.
She sent off an email right as we were chatting on the phone. She thought she sent the solution to the problem, however, the steps in the email to solve my problem have been exactly what I've been doing for the last month. The account is set up where the bank information on the employer's (palfixx) side can't be changed.
I still haven't solved my problem with 2.5 months backpay from PalFixx.

The web page says you can do payments to other payoneer accounts, and I couldn't do it yet.
Seems I need to be elegible.

This is how this company works:
- You open an account and send money(Standard)
- You order a card to withdraw that money(Standard)
- If you want to transfer your money directly, you need a card(what?)
- If you order a card, you better cross your fingers to receive it. I ordered 6 cards(yes, 6!) and only received one. Oh poor you that is reading this from a third world country. If you want to receive a card and you happen to rent an apartment or if your utility bills aren't under your name, or if your Government ID card doesn't have an issue date on it... you're going to have a hard time with this company.
Refrain from using it, for real.

Definitely a scam, they are not listed on the The Mastercard Compliant Service Provider List of which anyone can view and download directly from Mastercard https://www.mastercard.us/en-us/merchants/safety-security/security-recommendations/service-providers-need-to-know.html
If Payoneer is legit why isn't it on the list like Paypal and alllll the other legit companies? It is because they are NOT legit and they are a scam!

I just create a account yesterday they give me go ahead i take client payment in my account 7828 USD then after that they send me a email to uplaod photo id so uplaod my id then after i talk to support they said everything is fine now after some time i get this amount in my bank account after that 4 hours i try to login i get message your account is blocked. I experienced a lockout from my Payoneer account due to my own error in remembering my security questions and Payoneer immediately put me in touch with a service representative who patiently walked me through the restoration so that I could access my funds.
