Payoneer is getting very aggressive in withholding payments and shutting down accounts. Freelancers are in fear about their career and do not have a guaranteed if their account is gonna stay or get shut off. They are withholding payments and keeps asking for unnecessary documents even if they have everything to verify identity and payments.
I am an Individual Freelancer and they have withheld my payments for about a month. I am fearful of not able to support my family as they fully depend on me. They keep asking documents every week and do not get back to me before the next week.

Freelancers in Bangladesh has lost its trust in Payoneer and I am guessing Payoneer will fall as soon as any new company comes in and start giving better service.

Please Make this Comment public so it gets Payoneers attention and they start improving their quality of Service.

I had a problem with the ATMs not dispensing cash AND charging me decline fees!

Once I contacted Payoneer customer service they resolved the issue and refunded the decline fees, and they do it a lot faster than I expected!

I really wish all customer services were like this

Great security, easy to receive money, quick and friendly support
Since I've used Payoneer, I haven't used any other payments just because Payoneer is so great for my business
If you need to work with clients from across the globe, I highly recommend them.
I've been using Payoneer since 2013 without any problem

I booked flight tickets using Payoneer but Misty flight whom I booked my tickets are not providing me a ticket or refunding money so I contacted Payoneer as I made payment through them. I am facing problem to open Payoneer Account. As per requirement of Account opening, I had submitted my NID; later Passport copy. But, I am not getting approval my account; Also, not getting any response after sending email and TT several times. So, I am deiced to contact to Payoneer Support Center over phone call to get support. Today, I have called to Support center. Concern Support guys carefully lessen me and given enough time to short out my Account issue and guide me to fix it with high professionalism and good cooperation. I am very much delighted for her support service.

I'm a new client and am excited to have my account approved. The staff have been prompt in answering my queries when I had difficulty signing up, as the information being demanded of me online did not apply to my situation, and the program would not allow the compulsory field to be left blank, or would accept my answer. I could not complete my application, and in desperation explained the situation in an email to customer care and had to abandon my application. However, I soon received a message from Fedor at customer care, enquiring on the problem, to which I immediately replied. I soon received an email from Payoneer stating I was accepted and the account had been authorised. Today I received an email from Joan Criz, Customer Care, reaffirming that my account is fully approved.

My card expired Oct. 1st. I ordered my first card in July. It never came. I called and they said they would ship it for free through DHL. A week later, no tracking number. I called, and the guy said he forgot to order it. So, they would order it again, this was Sept. 23rd through DHL, I get a tracking number 3 days later, it was through registered mail. This happened two more times, and today is the 9th of October. I can't get any money.

Proccess very slow, cards always issue, withraw cant use, always find a reason to lock money. Expensive fee: 15%. And really want you to improve your services, or the newbie/ new client please becarefully with this services.

I dont know why Payoneer make customers wait for over 5 days for funds to arrive into accounts. I personally have a large sum sitting in my account from a deposit that relates to work I did. Payoneer are saying it takes time for them to approve funds yet they have had the funds for several days. It is christmas and I have a family and children who want presents and I cannot have access to MY MONEY. This is a joke. I also know of 3 other people who are experiencing the same issue and they have no control over their funds because payoneer are taking their time to allow us access to OUR OWN MONEY.

Good job theres just one piece of advice for new accounts pls send them all the things needed to make an account verified i mean send it all one at a time specially the questionairs verification vakid ids etc. to avoid cancelled payment experience i had.
Payment was made juat before i completed the questionairs that i need to submit. And i was not aware that those are important i just thought valid id thats it and i was wrong and unaware that it could be a reason for having cancelled payment..

My company uses payoneer to pay us. I was told my money would be in my bank account within 4-5days this still hasn't happened and my queries status is closed yet I still haven't recieved my money.

No response yet from payoneer getting concerned.

I signed up for Payoneer in 2014. I made a mistake on my application and they told me I needed to change it. That's fine. But they don't allow me to edit any of my details and instead don't reply to any of my messages.
My partner and I have a business where we put in over $40k to Payoneer and yet they are denying me to make a personal account. Your loss Payoneer.
I ask them to cancel my account (my account that has been "awaiting approval" for over a year. Can you really call that an account?) so I can make a new one and now they blocked me.
Your customer service are SOOOOO terrible. They don't even understand basic English apparently because every request I ask of them they deliver me something completely different.
I give up.

I know that verifying a payoneer account is important, still i've been receiving money till today from my paypal to payoneer, and been paying for freelancer services, today i recived the money as pending, payoneer didn't even send an email telling me that you won't be able to use your money, simply all good till today and now the payment was pending, as i can complete the verification process and that takes time, the payment i neeeded to send today, i'm unable to!
