Card not received after order of replacement card. Charge of 40 dollars to expiated third card reduced to 20 dollars. Unable to obtain money due to above problems. Long wait for expatiated card.

I wholeheartedly agree with every other 1-star review of Payoneer on this site. We inadvertently initiated a transfer of funds to the wrong bank account, then immediately (within 5 minutes) informed Payoneer of the error. They assured us the funds would be returned to us so we could transfer them to the correct account, within 3-4 business days; 2 WEEKS LATER, we STILL don't have the funds. When I called to inquire about the delay, I was given the runaround for 5 minutes. After I pressed for a final answer, I was told, "We can't tell when the funds will be returned." I canceled our account on the spot, and I highly recommend every other client of theirs do the same.

The service I received from my phone call with Jenny as the Customer Care representative was very good. But I have been trying to contact your service online and the system is not working. When I go to the Contact page and try to send a message, I choose the language and then the Topic, but when I press Submit it says select another subject under the Topic and it never goes even after I press submit again. I have sent numerous messages to Customer Service and not received replies, so in general the phone call was productive but otherwise the service has been terrible.

Our business - a 40 year old non-profit organization with excellent credit - tried to open a Payoneer account as part of using Splacer for renting our facilities. We were turned down electronically and when I phoned to find out why, was told they do not do business with non-profits, though gave no reason. I asked them (in a phone call) if they wouldn't do business with Lincoln Center or the Metropolitan Opera or the Red Cross and they just repeated they don't do business with non-profits.

My account was closed for no reason, i lost a dispute i didnt even get a chance to defend myself. The person who opened a dispute is a scam artist he sent a phishing email to my email and tried to get into my account and they let him win the case. On top of that i have to beg payoneer to let me withdrawal the money i have in my account and its taking forever. Very bad service

As their was no issue related to my documents, inspite i received you email to submit the documents, for no reason my payment was been kept on hold, As i spoke to customer dept he was able to solve and release my payment. As their is a major bug in your message sending program. Im not able to send you the message due to error you have on system. Hope you will check by your tech team and solve the problem once and for all. As you have not email id been given to email you the complains, which you should alow the same to send you an email were in the problem is been reached to you.

Payoneer changed their policy WITHOUT EMAILING US about allowing you to receive local payment via the global payment service from local people. Only companies can pay u now. My payments from personal clients was declined and sent back and then the client no longer wanted to use my service. They thought I was fraudulent. Payoneer sent the new policy 6 WEEKS after I had already lost my client.

My payoneer card did not arrive and I sent a request to payoneer help service. Every time I wrote, I received the same answer. Obvıously payoneer categorizes the problems and then send an automatic answer which is thought the most matching one. However there are cases which should be handled by a humanbeing as some problems may not match one of those mentioned on the website.

They take your funds freeze all your acts for reasons they WILL NOT disclose. You can submit any and all info the request an they will still steal your funds. Worst company in the world to do business with. WATCH OUT!

Joined Payoneer a month ago. Submit everything correctly. Already received payments in my account BUT MY CARD IS NJT APPROVED YET. Called the call center several times, they always replied that my case will be solved in 2-3 business days. Is already 20 business days and still nothing. Basically they are lying to me. Today I don't know yet what I will have my Payoneer Card. Don't trust Payoneer anymore. Worst onboarding customer experience ever.
