Costumer care was helpful, also payooner service is vary good, but you need to start a loyalty program as money back or airplane males, or VIP launch etc.
And also you need to start a credit limit for costumer how spend alot in your service.

Excellent customer care from Payoneer Team, I got the responds to my request within 10 minutes of my call.
I believe Payoneer Support Team are on point with their Customer Service and must be commended.

I have received 20euro on payoneer account for a little job I have done. It is separated of my payoneer credit card (why? So they can keep your money and you can't use it). I can't use rhat money with payoneer credit card. When I have made a contact with customer support they are demanding additional 30euro so I can withdraw into my bank in my country. So, what is the purpose of payoneer credit card - when you receive money on payoneer account you can't use it with payoneer credit card. Firstly (before that) I have put 30$ on account wanting to buy something with card, after 5 minutes I had 0.5$ - annual fees they say!
So far the have stole more than 50$ from me. DON'T TRUST THEM, JUST DON'T!

I am very pleased to hold a credit card from Payoneer which makes it convenient for in/out payments.
One advice is try and reduce the cash withdrawal commission as it is too high

Support is very bad, "rules" and requirements change several times per week, the operators are rude and unhelpful. God forbid you ever have to get in touch with them

Hi Dejan, there shouldn't be a problem to use your card- as long as your card is a EUR card. If your Payoneer card is in USD, indeed- you will need to order a EUR card to use it.
