Ordered several things from Perpay and can honestly say the process has been easy and streamlined. The only thing I can say about it is, I ordered a record player for my son and the box was not secured and the power cord was not there. I am hoping they will correct this when I contact them. Also, I have ordered several items and they have been good, if I have paid on time AND paid them off, should I not qualify for rapid shipping? I believe so. Overall the experience has been good.

I had a delivery Friday 5/2/25, and FedEx disregarded the signs stating not to leave packages outside, disregarded my FedEx delivery manager profile with the code to door, and didn't call me. They left package on front steps and my sneakers and slides where stolen while in was at work, I have emailed twice and still haven't got a respond.

Ordered two items the first time. Only received one and had to reach out myself as to why I didn't receive it. If the item isn't available then shouldn't be on the site. The item I did receive did ship out earlier than the first pay. So that was a complete bonus and very exciting. Today's purchase looks like I'll have to actually wait a week and then 3-5 business days for it to still be shipped. So who knows when you'll ever get your item, we'll see. I need a couple more great experiences in order for me to tell any friends or family.

Answer: They are 100% reliable. I have ordered multiple nothings NEVER had an issue. If I reached out to customer service they respond within 24hours. Try it once and you won't be disappointed.
Answer: Yup! I use it pretty often. I have terrible credit and it helps me get things. Not to mention after using them for a while they also gave me a credit card with a $500 limit!
