I had a better review for you guys, but you guys messed it all up. I updated all my information and you guys still manage to mess it up now I have to wait two more weeks in order to get what I need at this point I don't even want it anymore.

I've been a Perpay Customer for sometime now. They have helped me get credit for some large purchases and have even extended credit with a Perpay credit card. This is a great program for people with less than perfect credit. They do report to major credit bureaus so it will help you in that aspect. Great program thank you Perpay!
Perpay shop has been so awesome to use and even more awesome to do repayments. I am very bad with keeping track of when payments are due and with Perpay being able to connect them to my payroll to automatically debit any outstanding balance from my account is beautiful with both the Perpay credit card in the shop line of credit I was able to do both Christmas, birthdays Father's Day, and so forth with using the app and without having to break my pockets. Thank you, Perpay.

Shopping was great! Lots of nice products and brands to choose from. Was qualified for a credit card, and that's when everything went down hill.
Communication is lacking! Took them 4days to refund me my money they over withdrew from my paycheck, over a period of 4months. I don’t plan to order anything else from this company. Because of the money in late fees I had to pay for on bills I couldn’t pay because of the extra money pulled from my check.

I love prepay. The best part ll payments are already taken out. No stress to call to set up payments, and the best part about prepay, is the fact that it helps my credit score. Love the products, will continue on using prepay for my everyday needs.
I've had a great experience with Perpay, with a few exceptions. It's incredibly tedious to return items or get a human to talk with. Doesn't seem ver personal. Products are great though

Only you are authorized to make adjustments to your direct deposit information in your payroll. We are not directly affiliated with your employer. Instead, your payroll sends your direct deposit payment on your pay day to your unique Perpay payment account. We are unable to adjust payments for you, which is why we provide payment instructions on your Perpay profile. If I had to come up with a complaint, I could come up with 2. It would be limit increment increases. My credit limit is $2130. What's up with the odd numbers or like $160 increases. Make it $2200 it $2100.
2nd - lack of real explanation of the credit card. They want me to pay $200 a month on a credit card I wouldn't use often. If I just don't use it where does my $200 go. Am I required to spend at least $200 a month so my $200 pays it? I don't get it. Articles are very vague besides I pay them per pay.
Unique buying experience designed for those trying to rebuild or build credit. You set up direct deposit and the payment gets taken right out of your check. Yes there is a markup on products but that is due to how the program works. A $500 PlayStation 5 is around $1,000. At Rent-A-Center or Aaron's with interest the PlayStation 5 ends up being around $2,500. At Perpay everything is upfront. You see what you are paying and what you will owe per paycheck. I have gotten a computer, printer, and a PS5. I would recommend it to anyone trying to build or rebuild credit. It took a while before they started but they do report to the credit bureaus which has boosted my score a lot. (Until I ordered the ps5 and my usage was high) lol
Tip for consumers:
Credit reporting does not start immediately. Ultimately this is a good thing. My $800 order was down to $200 or so before reporting started. Having that available credit really boosted my score. If they started when I owed $800 my score probably would have dropped.
