Bought a maxi ivory with delicate flower patter which fit perfectly and will be worn to upcoming wedding. The shirt I purchased did not fit, the arms to tight. Emailed for a return and pleasantly surprised at the quick response. Very professional and willing to work with you on returning alternatives. Highly recommend Petallush.

I bought two dresses. Trying to return them is a nightmare. I will never buy from this company again…

Easy to navigate site. Cute clothes. Hard to pick there are so many cute styles. Will be shopping here again but without time constraints.

This company has a horrible return policy, which they do not make known on their website. They say you can get a refund within 30 days of receiving the product, and to contact customer service, but they only refund half of the price of the item. The item did not fit and the color was off when received. They are not upfront about their return policy. Buyer beware!

I ordered the dress for a wedding I was attending. It took close to 5 weeks to get the dress, and shipping information was not correct. I'm not happy with your return policy either. I feel you need to realize that you are competing with other companies that ship much quicker and have a much better return policy. I probably will not be a return customer.

If the item doesn't fit or doesn't work out, you can't get your full purchase price back! They will give you a percentage, but not the full price. It's a rip off! Buyer beware! They keep your money. I feel like I've been robbed. Here's the email they sent: we refund you $12 to your original payment account that you used to pay before as compensation and you keep the item without return. $12 refund on a $41 purchase. The dress didn't fit. Keeping it is not what I wanted. Very unhappy with the whole process.

Poor quality and fit was not true to size. I have ordered before and was satisfied But with this order was really disappointed in the company and response.

My experience was just easy as 123. Easy to order and customer service reached out to me to see if item was received. Love it!

I will have to find out if the size is right. If it isn't, I will have to return the dress.

I like the items, but half my order is way too small! An XL dress that I thought would be big on me will have to substitute for the M I bought for a gift.
Glad that I still have a gift, but now I have all these things to return. The M I ordered is sized like an XS, and I know sizes because I've been a custom dressmaker for 25 years.
Disappointed

Hasn't been very good. No shipment received yet. Very little communication until now. And petallush hasn't confirmed I'm receiving my entire order. Just a little up in the air on my satisfaction at this point

First time it would not let me finish my purchase order

I ordered 3 dresses, all of which did not fit me nor were they flattering. I emailed customer service to return and they asked if I would keep 2 of the dresses...uhmm what? Why would I keep 2 dresses that don't fit nor do I like? Horrible return process so far. Only buy their dresses if your absolutely sure you'll love it.

Love the styles you offer and that they are modest and flattering to ladies with curves. However the three I bought i ultimately had to return at my expense. The had no stretch and we're not flattering on me.

I like Petallush for various reasons. For one thing, they have a lot of choices. For another, their prices are much more reasonable than other online clothing stores. For another, their customer service is very good! What's not to like about Petallush?!
