The dresses look nise, but I haven't tried them yet, when I'll receive it I'll rate you.The dress is ok but it has a brown stain on it. So I don't know if I'll able to wash it off. So I dont think Ill wear it. This was my first order and last..

I ordered several dresses of the same size. Some dresses were true to size, some were way too big, and some were way too tight. Overall the sizing was very inconsistent and customer service was not helpful in the return process.

It was quickly done online. It was in good package when arrived. But wrong color

The style of clothing is beautiful and the easy use of the site. I received confirmation of the order by email then once the order was completed and ready for dispatch, I received another email to say the order was on the way. I also received an email asking if I received the order that arrived the next day.

Didn't feel confident when I placed the order. I didn't pay with PayPal but that's who I received the order confirmation from. Skeptical when I received an email asking if I received my order and to contact customer service if I don't receive it in 24-48 hours. Reviews weren't helpful and sizing could be more complete. Unfortunately everything was two sizes too small

I ordered 11 of the Short Sleeve V- Neck Ruffle Maxi Dress for my bridesmaids (copycat of the bohme willa ruffle dress) and I was so excited about it because they were cheap and had very positive reviews on their website. Upon receiving them, they were nothing like what was advertised on their site. They were totally see-through and the fabric was super cheap. I sent in a complaint and tried to put a review on their website and they immediately changed the picture on the site to better reflect the quality of it and denied my review submission. They still made me pay for the return after trying to convince me that the problem was a missing slip (that obviously was not included and did not go with the dress at all). This is the definition of a skeezy site.

I ordered two dresses, with the sizes based on the measurements provided for each dress. Both of the dresses are much too big. And now I have the hassle of having to return them, not to mention having to pay for return shipping. I am going to take the matter up with both Petallush and my credit card company. This is so wrong.

Hope to get them! I am still waiting to see them. Hope I get them in time for the event I bought them for. Please look into why I have not received them. Please contact me. I have been billed for them.

Cute clothes but did not fit. Am requesting option one refund of 50%

Ordered 4 items and only 1 item fit. The midi-dresses were too long so I requested return information. It took several emails and several days to receive return instructions. Petallush kept making offers of partial refunds and letting me keep the merchandise. I didn't want to keep clothing I will not wear. They will not reimburse me for shipping the merchandise to me and I had to pay $23 to ship the items back. Very dissatisfied with the difficulty and expense of working with Petallush.

I ordered 4 dresses from petallush.com, all XS. I received the products, 2 fits ok, 2 of them are large. I couldn't return the dresses because they accept returns in 15 days. The products came from directly China with DHL, it is weird, too. Overall bad experience!

I ordered three dress from this website and waited a month for them to come in. When they did, the quality of the dresses were TERRIBLE. They were cheaply made, didn't fit measurements, and were practically see-through. When I emailed customer service to ask for a full return/refund, they let me know a few days later that they do not issue returns. I let them know that I did not want to keep the dresses, and that I wanted a full refund for them, but instead they said I could keep the dresses and that they would give me half of the price of the merchandise. I accepted their offer, since they hadn't given me any other options. It's been a week since that email was sent to me and I have yet to receive the refund. Had I known their return policy was this complicated, I would not have ordered. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from this website any more.

Sizing was a little random as I am usually a small but my favourite outfit was a medium and the one I have to return was too large in the small. The models used on the site are petite so it didnt feel like a real womans sizing and hard to compare. Postage was expensive and even worse now I have to return an item. Lets see how we go with trying to return. I would like to try and purchase more from the site so I can work out what works for me. I did like that service was prompt and there were follow up emails to make sure I received my order.

Shipping is to much If you only need one item. :( We wish you offered lower shipping.

Terrible company! I had to return my dresses to Petallush. At first they tried to negotiate for me to keep the dresses for partial in store credit. I finally persuaded them I really did want a refund. I followed their instructions for returns and provided them a tracking number. They verified they received the tracking number. After I realized I hadn't received a refund from them, I reached out to request my refund. They ignored each of the emails I sent about not receiving my refund. I never received the refund and even paid for the shipping to send the dresses back! This company has the worst customer service and they don't even have a phone number to call them at. So frustrating!

Never received my package! After many attempts & trips to the local post office (which told me the package went back to the original sender) pedal lush could have cared less!

Please be aware that if you return anything, they will charge you for their shipping cost. Not only do you pay the return shipping, they will then dock off the price for their original shipping to you. In other words, If you paid 10.00 for shipping it to you, when they return it they will not return the full amount you paid! They will dock off that original shipping price. So if you paid $60 for you purchase they will only return $50. I was so disappointed!
They aren't bad in communicating by email, but they are not clear on refunds! I expected a full refund since I very carefully followed their instructions - including paying for the return shipping. I never expected them to take advantage and dock their shipping off as well.

Love the variety. But the dresses run very long and rather large

I only received one of the two dresses I ordered. It's disappointing.
