My 2 swimsuits arrived in good shape but when I tried them on they weren't the right fit as they did not fully cover me on the top half. I contacted the company that night to process the return and was given the run around! They specifically state on their site that they accept returns within 30 days but obviously this is a LIE because they gave excuse after excuse. This is the worst company I have ever come across for service. DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I wish I could have given 0 stars but it wasn't an option!

I ordered two dress from this company. Neither of the dresses fit properly so I contacted them to return. They sent me and email stating that I needed to enclose a paper with the return number of the order and the dress numbers. I did that and sent the package off the the address they provided. I waited and waited for my credit card to be refunded. After a month my card was never refunded and then got compromised. I emailed them to ask how I could get a refund because my card was cancelled. They said they couldn't find my package do I would received nothing. I tracked down how it was shipped but still nothing. Then after email after email they refunded the card that I had cancelled telling me my bank would work it out. However, my bank can't do anything because the card had been cancelled because of fraudulent charges. Therefore, I am out 100. I would not buy from this company again. I would have been okay with store credit but for some reasont hey would not give it too me.

Petallush Customer Service reached out to me to see if I had received my dress. When I responded that I had not and that the tracking number did not seem to be valid, they researched where my package was and updated me.

It took my package 2 1/2 weeks to arrive - I'm assuming because it was sent from CHINA. Then they wouldn't even work with me on the return as the event I needed the dresses for passed before they arrived. They have an absolutely rediculous return process and it's all at your own expense. The dresses were okay but some of the material was strange and the fit was inconsistent. BUYER BEWARE!

I saw someone wearing this dress and it was soooo nice! She told me Petallush and I found the dress for me! But, then I got the dress, and it was different from the one I wanted. I look like a sack of potatoes in it! I am sending it back. I was sorely disappointed! AND I have to pay both shipping fees. I won't be able to use Petallush in the future. I can't afford it. Sad!

Overall very happy with the 2 dresses I purchased. Fit beautifully, lovely fabric, very flattering. Only issues is the zips stick and feel quite fragile, as if they will break easily.

Would be nice to leave a positive review BUT my parcel was delivered without signature and I've never received the items. Perhaps the Company can send requesting signature. Very disappointed

I took a risk ordering several items at once from this company. They came within the timeline stated (shipped internationally via express shipping). I ordered 3 tops and 3 dresses. I ended up keeping all but one dress. The clothes were cute and not far off from the picture but the sizing was inconsistent. Some were just right while others too small. The colors were also a bit off from the pictures, usually a little less vibrant. I ordered a dress that was "sage" and it is really just plain gray. Many of the items shrunk significantly just from washing them (I air-dried inside) and besides machine washing them on gentle (most instructions said to hand wash). The dress I'm returning fit very strange and seemed designed for a very petite person, but most fit pretty well. My biggest disappointment is the lack of trustworthy reviews for the items. The review I submitted was never posted so I don't feel like I can trust the reviews that are on there. All in all, there is a chance I would order again, but more of a last resort if I can't find what I'd like in other stores. They accept returns within 30 days but you pay shipping. For a $40 dress, I'll pay $10 shipping.

Ordered 4 tops from Petallush. Along with waiting almost 4 weeks to receive, when they arrived I was not happy at all. Very poorly made and size was not even close. If you dare to order, read the material description and ORDER UP SIZE OR TWO.

I had trouble picking dresses out online but unfortunately fit awkwardly in person and weren't exactly the colors seen online. Will probably try again if return shipping isn't outrageous.

I ordered a dress online and when it came it did not properly fit. According to their policy, published on line, concerning returns, you have to contact customer service by email and ask for return authorization and they will then give you the address to where you send the item back. The company went back and forth with me offering me all kinds of deals to keep the dress but receive little to nothing in return. Every offer you were losing money in some way. I kept telling them I do not want to consider any offer other than returning the item and getting a refund on my credit card. I am still waiting on a response to get the info to send the dress back. I will never do business with this company again. This is why Amazon or larger more reputable companies rule the online e-commerce world. You get items shipped to you quickly and returning merchandise is without debate or negotiations. You simply indicate you want to return the item, give them a reason for returning the item and they immediately send you instructions on how to return the item. Also, most of the time, returning the item is no cost to the customer.

The quality of the clothes may be fine and many people may be pleased with their purchases. But if you are not and want to return the item (s) this is a company that you will have to go round and round with, to get your money back. This to me, lowers the Petallush's credibility and completely destroys my desire to ever want to do business with them again.

I bought 3 dresses. Wanted to return 2. I've so far sent 4 emails and the people here want to BARTER with me to get me to keep the product and won't refund me or send me return addresses. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

There are so many pretty styles of dresses and blouses to choose from. Petallush was quick to ship the items I ordered. The clothes all fit perfectly.

They quality of clothes is ridiculous. Very cheaply made, sent back both items with tags & they won't refund my money. Save you money & buy else where. This company is bogus
