You can't communicate with anyone. My order should have been shipped by now and I can't find any way to get any tracking information. Their response to my email request for help says that they may respond in 3 to 5 days. There is no chat either. They shouldn't be in business.
Update. My framed picture arrived with no picture. It was simply a do it yourself frame with stickers on the plexiglass and no hardware. The frame was cheap with seamed pieces on 2 sides. 1 good thing: I waited on chat for about 1/2 hour to complain and a nice girl named Linda refunded my $132. …….never again.
This company sent me the wrong product and when I called customer service, they asked for pictures to prove it. I immediately emailed all required images that very same day along with my receipt to show the received product does not match what I had paid for. No response except for the automated email saying they received my query. It's been weeks and I have followed multiple times via email asking for next steps - nothing. What a scam. Will never purchase anything from this company again.
If you are shipping internationally, don't.
I got hit with an additional $65 UPS charge upon delivery which was not made clear before I placed the order. Pictureframes.com would not reimburse this fee. In the end shipping and handling cost more than the frames themselves!
I'm a professional artist and have ordered about 2 frames per month from PictureFrames.com for two years. The occasional glitch--the wrong frame sent or only a partial order delivered--has been resolved quickly. I'm now very frustrated with Pictureframes.com. I ordered two large frames at the end of May. Only one frame was sent to me. Two months later, my email and phone inquiries regarding the missing frame have resulted in a myriad of excuses--lost in transit; failed to go into production; just about to go into production. Up against an exhibit deadline, I must find another framer and I'm out about $130.

I wish I had seen the other reviews before I ordered! I ordered 3 frames over a month ago and have not received any updates. I checked the site and it showed they had delays from COVID19. I kept checking back and the delays kept growing longer and longer, but I kept patiently waiting. I finally reached out to customer service about the status of my order, but I just got a generic response. I reached out again and have not heard back at all. I am going to report them to my credit card company because they stole over $200 from me.
Customer service got in touch with me after I posted my negative review and offered to help. I told them not to bother, as I'd been through this with them and moved on. It didn't end there, however. Robyn went ahead and researched my order and then issued a full refund to my PayPal account. I was not expecting this outcome at all when I posted my review. I honestly thought it was history, so I am very pleased. I applaud Robyn at customer service for following up on this complaint and making it right. Well done!
Terrible, shoddy, unprofessional. Ordered 4 frames total, something major wrong with every one. Only refunded a small portion of order upon complaint. Stay away. There are lots of good quality online framing services out there.
I have been in the business for 40+ years and rarely seen such poor quality. Customer Service is a lie and a joke.
Just received a fairly large order from PictureFrames.com. The order took about 4 days and came in two boxes. I got a very nice cross section of fussy gold frames, sleek floating frames and a wide assortment of sizes. All the frames are in perfect condition and they all fit the paintings for which they were ordered. I dont get mats and glass, just frames.
I had some problems ordering from them on a Saturday. My only advice would be to try to order during regular business hours during the week just in case you run into a hiccup because then you can talk live to a person. Im not sure why I had problems completing my orders. Eventually they went through. There is no one there on weekends because they give their employees the weekends off! I approve!
I like the choices and prices they offer and will order from them again.
I ordered for a donor at our organization on June 3. It is now June 26 and I have received nothing from this company to let me know when to expect the frame. I tried to use onsite chat box, however it provided a message saying that the "chat" was not available. As a non-profit, every dollar we spend is important. I can't believe the lack of service with this company. I called them earlier today responding to their request to leave my number so that they could call me back. I did not receive a call and when I tried to contactthem again at 4:40 pm - they appeared to be closed. Truly disappointed in this lack of service.

This used to be a great place for affordable custom framing but now they have turned off their phones, don't respond to emails, and literally ignore their live chats. Saying that you cannot speak to customers due to order or call volume is unacceptable. I have spent thousands with them but will never order from them again. They are losing customers and trashing their own reputation. I have seen them respond to negative reviews saying they will "look into" issues and try to blame staffing but anyone can pick up a phone. Do better, Your customers deserve it.
Frames you get don't look like the ones on the website. They don't bother to match the pattern in the corners of carved frames, yet their tool to visualize the frame does present a perfect frame. Customer service is bad... phones go unanswered, nobody follows up when you have a problem and they take a long time to process a return and refund your money when they make a mistake. I would stay away. There are several other reputable manufacturers of frames by mail that are far superior.

This company is a joke. Give your money to a local frame shop. It will cost more to go through pictureframes.com and they have the worst customer service. And the frames are sub par quality. They arrive damaged and the reps don't even understand framing or art for that matter. Do not order from this company! You have been warned!

I've done business with them in the past with satisfactory results, but, apparently, in the last year or so, they've devolved into a total scam operation. I placed an order with them for $343, then immediately canceled it over the phone, twice. Both times they said they canceled the order, but they only refunded my account $18. The next day, someone tried to use my credit card for thousands of dollars. They promised to send emails confirming my cancellation, but received nothing. Will never do business with them again.

You would expect a site made for selling frames to come with the basic necessities for a picture frame. Do not expect to be able to actually hang your picture straight out of the box. I had to MAKE my own backing for the picture to hold and now it sits with no glass. Price and shipping is absurd for not even being what a basic frame should be. There customer service is terrible as well, my order had not been shipped for nearly a month, and when I tried to contact support several times I was constantly redirected. Never being able to inquire about the status of my order.
If you were fortunate enough to research this site before your purchase, take your business else where. They will only do you wrong.

I spent $360 to have an illustration mounted with their online service. Somehow, they managed to frame it off-centered. I spoke with Derek their customer service and he asked me to send him a photo of the problem and I did immediately. I called them a few more times and also contacted them several times via emails. They gave me this "we will get back to you" routine and never responded. However, I have been getting a daily advertising from them. It is clear that they care so much about the money customers give them but not the services they provide in return. I am very disappointed by their unfortunate craftsmanship and a criminal level of customer service. I used them because of great reviews here and elsewhere. Now I suspect that all these reviews are "paid" reviews. I am willing to pay premium for a professional service but their service is not worth a penny.

Severe lack of communication. My order is over a month behind. After emails and calls their only response is we are behind. They do not reach out to their customers if they are having issues with the order. Taking the order but providing zero follow up with issues is poor customer service and general business overall.
My call provided zero feedback. It included "call back if you don't hear from us."
I have placed an order on September 11. I did not receive any updates for 2 weeks and sent an email to support on September 25. I did not receive any response to my support email for a week, then requested cancellation and disputed the charge. My credit card company processed the dispute immediately, but I haven't heard anything from pictureframes almost a month now. They seem to be totally out of business, they can't process orders within a month and they won't reply to your emails for weeks long.

I've ordered three frames back in February and It's now May and I still haven't received them. I was able to get in contact with them once over the past few months but that was due to calling almost daily. They gave me a discount and told me they'd expedite my order but that was a month ago. This place is a total scam. They have my money and I don't have the frames. Please save yourself the headache and go shop someplace else.
240$ for a frame with no back to it and is made cheaper than a 1st grader's school project. Only willing to give me $50 back of a refund when shipping will cost me at least $30. Completely unprofessional and a scam! Do not buy from them!
I ordered a couple of frames from pictureframes.com 14 days ago. The first was made and sent the next day. However, the second one was never sent. I emailed the company 6 days after I made my order to ask for a shipping update and they never replied. I also called the customer service phone number provided and I got several prerecorded messages saying they were in a training or I was calling outside of business hours (which I did not). I also tried to use the chat function on their website and never got a response. At this point, I only want a refund for the second frame. I am very disappointed as all my previous experiences with the company were great, but I feel scammed this time and I don't know if I'll ever get my frame or money back.
Answer: Impossible. No one answers the phones or calls back, no one answers their emails. They'll stay in contact until they get your payment and then they disappear.
