I placed an order for click and collect, 8 days later the product is not ready for pick up. I have called and left a message on three different occasions now, to no reply to where my order is.

Everything was great! Phone & email customer service was great! Answered all my questions. Had to pay quite a bit for express delivery (only option) but it did arrive in a day after it was shipped! Would purchase again.
Great customer service, helpful and knowledgeable regarding the important products they sell (I purchased PPE). Products are affordable, regulated and Australian made (in the case of the N95 and surgical masks I purchased).
