Got nervous at the beginning but thanks to the site's staff and the seller's replies I understood what was going on. Shortly after payment I also received the order. It pays to check the delivery times of sellers because this can be anywhere from 30 minutes to a full day. Partly my fault for ignoring that.
This website, and its staff, are liars and thieves. I have been a seller on the platform for 10 years and they are the most incompetent website Ive used. You are much better off going to eldorado.gg or g2g.com
I bought a runescape account off PA from "denisjchavez". He recovered the account after a week. After looking back at his feedback he has done this to others, but its hard to gauge as feedback doesn't seem to be able to be edited after it has already been submitted. So this guy has 99% seller rating, wow right? Wrong. After looking at all his feedback he clearly is reselling the same accounts. Hell he is selling the account he recovered off me right now! I put through a dispute and the process was absolute crap but i managed to get my refund. What i dont get is how a person like this can be continued to trade and scam on the site without being reprimanded by PA. Fix your damn site PA, let buyers/sellers edit feedback, because this guy would have 0% rating if every person he has probably traded with could edit their feedback rating.

Probably the only secure and free of scammers site on the internet when it comes to purchases of online goods. I'm pretty shocked with the negative opinions but it's probably due to the fact that always that 1% that is dissatisfied shouts the loudest lol. I both buy and sell there and highly recommend to anyone!

Bad feeling from first moment. Went through KYC process like a medium size company, great service when needed to take my money and then needed to chase unsuccessfully the account i purchased who was not delivered. 4 days - numerous emails and messages to both playerauctions and seller with no results. When they need your money, they answer on the spot, when you write them you havnt received what you purchased for 4 days now, they ask you to contact seller who doesn't bother to reply. Shame on this site.

The transaction process is entirely between the buyer (you) and the seller. If the seller is unresponsive, that is what the dispute system is for so you can be able to ask for refund. PlayerAuctions is not involved with the seller's delivery time and response timing, but we provide you, as a buyer, the opportunity to ask for a refund in case the order gets stalled. It's also not true that 4 days lapsed. Right after you mentioned this order, our agent replied after 2 minutes.

I had to do payment verification after i did everything asked and was told it was done it took hours for it to be updated absolute joke they just stopped responding and never helped answer the questions they just said the same thing over and over

Worst customer service out of all the mmo sites. No buying protection even though they charge you to insure the purchase. When it comes time to make a claim on the insurance they automatically reject it.

Requires verification more than federal institutions but will not help with disputes even on clear as day scammer sellers. They will acknowledge that the seller is a scammer but will tell you that they cannot help you with your issue. Save time and money and might as well go somewhere else because Player Auction sellers will scam you and Player Auction themselves will scam you as well.

I sold a Tibia account on this website recently and a few days later the buyer claimed to them that I recovered it, which did not happen. He ADMITTED that he has the account and uses it actively on the website's messenger to me. And here I am, 7 days later, having sent all the appropriate screenshots, still not paid and no update on the status of the case. Either this website is a scam or the people that work for it are completely $#*!ing useless.
I'm just gonna take my account back, PlayerAuctions has been by far one of the biggest hassles I've ever tried to deal with. 0/10 Would not recommend. Also, avoid doing any type of business with kingtonygg, he is the scammer that thought he could steal my account.
The account got recovered by its owner. When I emailed the website about this situation, they told me I have to prove that the account was recovered by its original owner. I then filed a report under this account to Riot. I asked Riot if the account can only be recovered by it original owner. Riot confirmed that in the email. I then emailed screenshots to playersaunction, however they repeat sending me the same response, which is asking to provide the proof, which I did. After a certain days the site closed my case and just ignored my request. Avoiding buying anything from this web. Please ignore my grammar

The website is well maintained very clear and I felt very safe making my transaction. It also allows us to visit the people selling the items to see if they are actual real merchants. My overall experience was excellent and I would recommend this website to another person!
The worst experience i've ever had! They have such payment risk system that is the worst crap ever made. Even after verifying with ID and everything, payments failed from their side. And the only solution they come with is to use crypto currency instead. That's not a solution!

I went to buy an account, paid for it, said it was accepted then the "system" cut it off, but didnt refund the money they took. This is a problem and looks like a common one. Could make a sweet profit if you do it the legit way.

I have lost a dispute when it clearly had some evidence on my site. I wanted them atleast to check the dispute on the easiest level but they had no effort for it. The original owner of the google account somehow got it back and mysteriously he changed the password 3 month ago when the account also was sold the second time 3 month ago. They did not even want to check the orders for screenshots and stuff to clearly check if the account got double sold. They searched the easiest way out even tho I used to buy the insurance to be safe. Never ever trust into them guys.

The customer service is trash, they wouldnt refund my money when they suspended my account for making multiple accounts, which they neglected to tell me was a violation for the terms of use. They take forever to reply and to update your account information and what not. Kids, just dont do it. This website blows major $#*!.

I bought a lol account on november. On january, the original owner recovered the account, i sent an email to them, after 2 months they havent answered me. 0 protection to the seller. If you want to sell something here, better do it yourself but you can still use this web, but if you are going to buy DON'T DO IT ON THIS WEB. 300$ lost.

You need to make it possible for people to pay with credit cards. When you verify that the card holder is using their bank account the credit card takes any charge and rounds it up to $1.00. I went through the process of filling all of my information in like 4 times because of this. Finally when I switched to debit card it worked. But then after verifying that the account was mine, I had to fill in all of my information yet again. This is counter-intuitive. If you just verified that I was using my account, it is obvious that I am going to be paying with that same exact account or else you would reject my payment for not using a verified bank account. The information should be auto filled in. It is just a pain to continually fill all of that in over and over and over again. Please make your site a little more functional. I appreciate your attempt to verify bank accounts before accepting payments. Great idea, but it needs to function better. Please address this.
