Edit: i didn't check my account online. When I did i see they already processed it on tuesay. This issue is resolved.
PlayerUp refunded me the money I lost when I got scammed from a seller. Middleman protection works and is worth it. I just might add they need to work on keeping repeating offenders off the site, as they just make new accounts and resell same channel multiple times without any red flags going off.

Not the faster answer
I've read a lot of review and i tried the site. I buy a F/GO account and was chatting with the seller, after some time he wrote me that he don't wanna sell it anymore because he don't wanna give personal info like is passport to the site. Ok, i asked to the middleman for a full refund, since the seller write that he changed his mind but no one answer us. This happens 2 days ago and i'm still waiting for an answer. I understand that paypal and bank have their time, but the playerup people could at least send me a message.
EDIT: Nevermind. They don't refund payments apparently, they void them. Problem was solved prior to even posting this.
I bought a twitter account from one of the 'trusted' seller who had positive feedback. The seller didn't deliver and didn't respond. When I contacted the Middleman (site moderator) about this, the seller said he wouldn't be delivering. Even after this the mods did nothing to resolve this and my money was never returned. Total scam. Please stay away!
Update: Don't believe Jason's comment that says "Status - Resolved'" because nothing got resolved. The site admins tried to pressurise me to remove this review before they issue a refund. I refused and they never issued a refund (see attached images above).

Paid for an account of 10 k followers within a week 7000 disappeared 2nd week the rest went. Made a dispute not heard anything!
Edit: wanted to update this. They did add the followers, I just gave them the wrong page. Will reorder again on my correct page.
Seller sold me a bad account. Was fully refunded for the order thanks to playerup middleman. Thank goodness I at least made the smart decision to pay that way instead of crypto which is what the seller originally wanted.

I used this service to sell an account. I picked it because of the good reviews, mainly from this site. I sold my account and everything went smoothly until it was time to get paid. There was a delay with payment. Update: They have responded. Hopefully it works out. Update: Payment processed
Telling me they were verifying the payment until today, but they still haven't told me if they have paid me, and they only would suspend without random excuses to evade paying. They would remove the post when you confronted them for payment.

I bought an account yesterday and since then the money has left my bank account but as of yet I've not even received a email to confirm my purchase, I have no transaction ID either so I'm sat here just twiddling my thumbs $300 down and no account. I've messaged middleman in multiple different ways even in the urgent messages link they have left on other posts and got nothing back but an automated message,the only person that I can communicate with was the seller and they even think it's odd. If I can get this sorted ASAP then that would be great I didn't want to put this review up but I haven't been left with much of an option.

Edit: this is actually the 7th day, I got a messaged that 652 dollars is scheduled to transfer to me in 1-92 hours, still not sure how long it would take more. Also you guy said it costs free for transactions. Then Why i only receive 652 out of 750 dollars from my transaction? Where did my 100 dollars go?

Bought a clash account and went smooth after payment received the account then after a few days it was taking from me. Can't access it anymore also contacted Playerup customer support and no one will get back to me.
Edit: it seems to be an issue on my end. This is solved.
I sold one of my accounts through the middleman service almost a month ago. I delivered the account and the buyer confirmed and took ownership. It's been three weeks of messages and no responses to receive my payout.
They ignored my messages about fading out directly and added it to my wallet and said the reabsfer would have in 144 hours, it did not and after I sent 5-6 messages and payment requests they finally initiated the transfer. That transfer has still not gone through and I've lost my account and never got paid.

I have done like 4 sales as a seller on this site and I think it's safe to say I'm satisfied with it. So far I haven't got scammed and the MM transaction process is smooth that I could give game account information under less than 24 hour after 3 Way Ticket conversation were provided. Middleman system provides enough security checks that I have no doubt giving acc info like that. Although, my payment got delayed sometuimes (I probably did something stupid during the process lol) but got the money nonetheless so I'm happy. Keep it up!

This site is the best legit account trading site. I already done trade many accounts on this site. Thank you Playerup. Some people think this site is a fraud. No, It's not. If you're seller your payment is slow, check your payment detail is correct, do not open duplicated ticket, read knowledge base and be patience. If you're buyer using MM service to buy accounts you're safe from scams.
Site safe to use. Would be nice to have a telephone line and online chat for everyone for any problems. Recommended site and lots of accounts advertised on. It is indeed nr1 for what they offer. But if improvement would not hurt. All together happy with it, and will use again in future. Stay safe people and use a middleman for your own safety. Keep it up playerup.

Playerup.com offers a middleman service in which they facilitate the trade of game accounts between buyer and seller acting as an intermediary to confirm and hold the buyers funds. They are quick to make this happen, usually within the hour. But when it comes to releasing the funds to the buyer they go silent for weeks at a time. They ignored my requests for 16 days without response until I posted a negative review here. A playerup representative contacted me here within an hour and asked for my information. Things finally looked to be on track and they requested my paypal information. But to release the funds to me they demanded that I delete my negative review. I capitulated to their ransom and deleted the review only for them to go silent again and no payment. So as I write off the money I'm obviously never going see, I hope this review saves someone else the time, money, and overall headache of dealing with this shadiest of companies.
