Satisfactory service

I registered a PlayerUp account yesterday and decided to make a purchase on an account. I contacted the seller and he wanted to deal through MiddleMan. So I proceeded to make payment and received a pre-middleman setup. It has been over 24 hours and I have yet to receive a reply or a response. I even messaged the MiddleMan through a seperate conversation, email their support_playerup.com and even created a thread in PlayerUp Middle Man Thread Topic. I will change the review if I received a satisfactory service

My issue were resolved with them.

I dealt with a bad seller on PlayerUp. He was rude and used vulgar language at me when I asked him to update the email to my email. All I was trying to do was buy from a legit seller and it didnt happen with my 1st purchase here. However playerup has refunded me, suspended the seller from the platform and I have decided to buy from a 2nd seller. If you don't hear back from me again then that means everything went well and I managed to get my item.

Don't trust this website

I paid 5$ for buying snapchat account but this website is an automated system and no real support replying there. I tried to contact them many times but without any response. I canceld the order and still not get my money back and no one aproved my cancelation more that 5 days now. I wished if I read reviews about this website before I pay and waste my money.
This website is one persone owner and he chated me back to delete my review to get refund. I refused and he didn't refund my money back.
Big theif.

Site itself is a scam and won't pay you. It also promotes scammers. Service completely ignores you until you put up a negative review then contacts you to make you remove it if you want your money. And even if you remove it they'll say oh ya the person canceled payment with there bank we can't do anything

I got message from admin to remove my comment and rating here and they will process my withdrawal, so is that how it's work? I mean, I can delete it when he send me my money right? It's easy to do that, I didnt delete my last review because I know they will ignore me again once I delete it, so I will update more and more about my last payment until I got my money (note if my Player up account got delete I will post again)

Just update again, like you said you didnt support dana, but i still found dana on seller payment methode and if you really say that just see our conversation on Player up I send you my paypal email thanks

Issue with your cashout is due to that payment bounced back. You'll need to contact support and update your payment method so we can resume working on your cashout.

PlayerUp doesn't pay

They were ignoring me and didn't pay. When I published new post on reddit in PlayerUp subreddit, they marked "issue is resolved" and closed comments. But nothing was resolved. I asked other redditors and they had the same problem - "issue is resolved" but money wasn't paid.

Then I posted review on complaintsboard and then they asked me to remove this review because "Sorry we dont process orders with open issues" (screenshot is attached). But if you remove your review they will ignore you again (screenshot is attached). Buyer confirmed order at the end of June and I still don't receive my payment. I think they are scammers and they will not pay anyway.

Status - Order Was Cancelled - You Sold A Suspended Account To A Buyer

On July 18,2023, you sold an account which was suspended by the publishers. The buyer attempted to reach out to you but the issue was and still remains unresolved. During this time, you constantly were harassing our team for payment while the buyers issue was still open and active. Instead of working with us to sort this issue out, you came to review sites to point blame at us. The team reached out to you recently to attempt to work a resolution on this issue. Instead we were greeted with vulgar language and religious attacks.

At this point, there is nothing further we can do to assist you with your transaction. We can't even communicate with you on this matter much less even go about resolving the buyers issue. The funds have now been returned to the buyer and this order is terminated due to your inability to communicate / resolve this matter.

I made a transaction for 199$ using PlayerUP credits then they made the transfer to the seller but when they opened the 3 way conversation another stuff is described. I bought a Clash Of Clans account for 199$ not a 7$ Battlefield one. I contacted support and no answer, contacted via twitter, instagram and only automated responses. I also opened a ticket In here is our 3 way conversation both me and the seller requested assistance but no response yet: Its a great page but im a little bit disapointed of the support. I'm willing to give full stars i just want two things if possible thank you and i will recommend the site to my friends: 1. Fix the first 3 way conversation the product purchased stated is wrong.

This is my first experience of using PlayerUp website. I sold my account on 3/7/24. Everething was fine: fast creation of 3 way ticket, fast response to my question about previous scam attempt from the bad person, secure. Account was sold for 185$ and on 3/19/24 i got message that 160,95$ arrived to my Middleman Wallet Balance. Then i made attempt to Middleman Wallet Balance Cashout on 3/22/24 and got this message: "Your payment has been successfully scheduled to be sent and it will appear in your Account within an estimated 1-96 hours." After 1 week i started worrying and ask about current status of my payment but got only automated bot response. In my country PayPal not fully working so i choose BankTransfer (Global) method. Total Scam

After one week no account was transferred despite payment being made. The account for sale was being sold via an Indonesian gentleman, who was desperately trying to receive payment via PayPal directly at a massively reduced price. I know there was someone else simultaneously trying to buy the same account. ALL SCAM CENTRAL. Thankfully, my bank took back the payment and now this SCAM site is trying to claim nonpayment (via a debt collection agency) despite never receiving an account and NO COMPLAINT that an account was handed over. Oh, by the way, the site is also Indonesian. DO NOT GET SUCKED IN BY THIS SCAM SITE!

I recommend in the future you actually reach out to our live chat team. From my initial review, the team tried to expedite the transaction and didn't do proper diligence at reviewing and resolving your issue.
