I had trouble with my order, so I messaged the pretty little thing fb account and got a reply within half an hour! Which was very helpful a life saving. Big ups to Heather and Jessica for helping me out!
Run, and do not waste your time shopping at this store. I ordered sweatpants and a shirt and never received the shirt. I tried filing a complaint about not getting the shirt, but they told me they watched the footage and saw both items being packed together. I received the pants and filed the complaint because a week later, I still didn't have the shirt. I was told that customer service was horrible, but against my better judgment, I ordered from them anyway, thinking it couldn't be that bad. It is bad, so stay away because they could care less about your missing item that they didn't ship. They have already been sued for lying about the prices as if you're getting something on sale. I had to learn the hard way and learn about how bad this place was because I did my research after the fact, but you have the chance to run before it happens to you. I gave it a 1STAR, and If I could have, it would have been a 0.
They took 112.49 out of my account without my permission. I have never heard of this website, never used this website. They won't give me information about where and how the purchase was made. I don't care who name on the package, my name is written all over that money. I work hard for that, it didn't just fall from the sky.

I ordered this little number from Pretty little thing and I was gonna wear some pants underneath but I'm in Miami this weekend and decided to be a Hot Mama. Everyone loved it including myself. It was true to size and sexy! Will be ordering from them in the future:-)

I ordered the Plus White One Shoulder Pleated Detail Midi Dress. The dress looked nothing like the website. The hems were showing, the dress was see through and felt like a table cloth. They want me to pay to return to them knowing the shipping costs is extremely high and probably equal to the cost of the item or more and currently I am in a dispute with them. Thank God that I ordered through PayPal. Coincidentally they don't allow people to leave reviews on their website. Do yourself a favor and don't order from them. I'm attaching pictures of what I ordered compared to what I got.

I got sent a defective item, (totally not my fault!) and talked to 2 customer service reps through email and twitter, Mavie and Matt T. Both reps were unapologetic and unprofessional even after seeing photos as proof of the defects. They asked me to send the item back at my own cost if I wanted a refund even though prettylittlething was at fault for sending me a defective item in the first place and didn't even offer to send a replacement.

Haven't received a refund from over a month ago. I can see through Royal Mail tracking that they have received the parcel but still will not give the refund - basically have taken the money and the product back! Contacted customer service to be told that the refund has been processed (it definitely has not - I have received nothing!) would not trust this company at all - seems like a complete scam

Bought a dress with lace sleeves.
*Delivery - It arrived in a reasonable timeframe.
*Fit - Not the best. I put it on, bent my elbow and heard the lace sleeve rip. I have slim arms so I have no idea how those with bigger arms would manage. The dress itself is a size 12 but it fits more like a size 10. I'm not tall but the dress is quite short on me.
*Quality - The quality is lacking. Looks cheap close up but fine from further away/at night.
Summary:
The item I bought was cheap so you absolutely get what you pay for with this company. It'd be fine if you want to buy a one-use item, but personally I will not be buying from them again.

I ordered the Pink and White Stripe Satin Short PJ Set and the colour is way off.
In the photos on the website the stripes are light pink but in person they're much darker which is disappointing because I don't like the dark shade all that much.
Aside from that, everything's fine but I'll be returning anyway.

The receipt shows the discounted price plus standard shipping but the total suddenly spikes to $20 more. I emailed them regarding this because I just want to be charged the right amount and they said they cannot. The order receipt displays this price error. Don't buy if your planning for an event unless it's months ahead. They always say "delivery on x date or sooner". Despite this my package is always far past the latest delivery date every single time. So frustrating when you planned. Overall products look like photos but the materials and fabric are a lot cheaper then they look online. Similar quality to forever 21 but cuter styles

Ordered a pair of heels size 6 and they sent me a 4. I'm a size 6 and you can fit another foot in there, so sizing is wayyy off. Not to mention my toe screamed during the 10 seconds I tried them on. Now I have to pay out of pocket to return the item!?! Wth?
The dresses are absolutely trash, see through and itchy material.

If this clothing brand is able to market its male clothing range as Boohoo Man depicting men as visually strong in their online and billboard ads, what does it say about this company's attitude towards women, typically depicted as sexual objects, without dignity or autonomy? This isn't the 80's. Change your brand name and imagery PLT, it's insulting.
Come on women, wake up, you're being played by this lightweight and, let's be honest, substandard clothing business. Not wholly surprising when one considers the cultural background of the owners. Time to put them out of business.
Seeing their sexist and misogynistic billboard adverts plastered all over the motorways/highways is too much to bear in silence. This review will be posted on several review sites.

I had a horrible experience with PLT. I ordered something and paid every penny and due to some issues with the address they didn't even informed me to correct it they sent my package back without even giving a proper information, yet they're also refunding half of money. My order total was $128.50 and they're refunding only $78.00 which is their fault. The customer service sucks, they said we can't refund your delivery money back and all those things and at last they said ‘We hope we've helped with your query today. Please help us free up our team for the next customer in line by not replying to say thank you. Instead, we'd really love to hear your experience bla bla bla'. Not even a bit of understanding is coming from them. I can't believe the horrible service I'm receiving. Would never recommend it to anyone.

Part of my order didn't arrive. Thought it was going to be an easy process when they said they'd check CCTV footage of my order being packed. Instead I was basically called a liar and told I wasn't getting a refund or reorder and the decision was final and they wouldn't be revisiting my claim. They've just taken my money and are now ignoring my emails. So disappointed as I've been shopping with them for about 4/5 years with no problems. Now I know I won't ever be again.

They do not refund returns!
I returned items twice and 24 days still have no refund for both times! The customer service does nothing and blames Paypal because I opened a dispute. So they do nothing is incredible. I will have to complain no professionalism. Already the return costs are not free (France) plus they fly clearly without refunding when returning the items.

I ordered a lot of clothes and shoes and accessories for my holiday and took these away with me. The things I didn't wear on holiday I returned.
When doing the return I realised there was a pair of sandals I'd ordered that id never received.
I've contacted them about this & they will not refund me as it's been over 14 days. Since when is this a policy you have? Doesn't state it anywhere when ordering. And I didn't think to check every single item I ordered was there as I ordered about 30 items and presumed they'd correctly send everything.
Wouldn't recommend. Terrible customer service. Pretty sure they make enough money with the figures they reported pay molly mae to refund me for some sandals I don't have!

This is my second time ordering from this site, and the second time they've given me sizes that were wrong and also too big!(it seems as if a lot of other people has a problem with their sizes as well)... I contacted customer services and all the representative said was I ordered from the U. K. size chart. Doesn't make any sense at all. I paid extra for next day delivery due to urgent situation. One item arrived with several holes on it, the other looks totally different then on the website (unmatched colour and style) and the other one is made for barbie probably, I'm 5"2,45kg, find there is no way to fit myself in that clothing! It was completely ruined!
So I contacted the customer service and they responded as the other two items wasn't damaged, so they won't refunded me the postage fee.
Poor customer service, untrustworthy products pictures, description, poor quality of goods and irresponsible delivery! Don't order from them!

I purchased a set and I paid express shipping. My package failed to arrive on time. I was at first refunded for the shipping then ultimately for the entire purchase. As a courtesy, I was offered a promo code for my troubles of 40%. There's currently a 40% off sale so I'm not getting much of deal here. Offering me it was actually an insult.
