Bought a Halloween costume. It was terrible quality and made TINY! I got a Large and I wear a Medium and couldn't even get it over my head! They try to steal your money. We have a Federal Trade Commission. Dispute it with your bank. We have to do our homework and stop buying from these awful foreign companies online. It's unethical to say you have a no refund policy when you're doing business in the U.S. If it doesn't fit and it's horrible quality and you get it back in perfect condition, you owe a refund! AWFUL!

Actually being able to talk to someone is impossible, I've talked to when signing up I guess I spelled my email wrong. I proved who I am multiple times and they won't help. I need to return items because the sizing is completely off so none of my clothes fit. And I payed with Klarna so I'm basically screwed and mavie and Kelly have not been helpful.

They will send you pieces of clothing weeks apart and then won't let you return items. The quality and look of the item was also completely differen than the image. Please don't buy from this company. A waste of your money and time and their customer service won't help you.

Don't use them. It's not worth your time and money.

The customer service is atrocious. I ordered clothes so that I could have them for my mums birthday and they cancelled my order and didn't inform me. Customer service were rude and were no help at all. I had then placed an order on the 30th saying it will be here on the 6th, then was told they can't deliver it!

So I'm writing this review cause of the customer servious, if this review was only based on the servious I would give it 5 starts but I only have it 3 and that was being generous. I will never buy from pretty little things again. I ordered a dress and the day it was suppose to get delivered it was sent back cause wait for it "I put " I did not the stupid automatic address did it. Well it put RD for road stupid right. Well that happened and they said it was my fault and they couldn't refund me the shipping cost I sent thing snapshots of everything and thanks to Clark got everything resolved. Hopefully by the 5th I get my money back.

They don't refund you for your tax of item and charge your for return. Do not order from here unless you know exactly your size and measurements and you're not returning. They basically make returns super complicated and costly

Horrible customer service. I've been waiting for 2. Months to get my refund I sent the order back and I sent them all that they asked for and now they are totally ignoring my emails and they don't want to send me my refund

This company is awful! The clothes are crap but what is worse is they will not refund you for clothes you return. They will make you wait weeks and when the time is up they will make you wait longer and longer. Maybe they are not doing well financially but it's not ok not to refund for items that have been returned over a month ago.

Unfortunately, i used to order from PLT all the time but i stopped ordering from them after my last order came with items missing AND the quality is piss poor. I get that you get what you pay for but its so bad that they now have a pricing policy on every page of every item they sell. The overpricing is one thing but atleast dont have my clothes unravelling and falling apart before i even get to wear them. I wont be ordering from them again.

Servis is really great! I love it how it works, so simple and helpful. I ordered lot of products and i am so happy with the items, the models are really great and also a material, same as on the site and videos
I had just one Problem with one dress and Sultan really helped me a lot with getting a new dress without any complication, they simply send a new dress out. He answered of all my questions what i needed. Really helpful and professional. I got my respond also very quickly! I can not ask for more Thank you

Prettylittlething.com destroyed my Christmas. I ordered $200 worth of clothes on December 9,2018 and got a delivery date for December 19,2018. I sent an email and on December 22 I got a refund on my shipping and a reply email saying the Christmas presents that I ordered wouldn't be here until December 30. This is the only place that I've ever seen charge shipping on such a large order and didn't even notify me that there were delays. I will never order from this place again.

I ordered $300 worth of items from PLT. Not one was satisfactory. I received a pair of shoes that are dirty with someone else's toe prints on them and a jumpsuit that had clearly already been worn on someones night out and returned. The rest of the items were terrible quality and the customer service was appalling. Told that i have to pay to return items that have been sent to me dirty and worn…. Never will i shop here again. They should be ashamed with how they treat their customers. Daylight robbery.

I ordered some items and realized that my address was changed after my purchase. I was confused because I know my address and have been ordering lots of items from other brands. I realized right away and emailed them that the address was incorrect and I wanted to change it. I didn't get a response for 2 days, they asked me to send the correct address so I did that. A day later they email me saying there was nothing they could do because the order was already shipped THAT SAME DAY. They didn't pause my order or even attempt to stop it. They told me I'd have to go to the house it was shipped even tho I'm quarantined, which I explained before. They didn't offer me a refund or anything, so now somebody else is going to receive the clothes I PAID FOR.

This is the most stupidest clothing company alive. I need a invoice to clear my package, there is no way to communicate with them to ask questions this company is $#*!ed. I spent my $#*!ing money on nothing I can't even touch or wear. Peace of $#*! $#*! company I can't wait for them to shut down. Thiefs!

It took a month to get my dress then when it came it wasn't even the right dress totally different then when I sent it back an requested a refund they only offered me a partial payment so the answer is hell no I won't order from them again!

Just contacted PLT via fb in regards to a refund and I was expecting it to be a bit hard BUT it was so so easy! Spoke with Sabbah who was super lovely and helpful and made sure that all my needs came first. No stress, no worry, instant results! Best customer service I've ever received!

Customer service Ivy was not helpful. They send my package to the wrong address and all she told me was, they're sorry and to go to the wrong address to retrieve my package... Went to ups and they advised me I do not do that. Spend all that money to not have receive my package. Very disappointed.

They sent me a dirty, used dress with body fluid on it. I sent a picture to customer service and they told me to just wash it?! Is this a joke? This is not how you run a business. When a customer orders a new item, you told sent them a dirty one and tell them to wash it. What is this?

Leah was very prompt and a pleasure to speak with this afternoon. I ordered items for my vacation and chose the wrong shipping. Leah refunded the transaction and within an hour I was able to re-order the items! PLT has the cutest outfits at affordable prices I will definitely be back!

I didn't receive an email about my order so I contacted PLT and an agent named Jamaica helped me within minutes and reassured me that's everything was ok I just entered my email address in wrong. She gave me all the details I needed. So polite and efficient! Thank you! X

I Purchased 3 items from prettylittlething. 2 white dresses and a multi color dress. I receive the package and notice the bag was torn on the side with clear tape to cover the hole. The only white dress received had a stain, and the multi color dress could fit my 9 years old daughter. I forward an email to customer service, but never got a response. I tried to follow their return policy; which was a nightmare. I barely purchase items online; however due to Covid-19, I decided to give it a try. Well, prettylittlethings will never get an order from me again.

Unhappy customer.

So I have placed several orders from PLT, and I have given it a few tries before I've made my mind up about this site. Ultimately, I find that the clothes look incredibly cheap, and the sizing is totally off. For example, I bought two tank tops for about US $10 each, and neither was wearable: both were completely see through and the neck line was wayyyy too low even though I bought each top in my size. I also bought a glittery corset and, again, the neck line was totally off. I ordered a coat, and it was so cheap that the pockets were not even sown in on the inside of the coat. Though you are paying less, you are definitely sacrificing quality. I would recommend misguided over PLT.

I have to placed a order but did not mentioned about my address because i didn't think they automatically to set my old address lolzz. I immediately to contact to customer service after 5 minutes. Well. They said they can not change the address because your warehouse dispatch the items… lolzz how they can ship in 5 minutes ago. I think their system is so bad.

pay attention about the address shipping if you hace changed address before

I ordered a seven things and I really like the dress I got, the shoes, and the long sleeve t, but two of my items had holes in them and I was very disappointed. Also, two of the items I bought were very see through and one of the pairs of joggers I got were as well. Everything I bought was sent the right sizes at least.

I'm a size 6 or 8 usually, depending on each store's individual sizing. I read that that PLT ran small, so I sized up on a sweatshirt dress I bought, but got my leggings true to size. Not only did the leggings not look like the photo, they were also made of a weird t-shirt material, and were WAY too long and too big, despite ordering my size. I would never wear them. The sweatshirt dress was a pretty color, but it just didn't fit right (was too short to call it a dress, but too big to be a cute sweatshirt to wear out of the house). I wear the sweatshirt to sleep, and donated the leggings. Seems too risky to order anything else from them.
