Bought a Halloween costume. It was terrible quality and made TINY! I got a Large and I wear a Medium and couldn't even get it over my head! They try to steal your money. We have a Federal Trade Commission. Dispute it with your bank. We have to do our homework and stop buying from these awful foreign companies online. It's unethical to say you have a no refund policy when you're doing business in the U.S. If it doesn't fit and it's horrible quality and you get it back in perfect condition, you owe a refund! AWFUL!
Such a great customer service from Jamaica and melody! Got a response straight away and helped with my mix up and overall so friendly and polite girls! 100%! PLT is a hit or miss and most of the times my experience have been a hit! And great customer service tops it off!
I'm very sad and disappointed with how plt has treated me with my order **************989. I still don't have an update and my refund hasn't been processed. This is after I provided my conversation with FedEx to show they're at fault. Please I want my money back as you never delivered those items to me. They've made me wait a whole month after promising that my refund will be processed on the 24th of August. It has still not been processed. This experience has triggered my anxiety and traumatized me and I'm very sad. All I want is my refund and I would just appreciate it. I in fact at this point am begging for it because they've made me do a run around for my money for items they never delivered. I just want my money and I'll Never order from them again.
Every time I contact them to get my money back they have this blankets response that they send to everyone. You know this because it comes back in seconds after you send your email. The COVID accounts for the delay in receiving your pkg is the response they send to everyone. There is no way anyone is going to get their money back in the form of a refund. Very disappointing. I can't believe they send me promos every day. Do they really expect me to order something else from them. The old adage " once bitten, twice shy" definitely applies here.Do not order anything from this business. There are so many negative reviews I can't believe they are still in business No way am I gonna order anything from China again and neither should you.
First time ordering from PLT and the clothes was the same type of material that SHEIN uses and the sizing is way off. Having to return everything and being charged $4 for that. You can't even leave reviews on their website I guess I ignored that red flag!

I bought a dress to wear to my bridal shower from PLT after reading not bad reviews from the internet. Turns out I may as well have burned my money as the dress was absolutely horrid. The bust was so loose I would have to take it in an inch on each side. It was completely see through, and the fabric was sewn badly so that the under layer wrinkled right at my crotch. I would use it as a rag but its made of lace soooo... (shrugging emoji). One star for the fact that even though i would never wear this $70 mistake, it actually came the day they said it would.
Ordered three items and wanted to return two. Two of the items looked nothing like the picture. The quality was terrible. It was supposed to be form fitting and it was not at all. It appeared to be a stretchy yet quality material in the picture but was just cotton. The one item that I did like had to be altered because the cleavage was literally drooping down, but in the picture featuring the model, it did not appear that way. This would not have been such a big issue and would have tried PLTs clothes again, but they would not process my return because they could not match my order number when trying to return the product. I found that to be hilarious because my order would pop up when tracking it through the site, almost as if they did not want to give my money back. There was also no number I could call. I will not order from this site again solely on the basis of bad customer service.
I am a size 4 in most trousers and have always tried to have faith in plt as their clothes are nice. Although, I have ordered trousers, leggings, jeans and cargos many times from plt in a size 4 and they never seem to fit me. At first i blamed myself that i was possibly and awkward size but realised i was wrong after every other place i order from is a size 4 and fits me perfectly. I also realised i was wrong after asking my friends if they had the same problem and everyone i've spoken to also says that the bottoms from plt never fit them and are always too big. This is a shame as the bottoms on plt are really nice and they don't go below a size 4. After many attempts of trying to have faith and give them a chance, ordering again and again i have finally given up. Even if your not a size 4 i still do not recommend ordering bottoms off plt as their sizing is always off and never accurate!

I had a friend rave about them, so I go online order a sequined blazer dress, it was really cheap and poor quality. I returned it. That was 2 years ago. I have unsubscribed to emails 50 times and they keep emailing me! PLT are equivalent to Rainbows or Madrag, BUT cost way more. FOH! Thirsty AF to keep a ppl on marketing emails who ask them to leave them TF alone.
I order from PLT all the time. I would use express shipping if I needed the items sooner or Royal Mail if I don't need it too soon. But I order from PLT on Feb 12. It is now March 3 & my package has yet to arrived. It's very disappointing because I don't know why it's takes 3 weeks plus to get my package. I understand things happen during shipping but 3 weeks is a very long time to wait for a package. I spoke to customer service through whatsapp & Facebook messenger about the delay. Lucky, they refunded the shipping cost. I am a loyal customer but I'm don't know if I would order from them because this last order too way to long to get to me. And stop blaming on COVID.

Be ready to wait awhile for your order. Plan ahead if items are needed for an event. Contact support everyday if you need to, to get partial refunds on shipping.
Customer service was amazing. I accidentally ordered two of the same items and Ikra B was able to able to assist. She helped me cancel my order in order to reorder. I can't stress enough how convenient the WhatsApp customer service is.
Tracking for both of my orders have not moved in 7 days! 7 days no movement, its just sitting there, no updates, nothing! I ordered on July 29th for my trip on August 19th. My items were shipped on the July 31st and both have not moved or had any updates since last week. At this point I am beginning to seriously worry.
I have received things from China to USA in 3 days, so I really don't understand what kind of cheap shipping they are using. I need my items for my vacation. I ordered 3 weeks ahead of time. I don't understand how shipping is this slow in 2018. From UK - US. Not moved in 7 days, just sitting there... RIDICULOUS.

Pretty little things have cute pieces only on their website but the sad part is are you going to get them. This is the second time I've had this happen to me from this company earlier this year my order was not received and now months later I ordered one item ONE on November 28 it is now December 16 and no a order in sight according to their website when I placed my order in was supposed to be here by 12/11 now tracking information is pending and I'm getting the runaround of course. Sad to say that this will be the last time I order from this company I'll stick with fashion nova and boohoo pretty little things maybe you should change who you ship with maybe then your customers won't leave bad reviews until then I'll shop elsewhere.

I order 5 dresses with 2 separate orders. Had to pay shipping on both. They said my order would arrive on or before April 29th. I was attending a wedding on May 1. Wasn't sent any emails but when I track the order it just said running late. Finally the dresses arrived days after I had attended the wedding but I didn't have any use for them. Not only did I have to go in stores to look for a dress last minute. I had to spend more money. I also had to pay shipping back because I didn't need the dresses. It's a waste! I just sent one order back. I figure I'll just keep the other one maybe another wedding will come up. Also I think they're over priced!
I order clothing from this site and clothing from another country both express on the same day and the clothing from overseas has arrived days ago while I'm still waiting on the items from PLT. Don't charge $20 for express and then not get on to it. Such a rip off and I'm not bothered getting a refund I'm sure they are incapable of it
I was replying on my order for next day delivery. It said it would come day after I ordered 3 days in. No order, I pay extra for next day delivery. Customer service don't care, they say just wait a bit longer. Hate plt!
I can't complain abut the clothing they look the same as the picture. I tried to do a return and trying to contact them and get to speak to a agent was nerve wrecking i'm trying to do a return with rebound and they would not connect with a agent i soon lost patients. Im sending the items back at a local fed x and hope i get my refund back. The clothing is great quality nothing wrong with the items its just the colors didn't match the shoes i brought i tried to change my order they said they couldn't do it. So i just have to return the items and contacting customer service wasn't helpful
I had ordered a size 4 but I some how received a size 12? The quality of the clothing wasn't worth the money and shipping wasn't refunded either so it's a waste of good money. The customer service wasn't great either. Its very disappointing and I would never shop here again.
Ordered some items from PLT and after a further check I noticed that the wrong address had been selected after checking my account the system had not selected either my bill or delivery address option but an old address I no longer live at. After contacting customer service I was informed that there is nothing they can do I was shocked and stunned at the lack of help and support from customer service even when tracking my order it was still at the warehouse being picked. I was then Informed that I should go to the old property and ask for my parcel. I asked why would the delivery driver give the named parcel to someone else and not me, this is the worse customer service I have ever had and I am disappointed that this is how pretty little thing treat there loyal customer I will never purchase from you again
I returned my order 4 weeks ago I have not heard anything from them. I contacted customer services email after email I have not got the answer. I guess I will lose my money value of 150USD. They have the worst customer service. I will never order from this site again.

Excellent customer service by Umar A, I received a very quick response and I was very impressed. I was enquiring about an item that is out of stock and was informed about checking the back to stock items which I never knew about.
It's nice that they're doing competitions for others to win and I'm happy for those who have won. However, they are really racist! They have a £1K competition this black friday and they haven't chosen any asian winners! Only black and white! I am Indian myself and I haven't seen them choose any Indian winners for the past 3 days! I have entered the competition over 100 times this weekend so they must've seen my tweet at least once (or other asian's tweets) however they are racist and don't want to choose them. It makes me feel like I want to change the colour of my skin just for them to notice me! Also I couldn't get anything in the <£1 sale, it all got sold out and I was on their site when they were restocking it! Such a waste of weekend for nothing.
I purchased two dresses as Christmas gifts for my sisters. One, a minty green color and the other a vibrant blue. Today I received the dresses and one is a depressing navy blue and the green is like a bad Crayola crayon. Apparently they want me to pay for shipping to return this crap to the UK. I'm very upset! These dresses are ugly and not like the photo. THEY should refund the shipping I already paid, since this is not what I ordered, and should also pay for me to send this ugly merchandise back to them. Be warned about this BS Return "Policy!"

I ordered a dress for my baby shower on 1/16/23 & it was supposed to arrive on 1/25/23. My baby shower is today, 2/5 & I still haven't received it & it still says in transit in the uk. When I tried to contact customer service to cancel the order & get a refund through their customer service chat option on their website, they said they couldn't transfer me to a representative & didn't give me a reason or option to ask why. So now I don't have a dress & if I ever do get it I won't be pregnant anymore.
