Bought a Halloween costume. It was terrible quality and made TINY! I got a Large and I wear a Medium and couldn't even get it over my head! They try to steal your money. We have a Federal Trade Commission. Dispute it with your bank. We have to do our homework and stop buying from these awful foreign companies online. It's unethical to say you have a no refund policy when you're doing business in the U.S. If it doesn't fit and it's horrible quality and you get it back in perfect condition, you owe a refund! AWFUL!

Scam of a company. Paid for next day delivery on Monday 1st August as needed a few items for a trip abroad. Delivery was due by Wednesday 3rd August. No sign of the package and Royal Mail hasn't even received the package from PLT despite paying £5.99. I have tried to contact via email, tweeting, texting, tiktok, Facebook and instagram. They fobbed me off and said 'by the 5th' with no offer of a refund. That is standard delivery and not next day, which I have paid for, and will also be too late as I will be out of the country and unable to take in my order, which I have explained to them. No real apology or offer of a refund. How can you advertise next day delivery but not actually send by next day delivery? That is theft and false advertising! I now need a full refund as the items will be useless to me as I will have left the country by the time they reach my address

I order a dress from plt a months before the date of my sisters wedding. Just for them to tell me there's a major delay on my order and the fact that it's hard for you to contact them Bc they never give you the costumer care number is ridiculous I called fedex they said they never got the order from PLT like seriously disappointed all they said wait until next months if not they proceed with further instructions. Instructions to what to canceling my order!? Before you order be aware they take long to deliver your order. And I work by the time I get out malls are close so this is really stupid never ordering from here again

DO NOT SHOP. THEY NEVER DELIVER IN TIME.

The most horrible customer service. I ordered items on 200CAD, they never send clothes to me. Only in 2 weeks, I got a 59CAD refund for a sports costume, which I didn't cancel. After a long email conversation, I got my refund, which they "forgot" to proceed with. I don't know what's going on with them. I wasted my time and will never recommend them to anyone.

Kaitlin was a huge help with figuring out my dilemma. She was very nice and very helpful; hopefully the packages will be delivered back to PLT and I can get refunded so I can purchase the right size this time! Kaitlin was very good at explaining what was going on with my recent orders.

I order clothes for vacation and never received a confirmation email. I waited for the package to come for well over a week. The package never came and the customer service rep told me to go look for it. I couldn't get a refund or a credit.

The top I got from them is cute honestly I wear it, but its a totally different top than I bought on the website. If I were a Karen I'd probably be pissed. The photo on the website alludes it to be a sorta thick knit top but the top I got is the THINNEST nylon material ever. Also the color is very different from the picture. I also got pants from them and it was a similar thing, like its close enough to the picture where its not false advertising but suuucchhh worse quality than the pictures let off. I wouldn't shop there again nor recommend it.
**also its sus that you cant leave reviews on the website? That should have been my first red flag smh

Ordered NEXTDAY delivery last Thursday, parcel still hadn't arrived I've messaged pretty little thing via Facebook messenger and they have to be the most unhelpful company I've dealt with in a long time, they couldn't care less that the parcel hasn't turned up. All they keep telling me is maybe it will arrive today when I know for a fact it won't as the courier doesn't work Sundays it they won't listen and find out where my parcel actually is. This is disgraceful as £5.99 for next day and they won't help or don't care. How are companies like this still trading with customer service like that!

I've ordered two items from PLT and I have been very disappointed. One of the items was purchased a while ago that I immediately returned. This crewneck is my most recent purchase. The quality of the clothing is horrendous and their customer service was even worse. The clothing also looks nothing like the pictures! Wasn't able to return because costumer service was unresponsive.

They randomly CANCELED one of my orders after not receiving the items on the expected delivery date. I needed those items for a trip and when I reached out the customer service NO ONE was helpful or had an explanation. I am still going back and forth with them for a refund because this is unacceptable. Do not shop here save your money and shop elsewhere.

I ordered my items over three weeks ago. I got an email saying my order had shipped. I paid over a $100 for my order and I only received a skirt. I hadn't ordered a skirt and it wasn't my size. I contacted customer service and they keep telling me my order is showing Delivered... I want my money or my items! They are horrible!

When I received my item an opened the bag, immediately the smell of mold was so strong. My item was coved in black mold! The fact a company would send something like that is appalling.

Please make sure you double check your order before shipping because there is no correcting shipping. I haven't shopped and Plt since I recently moved so my old address was on there I realized the mistake as soon as I did it, that was it I couldn't cancel nor change the address. On other sites they give you a grace period to make adjustments but not PLT. They claim it is because they start your order right away but we all know that is not true because there shipping needed help even before Covid.

Will be reporting them to The Federal Trade Commission Department of Justice because of their negligent, and suspicious activity. I haven't received my package in 3 MONTHS, I've been very kind to be patient, but I refuse to wait any longer. They didn't respond to email, and haven't given me a refund for the items that were delivered to incorrect address in their state. It seems like they purposely shipped my package to wrong location to buy time, but never intended to deliver it to me although I paid for it. I never leave bad reviews, but they're sketchy, and tbh i wish I never ordered from them.

I ordered dress for birthday party. Wrote correct address when ordered. So team of this brand did not write full address ( they wrote only city, street and number of aparments). In Dubai need write the name of the building too. So delivery was delay and delivery company did not contact me even. So it came only after 4 days of my birthday party because of mistake of this shop. And they even did not apology for that and dont want give me any coupon or free return. So i paid 30 aed delivery and have to pay 30 aed return now for their mistake. And dress cost 120 aed. Unfair. The shop says that it is my mistake ( even i have proof for address in my order in my account and proof on the package. Very poor ugly service. The dress also came wrong size. And poor quality. Dont order there!

I really wish I would've read these reviews prior to ordering from PLT. I WILL NEVER AGAIN give them any business. My ENTIRE order is erroneous. Also, they charge buyers a fee to return items that they sent in error. I really *******@te to think this, but are small children packaging these orders? It's like they mess up your order purposely just to get the return fee. Never again.

I really want to rate this company with no stars because they have horrible customer service. I purchased 3 dresses and only received 1 they told me I would receive my other 2 dresses on the 20th of February... I ordered my dresses in January I've waited a month and received nothing. Nowwwww a representative is telling me they're sure they sent me the parcel to check again! So unprofessional because if you see the package they sent me it's super small! There's no way they sent me 3 dresses. They've went from telling me my packages were sent separately to telling me my packages were lost and now they're telling me my eyes deceive me and I need to check the package again. I'm livid and definitely not a supporter of this company! Give me my money back! And... not to mention the dress I did receive smelled like it was washed!

HOLD UP - Listen to this one, ladies!
Short story? Sexiest bikini ever, professional customer service, fast shipping, and unbeatable pricing.
Long story short: I was super hesitant, being a 1st timer on the website, from all of the scam reviews around. And yet I was seduced by a collective concoction of a breathtaking lizard print underwire bikini, which is now selling out quickly, and an amazing on-site sale. I encountered a glitch, and upon reaching out to customer service, was promptly responded with clarification, and was sent superb set! The whole beach was mine :D I got compliments upon compliments and was helped by Kristy in customer care - if PLT Management comes across this review, please send her warm regards! Very professional company and the sizing was on point. Going to be going back in for seconds! You won't be disappointed, fashionistas ;)

I spent a $65 on a jacket that looked really cute in their online picture - recieved it and it is HORRIBLE quality. Looks nothing like the picture. Stitching is a mess. I wouldn't even give this jacket to my worst enemy. Tried to return it and they said they couldn't find my order number? This place is a scam. Do not waste your money here!

I sent out a return package for the pieces that were too big for me. I forgot to put the original invoice slip in the return so I reached out to PLT's online customer service chat to let them know. Nowman helped me, and was quick & concise! Told me he/she was going to put a note on my account letting PLT know. I am patiently waiting for my package to return to PLT for my refund. Thanks again Nowman!

Im giving 1 star due to my order was placed on May 17th, i waited and waited finally i reach out to courier fedex and was told my package was lost. They gave me a claim number and told me to contact the company prettylittlething which i did since Monday and was told by different agents through Whatsapp to wait until June 18th. I explained what the courier told me but apparently they dont believe me even though I gave them the claim and phone number from fedex. I am dissatisfied with their customer service, I cant get my refund or replacement of my order really? Its not the first time i buy from PLT. The fact is i dont get a good customer service i do want my order thats why i asked for a replacement.

I had an issue with my return label. The label has addresses printed on it for both USPS and UPS (on the same label), so, I attempted to do a virtual chat, on two separate occasions, with what they call "Madi" and each time was prompted to please be patient until they could connect me with a rep. "No reps available" popped up so I sent emails asking if I use the label and just drop the return into the UPS drop, since it is my preferred carrier. The agent who responded never answered the question, only directed me to the website instructions for returns. These guys suck! There isn't even an option to exchange items for a different size during the return process. The sizing is COMPLETELY off and it does not run small as some are saying they run about one size to large and I base this on orders I've placed for my three nieces who are all different sizes. I've had to return their items due to the items being too large for them even after using PYT's sizing charts.

I had an issue with a faulty product that was not up to standard. I messaged via Twitter and received an instant reply from Mavie who got straight to the point and said although she couldn't send me out another product, she was happy to provide a refund and said not to worry about sending the item back. The service was amazing and she was very lovely. It was a pleasure to be served by her.

This is my first time ordering from PTL and it's the worst place to buy anything, horrible costumer service I still haven't received my order and it been a month. They are giving me a hard time getting my refund to as they tell me to wait for an order that never showing up. I wouldn't advise anyone to order from them!
