Bought a Halloween costume. It was terrible quality and made TINY! I got a Large and I wear a Medium and couldn't even get it over my head! They try to steal your money. We have a Federal Trade Commission. Dispute it with your bank. We have to do our homework and stop buying from these awful foreign companies online. It's unethical to say you have a no refund policy when you're doing business in the U.S. If it doesn't fit and it's horrible quality and you get it back in perfect condition, you owe a refund! AWFUL!

BUYER BEWARE. The company engages in fraudulent advertising. I ordered shoes for my birthday from them. And was sent the wrong size. I had no time to look for other shoes so I wore them and figured I will sell them to someone. I love the shoes so much that I ordered them a 2nd time and AGAIN was sent the wrong sized shoes. Now I'm upset. I contacted customer service and snapshoted our conversation along with the website where it shoes the shoes in US sizes.

Had a faulty playsuit and in my first message I specifically asked not for a new one as the occasion has passed. I wasn't listened to, until Umar A had replied and processed a refund straight away and a discount code.

Do not order from this website. Shipping is low I order my dress April 19th and told me it will be here Friday April 29th. My package haven't even hit Charlotte North Carolina yet. I emailed them and now they telling me to wait 48 hours. I will not order from this website again yall some straight bill $#*!.

I've waited nearly two weeks for my package to arrive (which hasn't moved for nearly THREE WEEKS). Any time I reach out to customer service (which I've gone three times) they tell me to "wait 72 hours". They will not refund my money nor send me another swim suit. This was my first order from them and I will NEVER order again. A total disaster from start to finish. Wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE.

I ordered two items on PLT but unfortanately received an email the next day that one item is unavailable and I will be refunded while the item is getting shipped.
I contacted the PLT team to discuss that I am not satisfied to spend on shipping again to place another order so it can arrive on time as I wanted two items to choose between the two. (Better safe than sorry, right).
My first contact was with jessika, apologising that the item is unavailable and asked for my order number. Another assistant named Naqash contacted me to inform me that she has refunded my shipping cost and will be in my account in the upcoming days.
Contacting them was hassle and stress free. A way to make customers happy. I have been a long term customer with PLT also.

Heather was very quick to my response! I was worried I wasn't going to get outfit I wanted for festival but I now can! It's 11pm WA time and I got great Customer service at this time. It's great thank you xxx

I ordered four items, all fit PERFECTLY! The items looked just as they were advertised on the website. I used a coupon which made my purchase extra special. I placed my order on 8/28 and got it 9/3 using regular delivery. I had a issue with one item. I sent a picture of the issue via twitter to the "Unicorns", GILL immediately handled the situation and made PLT my favorite site for quality garments. DON'T SLEEP ON PLT! ~Jeanella

Worst PLACE EVER TO ORDER FROM! FIRST OF ALL THEY SHIP YOUR $#*! WITH THE WORST COMPANY EVER! They said my packaged would be arriving in the 6th next thing you know I have a note on my door! Saying that they tried to delivery package. That's a damn lie I was in the house in my living room on my couch no one even KNOCKED! That's unacceptable! Then I can't even contact any one about the $#*! they keep saying to send emails about what's going on like this is URGENT! I call USPS which who they said my stuff would be with and they don't know where my stuff
Is at I HATE THIS PLACE AND WILL NEVER EVER EVER order from them again I rather goto fashion nova! The worst part is this is my first time ordering from them! So you females should know how that is! It's very unacceptable and terrible service. Also just peep the date and times in the pictures I added below

I placed two order with PLT, and need to return some items back. I paid $20 return postal fee, then found the address for me return the parcel was incorrect, always no one in that address and I couldn't make the return on time. After that I got covid couldn't return to a new address on time, so I asked for extension for my return. Then I got reply from PLT said I can do that, and they will cover the return cost. Then after I done so, they replied me say as it got expired for valid return time, I can not return it anymore, even I showed them the evidence from the customer service team. Quite time waster and the clothes quality not very good. Very disappointed.

This is the 3rd time I have ordered from PLT and I will not order from them again. You have to pay for shipment and it's always late. You reach out to customer service and they are no help and won't even refund the delivery fees for not having your shipment on time. The worst! And it's just a circle trying to use the app and get help. Terrible terrible terrible! If I could rate them a 0 I would.

Do count on getting your delivery on time. It won't come.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WASTED $98 I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO ARRIVE 6/3 AND I REFUSE TO WAIT 4-8 WEEKS FOR SOME DAMN CLOTHES THAT I MAY NEVER GET. THIS COMPANY IS NOW ON MY HATE LIST ALONG WITH FEDEX! GO OUT OF BUSINESS PLEASE

I was soooo excited to get my first package from PLT! When it arrived, one of the items was completely different from what was picture, a WHOLE different style of bikini. The quality in the top of the bikini was awful, there were strings fraying from the tie, to the actual triangle top itself. The strings were about 6 ft long, I honestly felt like the suit I got was a damaged/wrongly made suit that they had incorrectly packaged and sent to a customer in error. SUPER dissappointed. I went to the refund page, and was then informed you have to pay 7.35 for shipping the WRONG product back. Def won't recommend to my friends, or order from ever again. Bummed with this all around.

I ordered a sweater that never arrived and according to the tracking number, it was about 3 weeks passed the expected delivery date when I decided to reach out to PLT. About the issue. After multiple emails going back and forth with customer service, who kept leading me on, asking for more time for the sweater to arrive, after a month a half they (Chloe) finally promised to refund my money and mark it as "lost". A few weeks and more emails sent to them from myself, I was completely IGNORED and never received my refund. I had to call up my credit card company to open a dispute. I am a great customer but after this experience, they can keep their $20 because they lost a very good customer. SO UNPROFESSIONAL

I placed an order here for my birthday outfit as I was going on a trip for my birthday, they chose the cheapest shipping company and the courier did not even attempt to deliver my order they just shipped it back to plt. I contacted plt as a first time customer and they did not care at all. Not to mention they kept the shipping fee. Shop fashionnova, shop gojane, shop shein. Anywhere but here as they ruined my birthday!

I placed an order for a beautiful dress on my birthday, the order was not processed and they went into my account 3 times to take payment. It's hard to get in contact with customer service plus they just restricted comments on their page that speak of this issue.

I had to call my bank for the money to be returned, DO NOT SHOP HERE!

PLT used to be an amazing site where I would get cute items for the low $$ in 2018, not any more.

I had a missing item from my delivery from PLT. I had a total of 18 items that were supposed to be delivered but only 17 came. When i emailed them they stated something about the camera footage shows them all items were scanned and put into the bag so they believe i received the item and am just lying about the item not being there. They said they would not be issuing a refund or would be resending the item. They literally STOLE my money for this missing item. I will be contacting a lawyer and will be suing them for stealing.

I bought this sage green dress.It was see through. I can't wear white, grey, black or any color underneath it. I need to buy silicone bra.

The size was too small.

Sabbah replied to my messenger enquiry about my PLT return very fast and was very friendly and approachable. My return was processed so fast and I didn't have to send back the item I was unhappy with in the end. Very please, fantastic customer service from Sabbah, thanks!

I bought 4 dresses from this website and they were all thin and see through. One even had the seams not sewn properly. In my photos you can clearly see the tags and poor quality.

I ordered two dresses from PLT. I ordered them in November and this is the ending of January and I still have not recieved them. There customer service is not helpful and they never have any available agents. This is the first and the last time I will be buying anything from them.

Literally just received my order from PLT and this will be the last time I ever order from them. There is Makeup all over the top I ordered and have reached out to PLT on 3 different social media's with no successful reply.

Never ever going to buy from PLT again. I ordered a hat and what I received has nothing to with what I saw online. Stope taking ppls money and just be honest. I did returned it coz I had no energy for the back and forth msgs. Be carful of what you buying it's not the saaame!

I ordered a PETITE size ZERO and it came humongous with large legs and the sides were uneven. Their goal might've been an "hourglass" shape, making it skinnier at the waist, but one side was tighter at the waist making my hips look only big on one side. It looked nothing like the picture. It was also supposed to be a "washed" black CARGO jeans and it came dark black with weirdly wide and long pockets.

I recently purchase a few items from the website and I always heard good things about this brand. When my package arrived I was so excited! But when I tried on the clothing a terrible body odor was impregnated on the clothes… It was so gross I couldn't believe that an item from pretty little thing with a tag. Was sold with that smell. I'm so upset that I just return everything cause it was so gross. I won't recommend this website… the items aren't new and this website sell use clothing..

Needed to locate an item that hadn't arrived the delivery date it stated which I paid extra for and contacted them immediately and received and apology, tracking info, when it was going to actually arrive and a full refund from extra shipping cost I had paid for. Nowman was very helpful and still gladly a faithful PLT customer.
