Bought a Halloween costume. It was terrible quality and made TINY! I got a Large and I wear a Medium and couldn't even get it over my head! They try to steal your money. We have a Federal Trade Commission. Dispute it with your bank. We have to do our homework and stop buying from these awful foreign companies online. It's unethical to say you have a no refund policy when you're doing business in the U.S. If it doesn't fit and it's horrible quality and you get it back in perfect condition, you owe a refund! AWFUL!

My daughter placed an order totaling 80+ dollars, said it was delivered, never received such package so LONG STORY short - getting refund that was to be deposited by a certain day, well that day came and went with no deposit, questioned them again, stated money would be deposited again, well NO MONEY deposited yet - they just keep giving a run around! WORST COMPANY EVER! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM PRETTY LITTLE THING
Placed an order and immediately tried to cancel it. Site told me it couldn't be cancelled so I sent in an email to which I received no response. 10 days later, as I was expecting to receive the package and had already told my girlfriend about it since it couldn't be cancelled (order was for her), they sent me an email saying my order was cancelled and refunded me for the clothes but NOT FOR THE SHIPPING COST. They literally took $16.00 from me for absolutely no reason and I have sent them three emails to which they have not responded and it has been over two weeks now. I feel like I have literally been robbed by PrettyLittleThing and I am furious with this pathetic excuse for "customer service". I hope this company fails miserably and I would strongly advise anyone reading this not to purchase from this store.
I have ordered from this site so many times as they have been good in the past for cheap clothing. I recently ordered and paid for next day delivery which was not delivered in time for the event (took 4 working days)
I have ordered and not been told every item was out of stock until I chased - no refund would have been issued if I had not brought this to the attention of the company.
Today, I get an email to advise my parcel has been delivered. I go to get the parcel (as this was not actually delivered to me?) no parcel was there. I click the proof of delivery and it shows the parcel has been left in an open doorway in a busy block of flats at the entrance! I contact the customer care team to be advised that although I didn't choose a safe place the courier chose it themselves (count have been more unsafe) I'm not due a refund although the parcel was not delivered to me and left carelessly for someone to take. I'm without a parcel or refund. Customer care is shocking and I will no longer be a loyal customer.
Omg! I will seriously never order from these nut jobs ever again! I was searching forever online for a cute moto jacket, and saw a nice one on this site, PLT. It was on sale so I was like hell yeah! Bonus! Anyways, I spent like almost $100 CAD, for this one jacket plus fast shipping. For them to send me a small $&@@& dress! I'm like! Wtf! I had my whole weekend planned out and with what outfit I wanted to wear, total ocd lol. But thus why I spent an arm and a leg on shipping. So in my head it would be worth it. But OMG! Lemme tell you, their customer service is totally Ughhhh! If you have high blood pressure, imma tell you, you goin have it after you talk to these useless good for nothingss! Super easy to return, sabbah helped me very quickly n efficiently online. Made notes of what i returned n even told me roughly when my refund would go through.
Some of the clothing i recieved wasnt anything like how it looked online, as thin as tissue paper and see through. Also one if the items i ordered was never recieved, i returned most of the items and put on the returns form that a skirt was never recieved because i couldnt find a way to contact the customer service team on the website. I noticed they didny refund me for it so managed to find a way to contact them however they state it was electronically scanned and put into my parcel (as if i was lying) so they wont refund me, so they basically scammed me out of paying for a skirt i never recieved. Very disappointing as i would of given PLT another try but i wont be ordering again from them now.

Just got my plt order. I just opened my grey sweatshorts and there is a blue color in the back of them. Im not really glad and hope they will do something about this and pay it up for me!
2 years ago I places an order, all came in wrong size and my return kept being sent back to me, I recently give it a try again. Wasn't able to return wasted 170 dollars all the dresses fits weird
I used to be a fan of PLT but things have gone way downhill. Their quality control is non-existent now and the items are so cheap and not worth the price. The sizing for each item is completely different and unpredictable so it's honestly a gamble if the item you're buying will actually fit. The pictures are misleading, and I can't even count how many times I've gotten something that is a completely different color or fit than on the website or something that is super see-through. It's russian roulette whether you get the correct item, the item fits and looks like the pictures on the site, and if your customer service rep is nice when they make a mistake. They increase the shipping price recently and I've been paying for shipping only to have to return all or most of the items. One time, one of my packages came as just an empty box LOL. At least make shipping and returns free if you're not investing in quality control. Now that they're more popular and trendy it seems like all they care about is pumping out new trendy items and don't care about their customers or the products they're making. You can find so many reviews online about the ridiculous mistakes they're making with customer orders. I see why they don't have reviews on their website now. Just save your money, it's not worth it. I haven't even gotten refunds for some of my returns.

Not only was my package one month late, and I had to buy something else last minute for the event for which I purchased the item. They make you pay for a returning shipping label, never apologize for the delay, and took them days to reply about the return.

I ordered a package today that I need for my trip next week. Twice their website didn't properly apply the express shipping. I contacted them the same minute advising i would like to cancel the order and re-order it (SINCE YOU CANT EDIT OR CHANGE ANYTHING) they told me several times to wait for an email that would indicate that the order was cancelled. Next thing you know my order was dispatched (STANDARD SHIPPING - NOT EXPRESS)

Its not my first time I bought clothes there AND IT NEVER COMES IN THE RIGHT SIZE. I ordered for 310$ and none of the items were good. I ordered everything in size uk 8 ( double checked to make sure I ordered the good sizes) and they sent me all of my items in size uk 12... I have to pay for the return even if it's their fault. I am so angry that I spent such a big order on my card to finally get all of my items in the wrong size. They always do this, it happened with a lot of clients ( you can check other reviews they'll tell you the same).
My two star rating is due to quality, BUT I guess you get what you pay for. Much better off saving my money and paying a little extra for quality in regards to casual or active wear. The leggings, I've order about 3-4 pairs, and ALL of them we're so transparent they CANNOT be worn without something over them, so they're basically pantyhose. Not sure why all of the INSTA photos advertise them as if they're great fitting and non-transparent. Do not waste your money, they're cheap clothing store $3 quality. In regards to the coats on the other hand, it is the total opposite. Great design, great quality and very reasonable price. The basic tops and blouses are horrible. Totally transparent and terrible quality as well. I ordered a White- T with a logo on it, assuming it would be loose fitting and great style, it literally looked like it was straight from the Alleys in La that sell $5 shirts with a plastered fake logo on them It's a hit or miss with items from this store. Not sure how they decide which items they will not tailor with quality and which items they will. Great style concept, but definitely needs improvement in quality considering it is advertised and marketed mainstream. Fashion Nova is a similar competitor and most of their items are very great quality, even for the basics. I have most of one order from over 6 months that I still haven't returned yet, and decided to just use the basic tops I bought this round, even though the quality sucks. Would only order the coats or jackets from them again, anything else is a pass.
Literally the worst customer service. I returned two items in NOVEMBER and it's now January and I haven't received a refund. When I contact customer service they just say "it might take a while" or keep pushing the date to "check back in". I was at first told to check back on the return status in December, then they pushed the date to January, and now again to later January. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
I ordered 7 items from here and extremely pissed. Two of my items were missing and one of my items was the wrong size. When I contacted customer service about the issue, she told me that they are two parcels which I received and did not have all my items), and that I should wait two more weeks to see if my items come although there is no way to tell if there is another package because the tracking they provide you is never updated. She tried to argue with me that the jacket was the right size when I sent a screenshot of order confirmation and the tag of the jacket which did not match. She said she was doing a "one time gesture" by not making me pay for shipping to return an item in the wrong size. That's not a gesture, that's fixing the issue because my items aren't here and my jacket is the wrong size. Haven't heard back from them. Do not order from here. Do not believe the people they pay on social media to promote their clothes, they are a horrible company. I would go to Fashion Nova they have faster shipping, dependable, and great customer service

TLDR: Placed order 11/27 with PLT guaranteeing delivery by 12/8, currently 12/22 and my package is lost, PLT will not help.
I ordered a large order on November 27, and the website told me guaranteed shipping by December 8 (UK to USA). The order was not even PROCESSED until 12/7, and by then one of the items was out of stock. So they refunded me just the item - not even including tax I paid for it. Then, once it FINALLY shipped, the package never arrived. It is 12/22 and the package has been lost within USPS. I know it's not USPS's fault, or the fact that it's the holidays, because I've ordered other packages from other companies with delivery via USPS, and those have arrived in less than 2 days. Customer support told me they won't help me with anything until 12/30, but then changed and said they won't help me until 1/7. Scam all around. DO NOT order from here.

Made an order from Pretty Little Thing in late November for a bunch of maternity clothes (spent over $500). Was desperate for them as my regular clothing is no longer fitting me. The package was supposed to arrive on December 6th, now on December 20th there is still nothing. I reached out to inquire where it was and was informed that it was shipped back to the warehouse because it was "damaged". How clothing gets damaged in transit is beyond me. Regardless, no one informed me that the package was returned, so had I not reached out myself, I'm confident they would have just kept my money and never sent the products.
At the time of my purchase they had a 70% off sale, now they are saying they can't re-ship the products and my only option is to just re-order them. How suspicious that my clothing got "damaged" in transit when it was 70% off and now I need to re-order it all at full price.
PRETTY LITTLE THING IS A JOKE OF A COMPANY. They will literally do anything to rob people of their money. Don't waste your time ordering their garbage clothes because the customer service is the worst I've experienced and you'll get absolutely no where if you have any issues with your order. Save your time and money. So beyond annoyed.
