Bought a Halloween costume. It was terrible quality and made TINY! I got a Large and I wear a Medium and couldn't even get it over my head! They try to steal your money. We have a Federal Trade Commission. Dispute it with your bank. We have to do our homework and stop buying from these awful foreign companies online. It's unethical to say you have a no refund policy when you're doing business in the U.S. If it doesn't fit and it's horrible quality and you get it back in perfect condition, you owe a refund! AWFUL!

I have purchased a Free next day delivery royalty membership, ordered something on August, 11th and received a notification from Evri on August 12th that the items are with them and that I should expect a delivery shortly with more information. 2 WHOLE WEEKS LATER - STILL NO DELIVERY, OR UPDATE.
Prettylittlething refuses to acknowledge my frustrations, issue my refund and keep sending the same response that I should wait a little longer. There is no number to contact Evri or PLT, and I am not making any progress. A complete disappointment.

I am disapointed with return policy and quality of your items. If you want to return 5 items you need to pay 5 times for each item. It is just a nonsense.

I'm not really sure where the company PLT get all the three stars and four stars I gave it a one star ONLY because I had to give it a star in order to write this review and with all honesty I read some bad reviews but more good reviews. I just received my order and it is an embarrassment. The items that they sent me the pair of jeans I received the zipper was broken in half which could only tell me that they do not examine the items that are sent out and these are items that are sent out are internationally. The blazer had a hole underneath the under arm. Honestly, it's so upsetting because when we order we know that it's the type of order that you are not gonna be able to return, who knows when you get the refund. I knew that but I didn't know it was going to be this bad I knew the fabric was cheap, but Jesus Christ they're just stealing people's money! Truly a PIECE OF $#*! OF COMPANY
I ordered an item from PLT on March 16th, says it was delivered at doorstep on March 27th by fedex, I haven't seen anything, this website has no number to speak to someone just an automated online chat service who says the same thing over and over, then they tell you to contact them through email which no one has responded to my email! Or Facebook, Twitter, or a bogus app called whassup, everyone doesn't do social media, this is crap, will never order from them again!
I ordered from PLT on the 4th of August 2019 and got my items on the 13th. Really long shipping from the UK to Australia. I got the Yellow Crinkle Scoop Neck Bikini and it fits like a $#*!. My boobs are literally falling out of the top and I am very tiny in the chest area. Very off with the sizing and you shouldn't expect to check the sizing chart based on what size you already own. They should all be the same. Also the straps are SO TINY and i can't even lift my arm up. Also, i have to pay $9.50 for return postage! Definitely not professional and they obvi don't care about their about their customers because if they did they would pay for return postage. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE.
I ordered from PLT three times, items from the first two orders were worst quality, and the material was very cheap and rough but I gave it third chance because they had a jumpsuit I was looking for everywhere, I tried to purchase using apple pay, my transaction was successful but unfortunately, order was not placed, I contacted the support team and asked them to look for the transaction and return money back, they asked for details and here started worst experience I've ever had. Firstly they asked to wait for 72 hours after it they asked to wait another 3 days, then asked to wait another 4 days then again asked to wait another 4 days and totally I was waiting for them to resolve this issue for 17 days, I lose my hope and I gave up because I feel that they are not going to refund my money back :( that's why I DON'T RECOMMEND trusting them and buy something

They never deliver on time even when you pay for express delivery. Express delivery to Australia says 3-4 business days on their website but it usually takes about 7-10 business days.
I've purchased quite a bit of items from Prettylittlething (few jeans, few t-shirts, and few jackets, and a hoodie). I've returned the two jackets (which I have yet to find out how that will go - haven't received any confirmation email or anything like that. I've sent the items back 3 days ago). The jackets were extremely poor quality, even the thrift stores have better quality than the ones they sell online. Totally different from how it shows in the pictures. You can tell right away that they were made out of very very cheap material. T-shirts were okay. The hoodies I can get by. Jeans were either a hit or miss. I've ordered all 3 pairs in size 4 - all three pairs fit differently! One of the pairs was extremely tight I cannot wear them at all. The other two fit quite alright. By the way, the one that was too tight (even thought it was the same size as the others) look COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from how it is shown in the picture. Even the colour, the area of ripped part, and everything. At this point I would not even bother returning the jeans (got the items in two separate orders) since it will cost me around $20 CAD to return. Overall, I am fairly disappointed in Prettylittlething. I would not shop here again.
I had an issue with my delivery (I was not there when my package was dilivered) and was left confused and frusterated. However I was directed to Nish whom was absolutley helpful and kind. Nish explained to me my situation, helped fix it and guided me the entire way. If you have an issue I recomend speaking to NISH!
This company is by far the WORST company I have ever dealt with. They don't even deserve 1 star but that is the only way I could have the option to write a review. Sent back 1 pair of shoes BRAND NEW and provided ALL documents and never ended up getting a refund which I was fully entitled to. 6 different customer reps from this company gave me the run around over and over again. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO RUN A BUSINESS. THEY ESSENTIALLY HAVE THE GOODS AND MY MONEY. NOT SURPRIZED THAT THEY HAVE A HORRIBLE RATING SEEING THAT THEY ARE NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY AT ALL. THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS.

This isn't even a joke, half of the sleeve was missing on a dress I ordered. I only got half of my money back since the shipping was expensive too. Never again.
I placed and order in the beginning of January never received it and they said sent it back to PLT, never received full refund. No one would help and still never got my refund.

I refunded an item that was sent to me in a smaller size. I returned the item. PLT stated that my refund will be issued on 4/7/2023 on my debit card used for purchase however I never received the refund. I contacted customer service via chat and they informed me that a refund was issued. I provided customer service a screenshot of my bank statement that showed no refund was issued on the date that was stated. I even contacted my bank who stated that a refund was NOT issued from PLT! This was a total loss! DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT RETURN YOUR ITEMS TO PLT WITH THE EXPECTATION OF RECEIVING A REFUND! YOU WILL NOT BE ISSUED ONE!
It did not look the same in person, and a button was broke. Paid $15 for shipping and had to pay $4 to ship it back for a broken button that was not fault of mind.
I ordered two corset tops which were cheaply made, so I returned them and they told me I would have my refund by the 12th of February, and I have still NOT received it (04/03/21) and they have made it a very difficult process to actually get the money back and at this stage I'm assuming I will not receive it at all. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Cheap clothes and you dont get your money back!
I am beyond disappointed, the clothing materials are cheap and see through and delivery is terrible. Ordered one dress in may, and i still haven't seen the dress.
