Bought a Halloween costume. It was terrible quality and made TINY! I got a Large and I wear a Medium and couldn't even get it over my head! They try to steal your money. We have a Federal Trade Commission. Dispute it with your bank. We have to do our homework and stop buying from these awful foreign companies online. It's unethical to say you have a no refund policy when you're doing business in the U.S. If it doesn't fit and it's horrible quality and you get it back in perfect condition, you owe a refund! AWFUL!
DO NOT SHIP THERE! Ordered high heel size 8, took longer to receive my shipment than expected and in the end I received high heels that was size 9 and that was completely a different model to what I ordered! They are so ship quality, I can't ever wear them! Payed $21 just for the shipment and I need to pay an other $21 for a refund?! Just the shipments will cost more than the product it self. I needed help cancelling an order because of an accident. I reached out to PLT and Jamaica kindly assisted me with what I needed.
I missed a delivery so I contacted PLT to figure out where my package was at. Sabbah was fast to respond and very helpful in locating my package.
I wore a skirt for the first time and it ripped so I email plt on Facebook and Umar has sent me another for free

No phone number. Which is illegal for a UK business with card processing services to not have a working phone number on their website.
I paid for next day delivery and free returns for 1 year. My wife wanted the dress for a night out. I order it on Sunday so it said Monday delivery but I wasn't expecting it to arrive on Monday Tuesday would have been fine.
I contacted plt through their website spoke to someone called zoe. She typed out the spiel below and closed the conversation before I could reply.

I've had a look at your tracking information and can see that this has not been updated since the 30th of Janaury. What I've done is launched an investigation with the courier on the whereabouts of your parcel. I cannot refund this or send it yet I do need to ask that you allow until the 10th of February for them to conclude the investigation. I do completely understand that this seems a long time however this is the time needed for the courier to either locate your parcel and have this delivered to you, or to confirm to us that the parcel is lost. I placed two orders, one with EXPRESS post and then another item a few days later with REGULAR POST. I waited 1.5 weeks for my first express order (on their website it states that express shipping takes 1-3 working days) and nothing arrived. I checked the tracking number and there had been no update at all. I proceeded to contact customer care as i needed the outfit for an event, three different ladies told me it was on its way with the courier. Or it was still inn transit. I waited 2 MORE WEEKS PAST MY ORDER DATE and i still did not receive my first parcel. After sending emails and going back and fourth with different PLT staff, another lady told me MY PARCEL DID NOT EVEN LEAVE THE WAREHOUSE - I WAS NOT EVEN UPDATED OF THIS ISSUE SO THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE CONSUMER AND SELLER. My second order (which i regret again, but i ordered it straight after the first thinking it would come on time) took 2 WEEKS AGAIN TO ARRIVE. It arrived in ABSOLUTELY POOR CONDITION - the jacket i ordered was not even in its own packaging, it was messy and fully creased. The jeans i ordered were TERRIBLE, the quality felt as if it would tear as soon as i put it on. I REGRET ALL MY ORDERS AND i know this review might or might not change your mind in ordering from PLT but SAVE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT JUST BUY OFF THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE SUPER CHEAP AND CELEBRITIES WEAR THEIR CLOTHES. Their website just keeps growing from your support and they just keep getting richer. YOU WILL NOT BE IMPRESSED AT THEIR QUALITY, DELIVERY TIME AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! I MADE AN ORDER 30th of FEBRUARY BUT DID NOT RECEIVED ORDER CONFIRMATION.

PLEASE READ IF YOU'RE THINKING OF BUYING. 1. they don't respond to customer inquires and then won't help because of the time they took to respond 2. The swimsuits are horrible quality and don't match the description or picture. I ordered a cute swimsuit set off a pretty little thing and while I was ordering it didn't clearly specify the delivery date so I was hoping it would arrive within at least two weeks. Once I ordered the swimsuit, which was for spring break in two weeks, I got told that it wouldn't arrive in time and my delivery date would be after spring break. I understood the confusion and immediately contacted the pretty little thing customer service. The ONLY customer service option they had available to contact was email or submitting a question on line which would be an email response. That's exactly what I did, I contacted them and informed them of the issue and simply asked to cancel the order. No response, I contacted them a second time a day after my order, No response. I contacted them again three days after my order on Instagram instead and it took them a day to respond only for them to tell me they couldn't help me and I needed to contact a different Instagram account. So, I contacted the other Instagram account and after almost a day of wait they basically informed me they can't help because it was too late and I would have to pay to return my swimsuit. WHAT! I'm very frustrated. They weren't attentive and made my situation worse by not responding and now I have to pay to return something that I tried to resolve as soon as I ordered it. Once the swimsuit came in the mail it was horrible quality and not worth the money I spent to even return it. The swimsuit didn't look like the picture and the color was faded and old looking. Do not order from here because they don't find customers needs a priority and they will screw you over with swimsuit quality.
I got two orders from plt because I was so exited and the clothing is always being promoted and although they had no reviews I trusted them because youtubers always promote them saying the clothing are nice so I went in with confidence thinking they were good like other brands only to be disappointed I order some white trousers and I kid you not this trousers where so ugly and made out of foam I also order a bandeau too which was also made out of foam and a got a dress that was ripped it came ripped from the strap needless to say I was so disappointed couldn't get my money back because the mail place is not available in my area but even if I wanted to return I would have to pay 4 dollar extra per Evey item that I wanted to return that's not including that I lost my 7 dollar shipping so my advice is do not order from them it's not worth it and you cannot give 0 starts but if I could I forsure would Give -0 worst experience ever they are too expensive for what you get honestly You are better off buying from shein atleast they don't lie to you #save your money do not buy from them

I usually have a decent experience with PRETTYLITTLETHINGS until a couple of weeks ago. I ordered 5 dresses and eagerly awaited their arrival. I was sent a message that they had been delivered but came home to zero packages. I began questioning everyone in my house and the unanimously stated no package was delivered. I returned to the website and notice one digit on the address was off; no problem I'll check with my neighbor. Looked for the address 2535 and to my surprise not one house on the block had that address however, there was a large empty lot across the street that is consider that exact address. I asked my neighbors when I saw them if they received a package and None of my neighbors( all older men) had received a package.
When I called FEDXThey gave me the run around and told me to contact PRETTYLITTLTHINGS to have them file a claim. I tried to find a phone number, didn't find one. So I submitted a complaint through Resolver. After telling the story and providing evidence They suggested I look around my property.
I am officially frustrated and irritated! I told them I would rather have the merchandise but if I couldn't then I would take a refund. I still haven't received either not to mention FEDX shouldn't have delivered the package to an address that wasn't on the package!
At the end of the day its PLT responsibility to ensure I receive my merchandise or refund my money. Go after them and file the claim.

Onestly if I can leave a zero I would - minus for the service even better. I ordered an delivery for next day delivery on the 23rd of October and did not receive it until a month later. Now I'm a patient person a week irritating but a month come on. I specifically ordered these items for two birthdays and had to buy further items due to the delay.
I had chase then continously for an update where they then told me they couldn't give me an update and there was a delay with Hermes and that was all they could give me. After 3 weeks of waiting I asked if I could just get refund and they said my items had be delivered I said this was a lie. I was then threatened by not one or two of the consultants but 5 that if I didn't file a police report that my item hadn't been delivered they would do anything and that if I was lying I could face legal action!
So I am over 250 out of pocket no items and now being called a liar?
A week later finally received the package and the same day I took it to be resent at my local post place. I didn't open the package as I just want my refund at this point. I took videos and pictures for evidence as at this point pretty little thing are nothing more than crooks.
I then tell them I have re deliver my items and if they can ensure my orders gets refunded they said it will take 2 weeks that's fine. At least we are getting somewhere.
The 2nd I still have received no refund and it's been over 2 weeks. I message pretty little thing and they say there has been an error and that it will now been another 2 weeks before I get my refund and that I ‘should receive' it by the 23rd now correct me if I'm wrong that's 3 weeks not too. At this point I loose it. It's been nearly two months. All I wants is my refund and I have consistently asked for a manager to call me the manager called me for the first time on the 4th December and promised me an email follow up. So here I am no refund no clothes at the time I was assured. Manager promised where there was no follow through. Honestly the worst experience of my life!

My first purchase with them. Ordered my items with my CORRECT ADDRESS, was supposed to get the package yesterday. When I tracked it today, it said they tried delivering it to me yesterday, but no answer and sent it back to sender. Which is false, I was home all day yesterday & never received anything. So I called usps & they said PLT didn't have an address on my package only town and zip code. I texted PLTs customer service texting, after a LONG wait they said I didn't have the correct address on my account and now one of my items is out of stock! After sending a message back they took SOOO long so reply back & another person replied and basically said there's nothing they can do about it either I can get a refund on the in stock items or have them resend it. I keep trying to message them and ask more questions but they keep having me waiting the longest time. They do not care to help whatsoever and they've been keeping me waiting for a long time. (Names are "Jhon and Cidrex")It's super frustrating. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AT ALL. Everything on my end I made sure was correct, but on their end they messed up and now I'm the one that has to deal with the issues because of it. I never write negative reviews I hate doing it but their customer service is terrible, they genuinely do not care about customers, they care about the money. I will never give them any more service after this.

I placed an order to be Shipped to my Skybox on May 1st 2021.
The order was subsequently split into two shipments. Unknowing to me. The only confirmed tracking information provided was for one of the packages and it took over a month to be Received in my home country. Only to realize that part of the order was missing. Out of the 24 pieces ordered we only received 4. Calling pretty little thing to find out about the shortage. To be told that queries can only be made 14 days after ordering. Hi, sorry to hear this

When I clicked the link above it shows the package was not sent to my Address hence the reason we never received the Package. Furthermore I explained that I can't track a Shipment when I wasn't provided the tracking information nor that my order was split into two Shipments.
PLT Thanks for letting me know. I can see this has been delivered to the address on the order. As this is now over 14 days we would be unable to look into this further at our end and would advise checking around your property and with neighbours for the parcel.

First, the quality of clothing is not bad. I generally shop designer, but for the sake of giving this place a shot after one of my friends recommended it to me, I almost didn't buy because the prices were so low. This was during their holiday sale, but I knew it was fast fashion because there were so many items. I just think the clothing is much better than I thought it would be for the price.
The clothing runs a bit bigger than I expected. Since this site is based out of the UK, I figured my measurements would be a good guideline oh, but I would say about 40% of my order is way too big. I will have them altered anyway. They do not offer free returns, but when I explained my financial situation, they sent me a label which was really cool of them to do. I placed two orders at about $400, and I did place a third order for only two jumpsuits. I cannot speak highly enough about my interaction with customer service and all the amazing clothes I now have. Because of my long legs oh, I was able to wear tall items, but because of my size, I was able to wear petite sizes. This makes almost all clothing wearable for me except plus size. I also like that they do have an awesome selection of fashionable plus-size clothing. That is difficult to find these days as plus size clothing is generally more expensive, and they give the same low prices equally.
The only con is that they don't exchange clothing. They will give you a refund to repurchase the items, but the clothing I got was way cheaper than their normal prices. So I would not be able to repurchase the items completely. I am not docking a star for this as it is clearly written in the FAQ that they do not have a way to exchange clothing at this time. It was not in the fine print, and it is my mistake for not checking out their policy before I buy. I don't know many people who do that oh, and I would be betting that most people don't, but since it is clear as day on that site, I can't blame PLT for that. I am so happy with my purchases, and I know a seamstress luckily oh, so I will probably get it all the big stuff taken in as I believe it is worth it. I had such a seamless experience with this company.
Also, since shipping was not free, I decided to pay the extra couple dollars for express shipping, and my order came in 2 days. Yes, from the UK. 2 days! Imagine my excitement when I saw those big huge bags in front of my door when I got home. How awesome!

Au finish ils ne m'ont jamais livré m'ont renvoyé des liens UPS comme si m'a commande et mon achat était chez ups et pour couronner le tout ils ne veulent pas me rembourser ses voleurs. J'ai créer un litige via paypal et j'attend la résolution de ce problème mais en attendant je déconseille fortement ce site c'est une arnaque et le service client est pourri.

Qualität ist schrecklich, wollte alles zurücksenden. Nun das stellte sich als extrem kompliziert raus, da meine Bestellnummer "nicht korrekt" war. Sie haben mir dann ca. 5x die falschen Angaben gemacht, wie ich die Retoure tätigen muss (ist ja wirklich nicht kompliziert!). Nun warte ich natürlich seit einer Ewigkeit auf mein Geld. Als je iets terug stuurt krijg je je geld niet. Ze willen dat je het geschil sluit bij PayPal, maar die adviseren het niet te doen, omdat je dan helemaal nergens recht meer op heb.
