Bought a Halloween costume. It was terrible quality and made TINY! I got a Large and I wear a Medium and couldn't even get it over my head! They try to steal your money. We have a Federal Trade Commission. Dispute it with your bank. We have to do our homework and stop buying from these awful foreign companies online. It's unethical to say you have a no refund policy when you're doing business in the U.S. If it doesn't fit and it's horrible quality and you get it back in perfect condition, you owe a refund! AWFUL!
Got two pairs of jeans to try out, really big calf part and really long, I'm 5'2 and they were past my heal and even with shoes on they still touched the floor. Got really stiff and tight on the thigh, I am way more thigh heavy then anything so maybe that's why?

First I would like to say that quality of the clothing that I received was great. I didn't receive half my order or get a notification that my order was being split up, so I contacted customer service and they responded within 24 hrs and were able to provide me with the tracking number for my second parcel. I really appreciate the professional and level of care.
I have sent my package on March third to the written address on your website. Unfortunately I have not received my return refund yet. I was my first purchase and I am so unsatisfied with that. Since the clothes were too big for me, I paid my shipping and returned shipping myself. I have not received any refund after one month.

I never leave reviews, so you know this place is trash. I placed an order a few weeks ago and accidently used the wrong email address. I quickly realized my error and tried to get in contact with customer service and it was a complete $#*! show. After weeks of back and forth emails my package finally came, but it was not even what I ordered. I was going to just keep what they sent even tho it was wrong, but it was too small. I already know getting a refund is out of the question based on everyone else's reviews. I went ahead and filed a claim with my bank because I clearly got scammed! Don't waste your time, energy or money.

It's 2022, why doesn't plt have a live chat? Why don't the reps read through the chat, every 5 mins there is a new rep in the chat and you have to answer the same questions. I ordered over 30 items and didn't receive 12. Reached out to customer service and kept getting a run around, spoke to over 6 reps, one of then asked me to verify the size of one of the items, after I verified the size another rep said she will refund me for that ONE item, tried to tell her I am missing 12 and she ended the chat. I hate pretty little thing, avoid at all costs!
If you're purchasing with them use PayPal, at least if plt refuses to refund u PayPal cam get u it

Everything was poor quality. The strap off one of my body suits popped off and I only had it on for five minutes. A shirt I had intended to wear the night of - I had to sew back into place fearing the same might happen to other strap. Then the zipper on one of my pants came off... I am afraid to wear anything from my order. Only one dress which had no button was of better quality. But stay far far away.
Worst refund policies ever! Not only did i received a deffective item... sawn completely wrong but from checking the size chart what i received is definitely not a small! An 8 year old child would fit in what i received. I called customer service twice asking for a simple swap of sizes and a switch of my deffective item, they told me i had to ship it at my cost and reorder! You call yourself an online business? Returns and exchanges should be free of charge. Lastly the material is cheap and nothing like pictures...
Honestly, the clothes from here are cute, the fabric was really soft and I was pretty impressed. However, their customer service is shocking. I received one item in my first package so wrote them online on their website, when the person actually gave me a helpful response the site disconnected me from the chat. Then I moved to Facebook because I needed answers! The person replied to my query, "please don't contact us on two media as it is confusing". This is fair enough but I wouldn't have asked if the original person gave me answers. Eventually, after talking to four people I got somewhere and I said to them thank you for your help, they replied to this with "please don't say thank you it clogs our system" which I just thought was so rude! If i could rate customer service on thier own it would be 0/5
The clothes are not as advertised, I bought leggings which were lose and had no stretch also see through. I also purchased a medium shirt which was way too small it didn't even fit my friend who wears a XS. I wouldn't buy from here.

When I didn't receive my refund after a month, I contacted customer service and they ended up refunding me the wrong amount. I was then asked to inconveniently create a PayPal and send the money back with a screenshot. I did that at 9am this morning - sent a screenshot to their "customer service" account on twitter, and since then I've had 7 different representative ask me about the screenshot and then disappear. I literally have had to repeat the entire mishap 7 times only to be responded to by an entirely different person one hour later. It's horrid and I'm not hopeful.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. My package hasn't even gone out yet, it's still being processed... and I asked to amend the address not even 5 minutes after I placed the order because it was being sent two states away and I have no idea how to get in contact with that house. They refuse to amend The address, saying once I ordered it they can't change a thing, I'm not even asking to cancel! Just asking to fix the address! They told me it was my problem and to contact the house it got sent to. I never write reviews, but what the hell? I just want my clothes! I ordered from Pretty Little Thing once, and it wasn't horrible, but wasn't great either. I didn't have any problems with my specific order, but I do feel like it's cheap quality for the prices they have. Don't buy anything unless it's on sale, as most things usually are. They also seem to price higher just to seem like they have better sales. The item I got fit well, but just seemed a bit overpriced. I can't say I would be confident with the customer service if I did have any issue though.
I order 2 items with this company back in May they shipped an empty package to Fedex and refused to contact FedEx directly to check the status. They first told me they would resolve this matter if I didnt receive my items by June 18 then that date has come and go with no items. I contacted them and now they're saying reach out to them if I dont receive my items by July sometime which will be 2 months... Its ridiculous how they treat there consumers and I would never order anything from them again. The customer service is horrible. Please do not shop with this company you will be very disappointed
I have ordered a number of clothes from PLT and I've always been happy with the quality and service. I ordered a dress which arrived yesterday but did not have the required belt attached. I messaged them on fb and received an immediate response by Melody who was efficient and v helpful. She informed me that another dress would be sent straight away and I didn't even need to send the original dress back! Outstanding customer service. V happy with this website.

It was my first time ordering from this website even though I'm careful when I see bad reviews I still wanted those boots :(( ( still want them but unfortunately I don't think I ever gonna see them or my money!
Short version of this I forgot to change my address on my account and my package was delivered to my old address. I called there but it was too late the carrier already picked it up and send it back.
SINCE that day I've been trying to get in touch to this people to find my package or get me a refund!
NOTHING literally nothing! Every time I contact them there is someone else who answers needs all the informations and details again, doesn't know what to do it's clearly to me that their staff has no idea what to do in this situation.

I ordered a size 8 pair of boots and they came in a size 4… after emailing them trying to sort it out before my event I understood the process would take to long to send back and then re order, so I went ahead and just ordered another pair size 8 again. Just received the second pair today and again they sent me the wrong size, size 6. Very disappointing as now I do not have the boots I wanted for my event. How do they send two wrong sizes, especially after being spoken to about the first wrong size. Get it right for the amount of money I'm paying

The dress I ordered never arrived, and when I asked for a refund they said they would only refund me the cost of the dress and not the cost of shipping. So I paid $10 to receive nothing. Also they do not have a phone number you can call, you have to communicate through social media, which is ridiculous, and every time you respond to their message it's a new person on the other end so the conversation just goes in a loop. Don't waste your money, purchase from a reliable company.
I had ordered clothes from PLT purely because they were GUARANTEED to arrive on or before a certain date. Of course, they didn't and are estimated to come a week later instead. I reached out to them on Facebook and they gave me a refund of the express shipping cost. I asked for a full refund as the items of clothing I bought were for specific events that are happening before the new expected delivery date. I do not intend to wear them on any other occasion also, I have had to buy similar items (that I will only use once) to make up for the order not arriving as advised. They told me to just return it when it arrives, but I refuse to do that as it is an error on their behalf. Very disappointed, would advise anyone not to shop here. Thanks for reading.
