Bought a Halloween costume. It was terrible quality and made TINY! I got a Large and I wear a Medium and couldn't even get it over my head! They try to steal your money. We have a Federal Trade Commission. Dispute it with your bank. We have to do our homework and stop buying from these awful foreign companies online. It's unethical to say you have a no refund policy when you're doing business in the U.S. If it doesn't fit and it's horrible quality and you get it back in perfect condition, you owe a refund! AWFUL!
You pay for shipping if you do a return. I returned a pair of size 6 jeans that fit like a size 2. I had to pay for shipping and when I received my refund, I was only refunded the price of the jeans minus the price of original shipping.

The pants I bought were really cheap looking and not worth it. There were loose threads throughout the pants. I opted to return everything and they charge me $4 for return shipping.

Astoundingly bad quality - I've never seen worse materials. 90% of stuff looks suuuuper cheap live, whereas photos are very misleading. Also, they don't even mention the material online on half of the items.
Returns aren't free, so you almost pay as much as the cost of the items. Amazingly rude.

My last order from PLT took more than two weeks for just 5 items to arrive. I was very excited about the low prices, but I should have read reviews about this site before I gave them my money. I bought two pairs of pants and neither of them fit well, even though my measurements are accurate and I usually don't have as much of a problem on other sites. The 3 crop tanks I bought were such bad, flimsy quality, either too big or too small even though the same size. I can't even think of how to wear them. I didn't bother returning since it wasn't worth it to.
I ordered a dress 2 days ago for a party that is taking place tomorrow. I added next day delivery to the order to make sure that it arrived on time. I contacted pretty little things through messenger to ask where my order is, they said it could take up to 14 days to be delivered. So 14 days for next day delivery.
I bought an item from here for my Halloween costume. Waited 3 weeks for it just to find out that it's been canceled for no reason…two days before Halloween. Now what? Why was my order canceled? No clue they won't tell me a reason either. Never received a notification that it was cancelled either otherwise I could have found something else. Whenever I put my tracking number in, it said the date it was supposed to be delivered on, then the day after the delivery date it said running late. That's when I contacted costumer service and they were no help. No delivered item, & no explanation. This company is very unprofessional. I do not recommend them at all.
The photos on the website do not match the item you get. Online the clothes look nice and good quality. Upon arrival, they don't fit the same, are different shades or the color and overall bad quality. So disappointed.

I spent over $200 for my items. I received a pair of leather paints that were way to big. I spent over an hour online with a virtual agent attempting to get a return label. Everytime I put my order code in I kept getting message that order couldn't be found. Got on with the virtual agent and they were able to pull up my order. They kept asking all these questions and I told them all I need is a return label. Guest what I never received a return label and forget getting anyone on the phone. Don't think they have a contact number. If you purchase and need to return you will more than likely be stuck with the item just like me. I've never had this much trouble returning anything. It's just ridiculous. Not happy at all.
These clothes are extremely poor quality and they also seem to be made cheaply. They also sent the wrong item to me. They were a pair of tan shoes that I ordered and they sent red. I will not be ordering from them again.
Have ordered 3 seperate times as a hope to get something good, in those 3 times, I have received 1 dress I have liked, it's honestly the most overpriced garbage out there and the return policy is sketchy. Could give me the clothes for free and I wouldn't wear them.

I had purchased two dresses. One fit and one didn't, so I returned the one that didn't and got two more in different sizes. I kept the one that fit and returned the second again. They have absolutely no return instructions on their site. It says to "click to download shipping label." There is no shipping label. Just the address that you have to return it to. It does not say to include order #, contact info, anything, so I took it upon myself to include that in each package. I paid $18.29 to ship each one. The last one I sent was on March 22nd, 2023. The first one I sent a couple weeks prior to that. I still have not received my refund for either dress. I reached out to customer service to let them know I had lost the tracking numbers, and they told me there was nothing they could do for me. So two packages just magically got lost in the mail? What are the odds? And there is "nothing" you can do for me, so now I am just out over $100? WORST customer service.
PYT has the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced! I purchased a dress for my birthday and it arrived damaged! Was unable to receive a refund however was given a coupon code that didn't even work for a replacement item! After 2 weeks of trying to get aide I kept getting the same round about request of "send me a screenshot of the code" each time I sent in the screen shot they indicated the code wasn't valid for my item! Why provide a promo/ coupon code due to the inconvenience of receiving a faulty dress if ot wont work?! Horrible Horrible Horrible service still no resolution and I'm stuck looking for a new dress weeks later I am so disappointed!

Im very disappointed with this last order. Usually they do great but I ordered something May 10 it said it would arrive May 20 and i'm thinking great because I go out of town the 26. The 20th came and went! No updates on the website about my package it was stuck in the same spot since the 17th. I tried contacting just to see where it was and got no help. I went on my trip and the day before it was over there package was delivered. The communication was very poor and I understood that with Covid there may have been a delay but anything else I ordered came the day they said or before or at least communicated so that I could know where it was.
I purchased itema from them that arrived damaged. I contacted them 2 weeks ago and haven't received a response, after 3 sent emails. In addition to this if your curvy! Please forget it! The quality of their pants are horrible. Nothing fits and of course being curvy is in. Hate to say it but the clothing aren't for curvy women or women with some type of shape. And getting in contact with customer service -1 rating!
I made a order on Dec 1 2020 and my estimate delivery date was December 14,2020. I sent them a email and they told me to give it a couple more days and I did still no order. I checked the updates and there is none... my order was $163 dollars and I feel like they don't care and they just took my money. I brought those items for Christmas gifts and it surely don't look like I will be giving those gifts out no time soon. I will never order from them again! I be patient long enough..
I ordered two pair of nude heels both in a US 9. When I received my order, the delivery date displayed was wrong and both pair came in a size 7. When I contacted customer service she stated that a UK 7 is equivalent to a US 9. I actually wear a US 8, but I order heels one size up. I couldn't even fit my toes into the "equivalent" pair. My email notification even displayed a US 9. I know the pairs sent to me were a true 7. Now I have to pay to return. I won't be ordering again.

I do not recommend buying clothing from PLT. Their clothing is cheap quality even though it may look amazing online. I got a pair of shorts that were falling apart from the get-go. The "cute" shirts I got are see through. The going-out top I got is this weird material and is coming undone at the seems. PLT is built up to be something it's not. For being this glorified online clothing website, they sure have crappy stuff. Comparable to shein but shein is even better and that says something. I got 6 things and the only thing that is moderately okay to wear is 1 midi dress. It's only okay because it has like 3 layers of material and ISNT SEE THROUGH. Everything else... 1/5 stars. Overall experience... horrible. I won't be buying from their again. I'll stick to shein if i ever wanna buy half-a**ed clothes again.
