Bought a Halloween costume. It was terrible quality and made TINY! I got a Large and I wear a Medium and couldn't even get it over my head! They try to steal your money. We have a Federal Trade Commission. Dispute it with your bank. We have to do our homework and stop buying from these awful foreign companies online. It's unethical to say you have a no refund policy when you're doing business in the U.S. If it doesn't fit and it's horrible quality and you get it back in perfect condition, you owe a refund! AWFUL!
I have never ordered from here before, I saw they were having a major sale so I decided why not I will try it out. I just barely received my package and nothing was the right size! NOTHING! I am very disappointed and very frustrated. I will not be ordering from here ever again. Save urself the stress and order from fashion nova its much better!
I was to have my order on or before 9/7/21 there is no one to talk to to track my order when you go to website to track it does not work. Just a horrible experience will never order from here again. Stay away be warned. I have no idea if i am even getting my order at this point.

Accidentally shipped my package to the wrong address, within 2 minutes I reached out to customer service and asked to change my address. THey said no and basically to figure out how to find my package myself. My package was sent back to Pretty Little Thing because no one lives at the address it was mailed to, and it took hours for me to reach someone about a refund.
So i have two stars because super fast shipping and they look cute. From a distance. Up close the boots look insanely cheap and feel cheap. They also have a weird fishy odor which I'm guessing is from the faux leather? But if i spend $70 on a pair of shoes I'm expecting something better than this crap. Idek how to get rid of this atrocious smell. Save your money and buy from somewhere with quality shoes, I wish I had.

I ordered 2 pair of boots and a sweater. I paid for express delivery only to receive wrong size boots.
I ordered size 9 and received size 7 in both pair. Also the sweater I ordered was missing! I tried contacting customer service and got no response. I returned items but awaiting a refund, and hopefully I can get my expressed shipping reimbursed. What a waste!
I ordered my clothes on Cyber Monday and they were supposed to arrive Dec 19th. They never did, I waited until Christmas, they never came. I had to direct message them on Twitter only for them to tell me they were never going to come and that half the order was out of stock. I said okay you can refund the order no biggie it's whatever, it's not like their clothes are nowhere else to be found. They told me I would be refunded within a week. A week goes by, and no refund. I DM them again on Twitter. They ask for another 2 days to refund me. I appealed it through the bank and plan to never shop there ever again. Not that they or anyone else cares at all, but I will forever talk $#*! about them after this.
I ordered my package on April 20 2020 here it is May 16th i still have nothing reached out to them they told me they'd refund the shipping cost and wait until May 16th if I haven't gotten it reach out then i find out my package got lost im highly upset i wait a month and them some for a shirt i really wanted and now i have nothing but a refund this is my first and last time ordering from this site I highly recommend you spending your money else where. Please run! Bad quality of the fabrics (think Chinese quality in the 1990s), cheap look, see-through when it is not supposed to be, anything to do with the pictures. Anyone, this one time was my second and last time ordering at PLT. Before I go, I wanted to let you not to do the same mistake. Actually, it is funny how bad quality everything is.
I reached out to a customer service rep who was of no help. I had a package scheduled to be delivered March 31st 2021 and the package has had not further updates from the distribution center since March 23rd 2021. Terrible customer service definitely wont be purchasing from this company ever again as they pretty much just tell you to wait it out after they have taken your money.

My order arrived from PLT 2 days behind schedule, which was fine. Upon opening my package i was missing an item. When i contacted PLT they said they needed to review footage. They stated the dress was sent to me, which it most definitely wasn't in my order! Emails back and forth and now they are refusing to refund me or send me the missing item. I am now a dress short for my childs graduation. As a first time customer I am appalled at the awful customer service, and will never use this company again. I am also taking this issue further, as from previous reviews it appears this isn't a once off issue and this company needs to stop ripping customers off.
While they give attractive deals, it's not worth it, items are of poor quality and expensive. The return is not included so you need to pay for your own return. And once they get your return, they don't refund you, you must reach out to them and they tell you to wait 28 days. HORRIBLE
My order was about 7 days late. I was a little disappointed because I was looking forward to wearing my stuff soon! But Qasim helped me with the order that was a couple days late and my order should be arriving soon! Even though it's bad timing it's great customer service! I appreciate his help a lot!
Delivery company used - Hermes: shocking delivery service. I know they can control the delivery once it's with Hermes but their customer service regarding trying to chase it was shocking. Why pay next day delivery when they can't guarantee the company they use will deliver?

This was my first time buying anything from pretty little thing. I bought two pairs of sweat pants and a necklace, since their sweatpants have such great reviews. And the bag came almost completely ripped apart and had tape all over it. When I opened the bags the individual bags for the sweatpants were all ripped up, nothing was properly packaged. And my necklace was all tangled up. Despite this, I still tried on the pants. Both sweatpants felt cheaply made and did not look like the picture on the website. I order both in a small, but they were closer to a medium. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this brand to anyone for any reason. Please stick to other stores.

I placed an order with PLT on 5/22/21. The order number is **************513. The order was split into 3 parcels and I was only able to recover one. A person named Jenn signed for 2 of the packages, I did not authorize anyone by this name to sign for them. However upon reaching out to PLT, they refuse to refund due to a "system" that detects refund procedures. Please advise prior to this I placed 2 orders which were refunded because I had a PO a BOX address and used express shipping (UPS) which does not deliver to PO Boxes. Naturally, they were returned hence the two back to back refunds from PLT. Also, this order was placed with a new address as I recently moved last month. Please help. They refuse to respond to anymore of my queries.

I purchased a dress from them, they sent me a top instead. I contacted customer service they told me to return back the top and that they would also refund me back for shipping it back to them. I got a refund for the top, except refund for my shipping cost…they told me I needed to send proof of return which I did, sent them 3 emails and not one response from them. I would never order from them again as they are very careless and don't care about customers.
They sent me the wrong item, told me they could not send the correct one till I sent the wrong one back. Once I returned the item, they refunded me instead of sending me my item, then told me that this was a mistake, and I had to re-order and pay the postage again. I tried to do this, yet the item was fully sold out and back up at full price rather than the sale price. Very bad customer service, stay clear. They even have a return box for being sent the wrong item, so it must happen often!
I did not receive my order. I was very distraught. This has never happened to me before. I logged onto to twitter and DM'd PLT customer service. Cat was amazing. I received an immediate response and Cat was very informative about what my options were and she resolved my issue in less than 24 hours. I am very pleased. Thank you Cat!
Poor quality. Ive returned everything that I could. The fit is horrible on the lounge wear and one of the dresses had a tear and loose thread hanging.
The off the shoulder sweater barely sits on the shoulder. The neck is super wide both Sides fall off.
I purchased a item for my birthday but I didn't Received the correct item. I explained to them what happen. They were require the receipt. I don't have a receipt and one didn't come in the bag. I showed them my bank statement and my order summary which has my tracking number on it and they still wasn't trying to give me my item. I will never order from them again

They sent my package some place else(supposedly) and made me go all the way over there! When I went they told me that no packages were delivered there! I was going on vacation, and I placed a large order with expedited shipping. Because I needed all of my merchandise as soon as possible for vacation. All of my merchandise came on time however, the size was all wrong therefore I had to return them. They charged me return shipping not to mention they had me paid for the expedited shipping even though they sent me the wrong sizes. I demanded a refund for all the shipping because they were at fault and they refuse I have been going back-and-forth back-and-forth with emails with them I have sent more than 10 emails they don't care about you as a customer do not waste your time or your money they do not care if you have a problem too bad too sad they are going to milk you for all they can get out of here. Here's my advice go to the mall and shop at stores that you already know
I realised I had ordered two of the same thing, and the girls were able to help me by saying I could either return it when I receive it, or cancel the whole order. I'm a bit annoyed I couldn't just have the extra item removed but they did what they could to help :)
Had a truly horrible experience with the UK customer service - they were condescending and rude. Really made me feel anxious and like my complaint wasn't valid. Every email I received back from them it was clear that they were all sat around together laughing at my complaint as there were around 4 different people I had to communicate with. I would really advise nobody to buy from here - go on ASOS they're so friendly and nice whenever you have anything wrong with an order. ASOS is friendly towards all customers - not just the celebs you see on instagram flogging their material which they got for free (this is what PLT does). Instagram shows not a true side to this company so please don't believe it girls!
