Bought a Halloween costume. It was terrible quality and made TINY! I got a Large and I wear a Medium and couldn't even get it over my head! They try to steal your money. We have a Federal Trade Commission. Dispute it with your bank. We have to do our homework and stop buying from these awful foreign companies online. It's unethical to say you have a no refund policy when you're doing business in the U.S. If it doesn't fit and it's horrible quality and you get it back in perfect condition, you owe a refund! AWFUL!
I ordered a engraver back in February 2020. I understand it was delayed due to covid, no problem. I finally received it, late June 2020, and it was broken. The tip of the engraver is completely busted off. No shipping orders enclosed. Product was in a flimsy plastic wrap. I will NEVER order from here.
I would not recommend this site because I ordered some jeans and a pair of pants. The jeans were terrible quality for the price, they weren't as good as I thought the would be. It was cheaply produced and not good denim. Not only that but the smallest size was huge and my waist is 24 inches. It's not true to the size. The pants were also quite big around the waist despite them being the smallest size.
I decided to return the jeans but I had to pay $15 to ship them back! It was ridiculous. They should include in the details that it's not a free return which it absolutely should be. Do not buy from them.
I am very impressed with how quickly they answered my inquiry. I reached out and had a resolution within an hour. I didn't expect a response until the next day since I had sent the inquiry at around 8pm PST. PLT responded quickly and provided proper resolution. Thank you for acting fast and taking care of me!
I am never ever ordering for PLT ever again they I ordered a size x small in size 4 and they ended up giving me some long baggy $#*!ty looking jumpsuit and you know jumpsuit are stretching material so just imagine how much it stretches when your putting it on it looks disgusting and it seams that most of there clothes are for medium / bigger fatter women and they don't consider small women at all cause all there clothes stretch to look bigger than what they should be not satisfied
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, worst customer service team I've ever dealt with. Returned my parcel over a month ago and had no email about a return. There is no direct contact for customer service only an online chat bot & they make it impossible to talk to real person - and when you do they are extremely rude and unhelpful. Starting to think I'm not getting my £200 back.

Really disappointed with this site. I ordered 3 sizes of a dress to make sure one would fit (because I wasn't going to pay the $8.99 shipping twice). The size US 0 and US 2 were the SAME SIZE. Now I have to pay $4 return shipping to return the faulty dress and a few other poor quality items. So in total, I'll be out $12.99.
P.S. It's probably my own fault for ordering after seeing negative reviews about product quality. The items I ordered were all PLT branded items and they were awful.
It was my first time ordering from PLT. I returned a bodysuit that was too big on 02/20/18. After a couple of weeks, I noticed that I never got an email saying they received my return and I also never got a refund. I checked their website and it explained that it may take up to 30 days to issue a refund. I waited 30 days and never received a refund, so after I emailed them about 35 days after returning my bodysuit, they replied within 24 hours with an apology and issued my refund. I also ordered a really cute tank top for my 21st Birthday and loved it, but the top ran big, so maybe size down when ordering from this site.
I bought 3 things... material is too cheap, picture on the shirt worn out and pants oversized. Nothing like on the pictures, i am completely dissapointed. And the price was 50 eur, total waste of money. I will use the stuff for cleaning because they are not for wearing, not even in the house
I ordered a dress it looked completely different on the site, the dress smelled like Barbie doll clothes, fabric was cheap and thread was getting caught on my nails, dress was so tight and small I couldn't even get it over my head, I almost had an anxiety attack trying to take it off! Extremely disappointed. Ordered few items for holiday last week. The estimate delivery date meant to be 28th June. Yesterday I contacted the company about my order and they told me that my order has been cancelled because of some warehouse issues and that they will refund the money. Poor communication and the fact that i spend few hours going through their website to order few items that I like and it's getting cancelled… don't know what to say. I would advise not to order from the companies like that. Never had an experienced anything like that with none of the other clothing companies.
Just received such amazing help from Emma B. Sent a message late on a Saturday night and received a reply in just a few minutes! As what I was looking for was not in stock Emma then sent me a couple of suggestions similar to what I was looking for which was so helpful and saved me so much time. Makes such a difference getting not just one reply within a few minutes but a full conversation and it not spread out within a few hours. Had bad experiences with other online clothing site and getting a reply, I'll not make the mistake of going anywhere apart from plt.

I contacted them via whatsap and they had a different agent everytime. Everytime they didn't know what I was talking about and made me repeat. Went around in circles over and over. Got nothing resolved. It's such a scam. Def won't buy from them again and will not ever recommend. They don't have a direct number so you can speak with someone just a whatsap app that has random agents responding that can't see the messages from before. The biggest joke of all time/ they shouldn't be allowed to run a bussiness like this.

Its 2022, and i'm still waiting for an order i made in 2021 sometime in August. I've contacted them on their whatsapp service, given them my confirmed order number and am told time and time again to wait till a certain date for my order (which ofcourse never arives). I just recently WhatsApp'd them again and i get a notice saying their WhatsApp service will no longer be working by 31st Jan. I am super annoyed and disappointed.
Dont buy items on this company. They will get your money but will never deliver the items. Been waiting for my items since feb 25. Fully paid items. Contacted the courier and they told me they are waiting for PLT for the payment so they can proceed. Customer service just keep on telling me to wait and dont want to refund my money. This company should be shut down. If only I saw the reviews that are everywhere, i would have taken the warnings seriously. Ordered in mid Sept, with shipping 5-7 business days. After waiting an extra 4, the customer service rep told me sometimes there's custom delays so i had to wait another 5 days. After contacting Australia Post, they informed me the package had not been sent, and that this site is notorious for not delivering packages. When I followed up with PLT, I was offered a refund on shipping paid and asked to wait again until 11th Oct. If my dresses weren't received, they would process a refund. Of course, I still haven't received them and when I demanded a refund, they said they had to wait and see if the items would be delivered and to wait longer. What a joke. Will never buy from such a dodgy company and hope someone takes this warning seriously. Spend a bit more elsewhere and at least you stand a chance of actually getting something!
I ordered two dresses in UAE and a top almost a week ago. The material has a poor finishing down, the size is different from what I ordered. I can't even wear the dresses because of the small size yet I selected the appropriate size. I mean you guys post different things on site and deliver poor quality items really. Kept on calli ng the office to track my shipment. I hate the material of the dresses, the finishing, it's like you guys used reject materials to make the dresses. Hello, this was my first time ordering from pretty little thing. Unfortunately, I never received my package so I reached out to them through their text message option. When I reached out to them they told me that I will receive my refund on 12 December which is today and then I reached out today and they told me that they're trying to process if that something went wrong and ended the conversation I kept trying to text them back and they kept ending the conversation and starting me with someone new every time I would write something little. Their customer service is horrible they all kept giving me different dates of when I should be receiving my refund. When in reality, I was supposed to receive it the 12th of December. I am literally still going back-and-forth with them because they keep ending the conversation and making me start a whole new conversation with someone else.
Recently I made my first online purchase with PLT. Yesterday I received a package from PLT, however none of the items I ordered were in the package. They somehow managed to send me 9 WRONG items. I have now returned that package, and have provided proof via the ‘Madison Chat' as they asked. But now, instead of receiving the items I actually ordered, the person in the chat told me they were going to have to refund a number of items because they were now out of stock now. A number of these items were meant to be Christmas presents. This has been a very frustrating experience and the 'staff'/ bots are not helpful at all. I do not recommend anyone buy from this store, not worth the stress, especially if you are buying for someone else, or need the clothes by a certain date. Will not be buying from here ever again. Very disappointed
I placed an order on 5/28/20 and paid $9.99 for expedited shipping.
On 06/01/20 i received notification that my order has shipped. Here it is 06/09/20 and i still have not received my order. Each time I track my order I receive a message that the order has been delayed and there is no pending delivery date at this time. This was my first and last time ordering from PLT. I may have to file a dispute with my credit card company for the $100+ charge.
They never got me my items yet to me. First time said they were delivered they were to I was watching all day everyday. Still waiting on my 2 items I order and payed for. Thry said no refunds... so wrong if I don't get my items I paid for I need to be refunded. They said they resent out my. Packages still did not get. I think it has been one of the worst virtual pages in which I have bought clothes, I have a subscription in many and this one in particular handles ridiculous sizes, I am number 6 in pants, and the sizes that came to me seem to be for someone size 14, the sleeves of my ridiculous long jackets my height is 5.9foot and the sleeves seemed to fit someone 2 times my size.

Bought a Tshirt and dress that I've had to throw away because they can't be worn unless I want the world to see my breasts and cooch as they're practically see through
