Bought a Halloween costume. It was terrible quality and made TINY! I got a Large and I wear a Medium and couldn't even get it over my head! They try to steal your money. We have a Federal Trade Commission. Dispute it with your bank. We have to do our homework and stop buying from these awful foreign companies online. It's unethical to say you have a no refund policy when you're doing business in the U.S. If it doesn't fit and it's horrible quality and you get it back in perfect condition, you owe a refund! AWFUL!
I got a dress but in the wrong size (14) instead of a (12) but I noticed they don't change the length of clothing. The model was 5'7 it was at her mid-thigh I'm 5'2 it passed my knees, (obviously.) I'm not plus size but I'm thick. But still I thought okay they only make clothes for taller plus size women? What about short plus size? Everything will just be long asf on you.
Another thing it's like they lie about the material it's made out of, ladies check the product description I was looking through a few items of clothing they'll show "silk satin dress" but also say "100% polyester" I mean nun wrong wit wearing a lil polyester but still WTF PLT is expensive & I'm paying all this money just for "POLYESTER" like what is the material?
But the shipping took 3 days with express and return was good they refunded my money, I forgot how long it took tho.

My delivery date was Jan. 27th and jan.26th for two packages and it is Feb.6th and I have yet to receive a email or even tracking! I will never order from here again

Awful Service by Customer Care. No one can actually be bothered to look through the email threads, therefore you are constantly repeating yourself! Excuse after excuse as to why they cant refund. However tracking has been provided SEVERAL times with photos! 2x orders returned to your warehouse a month ago. Parcels signed for by a member of the warehouse team. Refusing to refund! STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES!
Every-time I order there's an issue… maybe this is my fault for not learning and ordering else where.
The latest saga… I ordered some items maybe 3 weeks ago now. That got split into two parcels for some reason and I received 2. There was no tracking available for my second parcel. Firstly I was told to wait a further week! They still didn't turn up. I was then told there had been a technical fault- after contacting again multiple times, no one knew what was going on and it felt like I was getting robotic responses rather than anyone reading the history of the chat and really helping. I then decided to order these items again (what a mistake)! My whole order is now late. Evri updated tracking on Monday to say they were expecting my order but no updates since. I explained the situation again to try and get it resolved and their response is Evri haven't updated their tracking please wait another 7 days! What?! Absolutely not ok!

Customer service is shocking. Take your money, don't deliver items, ask you to wait over 2 weeks for anyone to even think about helping you, no real explanations as to why this is happening EVERYTIME. Avoid!
I ordered 7 clothing items and a pair of boots back in November 3,2021. I paid $15 EXTRA for express shipping so it said it would arrive on or before November 9… The package just arrived TODAY, 3 MONTHS LATER. The package came with duck tape on it and the shoe box that had the boots was completely shredded. The boots were damaged and the clothes were STILL THE WRONG SIZE. What's even crappier is that they are going to charge me an additional shipping fee just to return items that they purposefully mess up on. This is a billionaire dollar company yet they can't even provide us better service and quality than a 99 cents store, an absolute scam. I've never been so distressed just to shop online.

So I ordered here for my Wife as I offer but her clothes from many different places. Fashion nova, Shein, Akira, etc. I decided to give pretty little things a try as I came across their brand a few times. After placing the other I did not get any update on the shipping literally until it was at my door step. Ok that may not be their fault but the shipping company. Now, when we opened the order 2 things were missing (a dress and the top to a matching set) and we also got something we did not order. Next, I would never think I would say that there's a company with less quality than Shein. Shein absolutely blows this place out of the water and is way cheaper. With Shein you know what you are paying for. This place was a lot more expensive and had sizing issues, hems splitting, like I seriously couldn't even believe it. When I brought this to their attention they replied with a link that didn't even resolve my issues. Then became unresponsive. At that point I decided to just cut my losses and take it as a lesson learned. Let me say my wife not myself are super super picky and snobby that we would complain about insignificant things. We have ordered plenty of things we didn't like after we got it and that's on us. But I am just posting this review to warn people that I literally could not believe the quality control issues here. And if you do decide to order from here do it at your own risk and know what you are getting yourself into.

Unfortunately, find another option. I can’t recommend this when there are much better options such as fashion nova, Shein, forever 21, and more that I have never had these issues with. Maybe this was a one off as this was my first order with them, but I won’t give them the opportunity to burn me again.

We ordered 13 things total, we’re missing 2 things and got 1 thing we did not order. Of these 12 things maybe 6 of them were decent quality. We ordered a mix of tops, shirts, and dresses.

This is my second time using this company and BOTH times have been a horrible experience. Their customer service team sucks and all they care about is taking your $ and delivering horrible service. I ordered an item they told me that the item was out of stock yet I see the item is still on their site and now they don't want to refund me my shipping for if I place a new order because I am going to have to pay the shipping fee again. I CAN GIVE YOU 5 OTHER SITES THAT SELL THE SAME THING AS THEM do not shop here unless you want to be treated like sh. And taken advantage of!

So I made three separate purchases in a few days apart. They have nice looking stuff. So I keep on ordering items. (Never thought of doing a review background check before, kinda wish I did)
Well the first item came and it was too small. I even checked with the size chart. I was going to do a return, but after paying for shipping to return it and the restocking Fee. It would cost me the same to ship it back. So I chalk that up to a loss. I am just going to have to resell it at a resale shop and hope to recover the loss money
The other two orders never came. This case one is even worse. It's been close to month now fighting with PLT. All I get is the run around red tape. I am going to be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
I say if your in a dispute with PLT take lots of screen shots and save all e-mails. Because your going to need them
Major Red Flags with PLT
One thing they have no phone number to contact them. Red flag right there any company that doesn't have telephones. Should not be in business, unless their are Amish based business.
Second thing I get the run around with their stupid robot message system and get no where.
Third thing by the time I reach them. They ignore my e-mails or their response is sorry for your troubles. Let me send this to my manager and that all I keep getting.

The dress is the only thing I got out of three separate orders and it will cost more to return the dress. With the cost to ship it to me. The cost of 4 dollars for post office to print a label and the cost to ship it back. I end up giving out twice as much as the originally cost.

I ordered from PLT recently and paid for express shipping, a few days after the expected arrival date I got in contact with someone from the customer service team who assured me my package would arrive in a week. A week later and still nothing. I took it upon myself to call FedEx, they informed me that when my package arrived in a certain state, the package was empty, I was appalled. I got in contact with PLT and they informed me that they can not take any further action until FedEx informs them of this issue, even though FedEx told me to have them get in contact with them. Complete SCAM.
I order a puffer coat and two pair of sweatpants from them on December 29,2020 & I also got express shipping which would allow my package to be here January 4th, 2021. It is February 7th, 2021 and I have yet to receive my package! I contacted the customer service through email and they told me to wait until January 24,2021 & they refunded me the money for express shipping. That date comes and goes, so I wrote them AGAIN in which they suggested I wait until February 8th. When I track the package it says it's being held in the UK and it's been saying that since January 19th, 2021. They have yet to refund me my money, the customer service is beyond horrible.

First of They raise they're prices then claim they have 50 percent off the website when you put the code in after "taxes and shipping " they're only taking off 10 dollar or less, number 2 i order the black wrap around one piece it came ripped until this day I have not have a chance to wear it! This is all after the fake dicount everything was 55.80 they charged me 73.00 dollars so basically i got charged 17.00 in shipping and taxes thats ridiculous! Then they put all the prices up and make it seem like they giving a discount go to Forever 21 they have a free shipping option if you spend more then 50.00 or h&m its free shipping if your a member even fashion is better!
