Bought a Halloween costume. It was terrible quality and made TINY! I got a Large and I wear a Medium and couldn't even get it over my head! They try to steal your money. We have a Federal Trade Commission. Dispute it with your bank. We have to do our homework and stop buying from these awful foreign companies online. It's unethical to say you have a no refund policy when you're doing business in the U.S. If it doesn't fit and it's horrible quality and you get it back in perfect condition, you owe a refund! AWFUL!

I placed an order with them a week ago and it arrived way ahead of schedule, which I was happy about. Then on the delivery day, I get a missed delivery slip from FedEx saying my package was now available for pickup and I needed an ID with the same address to pick it up. I just moved so my ID has my old address on it. I call FedEx to see if I can have the package redelivered and they said I had to reach out to the shipper. I try to reach out to Pretty Little Thing and the agent made it seem like they couldn't do anything and I needed to reach out to FedEx. I told them to cancel the order and they said they would reach out to the courier to have it returned. My question is: if they can reach out to the courier to have the package returned, why can't they reach out to have it redelivered? I guess they don't want my money.

I wish I saw all the reviews before I ordered. I missing 2 items from delivery, which they supposed to be delivered‍ Then I tried to contact the company pretty little thing via email, watsapp and also FB without succes. There is no answer, no comunication from their side even I tried all of it. Its not worth it the money an absolut mess. Very dissapointed...

The delivery is horrible( still waiting for my order).
The customer service THE WORST. No one can help, they stall you around so they can buy time.
They will start giving every time a new delivery date when you ask them where your order is.
Incapable to tell me if i am receiving my order or not. They leave you on read when they cant answer a question. WORST EXPERIENCE I DO NOT RECOMMEND! 1 KEEP YOUR MONEY IT IS REALLY NOT WORTH ORDERING FROM THEM. IT WILL GIVE YOU MORE ANXIETY THAN ANYTHING

Ordered 10 items a week before my birthday trip in August and didn't receive any shipping details at all the entire process and it is OCTOBER and still haven't received a thing or the shipping details are still none. Paid almost 100$ for 10 items that never even came. Customer service is not best either, computer generated and no help at all. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I ordered a bunch of dresses in US size 10. They get to me and they're INSANELY small. I literally said, these all look like a size 6. I just assumed I was a fat cow till it dawned on me to check their size chart.

The size chart says their US size 10 is exactly the size I thought I was buying, according to the measurements. So I measured the dresses; they sent me UK size 10s. That's a US size 6! What am I supposed to do with that?!? They even have the nerve to have all the clothes labeled as US size 10 when they're a US 6! Their quality control is GARBAGE.

They screwed me out of $380CAD.

For Context, Canadian PLT return policy is you use your own courier ( I used Canada Post) to send it to PLT third party courier (citilogistics) and that third party sends it to PLT UK.

I accidently bought a a package worth $380 without using any discount codes. With the discount code it would be $120. So I thought, no big deal, I'll duplicate the order and send back the $380 package. Once I sent it back on December 12, the third party they use to ship their packages confirmed it was delivered to PLT UK on January 12.
I emailed PLT 100x with no response. They literally ignore your emails. When they finally responded to me, they took one look at the tracking number and keep telling me it hasn't arrived and that they will not refund me. Canada Post when delivering a bulk of packages to a company at once, tend not to do a delivery stamp on each individual package. I tried to explain this to PLT and even took screenshots of my correspondence with Citilogistics (their third party courier) confirming that the package was indeed delivered to PLT. Instead they have ignored all my emails showing proof it was delivered and essentially stealing the money from me. It's almost February now and they refuse to refund me my money. Now I don't have the clothes and I am out almost $400 dollars on a broke college girl salary.
I've cried about this.

They work with the worst delivery company ever -Evri (used to called Hermes). I notified them multiple times that THE NEXT DAY delivery is never on time (still waiting for a parcel I ordered on Wednesday). It happens all the time but they don't seem to take it serious…

This was probably the worst online purchase ive ever made. I ordered the "AURIEL STONE JOGGER KNITTED LOUNGE SET" (in black, stone and pink) sweat suits in size small (im 5'3" and 125 lbs). What i received were 3 sets ALL DIFFERENT SIZES! An XL black bottom, an XXS pink set, and a "small" stone set. One was made in Bangladesh and the other in the UK. The knit was scratchy and poor quality thats like kinda see through and would make one cold in the wind. They have serious quality and manufacturing issues. AND YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING! (4$ A PIECE IN SOME COUNTRIES!). Luckily mine is free (in the US) but I will not be refunded for the 11$ express shipping I paid for originally with the purchase. They also do not have a customer service number so that whole process was sketchy and confusing. Overall do NOT waste your time or money with this company.

Its my firstime ordering clothes to this site because my aunt recommend me so i order a clothes there and it sayd delived yesterday and i never received any at all and i try to message them at facebook they only reply me 2 times i even messa he them at whatsapp and still the same thing im still waiting for there reply right now. I just want my refund so bad and i waited long just to get the clothes but didn't get one at all just wasted my money and 100% bad customer service

I ordered 2 dresses from this site first and last time buyer - the straps on the dress are so stretched out its pointless... 60 bucks for trash from China - do not buy from this site!

My order cost me $250+. Including my shipping payment $15+ for the package to arrive quicker but $#*! the package arrived over 9+ days later, which was way over the line. I complained to them about the package since I PAYED for that $#*!, which they completely ignored and didn't kept their word. Their customer service sucks, quality is cheap as we can all expect but what is unacceptable is my dress was used by a $#*! and it had period looking $#*! on the tag inside the dress and the dress itself had dog hairs all over the dress, it was DISGUSTING. Their stuff smell like allergy, I sneezed more than I have over a year while trying on the order. One of my accessories missing. The package didn't had a box and it was ripped and obviously that's why my accessory was missing. Do not buy from that $#*!ty company. I hope this company go bankrupt. This company beats you down mentally while waiting for package cause their customer service sucks and even after receiving the package I ain't satisfied, they are full of $#*!. Ripped package, used clothes, worst customer service, horrible packaging, missing products, they have a smell which causes a lot of sneezing. They are unacceptable and $#*! that boondoggle. I don't trust to return cause, I don't believe they gon give me my money back since they cheap enough to not return me my $15 I spent on shipping.

I was excited to finally order from PRETTYLITTLETHING considering that I see a lot of promo on social media. I wish I wasn't. This company is a whole mess for deceiving people. Poor quality, wrong sizing and wrong color are just a few things that were wrong with my order. I was excited because it's really hard to find the things advertised on sites such as PRETTYLITTLETHING or FASHIONOVA. I should have known it was going to be low quality but I just knew I was paying a fair price to receive good quality pieces. What was paid doesn't even amount to the work whatever sweatshop owner put into those pieces. I'm honestly flabbergasted at the fact it has so much positive press. Maybe some people are satisfied but as a woman that expected more, it's just wearable, maybe once or twice. Who knows!

It said on the checkout page that the total using a discount code was $60. That's including tax and shipping thanks to the discount code it said that it was applied multiple times. I clicked pay now next to the $60, and it gives me a confirmation page saying it charged me $75 when I didn't consent to paying $75. The only confirmation I have access to is WRONG, and I didn't agree to and they refused to refund me. DON'T SHOP HERE.

The customer service is great and the clothes are cute but DO NOT DEPEND ON THEM TO GET UR CLOTHES BY THE TIME YOU NEED IT. I ordered something in the 4th on standard shipping which is supposed to take 8-10 days for a very special event. It was supposed to come on the 17th and without telling me until I reached out the day before the event which was the 17th, they said my package has been held up. So then I am forced to find an outfit the day before my event. LIKE WHY ON HELL will they think it's best to tell someone something like that the day of, very unprofessional. I reached out and the said I will get in on January 6th. HEY ON HELL does it take more that 25 days to send an item please save ur money and order from literally anywhere else

I spent $190 and still had to pay for shipping. When I received the items, I was disappointed because of how thin the material were. I ordered hoodies, sweatshirts, sweats and turtlenecks. They were VERY thin. The seams are crooked, and the sweats, leggings and hoodies/sweatshirts catch pilling very fast (within two wears). The sizes are different if you get the same pieces of clothing. The cuffs for joggers are very loose and the leggings are huge around the ankles and others are very tight. There was no thought put into the making of the clothing. I ordered items for the winter but honestly, I would just spend my money elsewhere such as H&M where at least I know I would receive quality items and be happy. I was drawn to PLT because of their cute styles and unique designs but it's honestly just a scam tbh. I won't be ordering from PLT any longer.

Shipping was not much of a problem. I am very unsatisfies beause of the sizing. Even when you order your size, one part will fit but the other will be too loose. Dissapointing. The clothing isn't even THAT cheap like cmon man. Sizing is almost NEVER true, and something is off with the clothes always. Out of 5 things I ordered, only one was alright and the rest were very dissapointing. You even need to pay for return and that is very sad. The clothing should be nearly half the price given the quality. Only thing that is not terrible is the jewlery, but I don't know how long before the colour starts fading and before the clothes start pilling

I purchased Pale Pink Glitter Detail Wrap Midi Dress and Emerald Green Slinky Ruched One Shoulder Longline midi dress. The fabric is poor quality. The dress I received was discounted and originally $69USD and I got it for under $30USD but i expected the higher priced quality. Walmart i think has better quality if that gives you an idea. The dress fabric is hard, tough feeling, and there were snags and uncut threads on the dresses. The full price would probably be worth $15 USD.

I went back and forth on buying this shirt. But since I am a 90s girl and space jam is my favorite movie I decided after months it was worth buying. I ended up getting some 99cent feeling shirt and the Looney Tunes aren't like the ones in the pic my guy taz aiant here. He was THE one! Hate it.

What went wrong more like what didn't go wrong! This was my first order as a first time customer to deal with this company. I ordered "Lime and Dandy soap bars" paid for express delivery.
Firstly my package didn't arrive when it was supposed to and then when it did arrive it contained "unicorn bath bombs" labelled as Lime and Dandy soap bars. I got a load of apologies via messenger, email blah blah. I was told that when I returned the wrong items I had received that the correct order would be shipped only to find out that the Warehouse had refunded me already even though I had stated quite a few times that I didn't want a refund just the original order that I had placed with them, I didn't mind waiting a few more days. Then after apologies about that mistake they said that I could retry ordering the original goods that I wanted. In all fairness if this company had any ethics they might have considered as a good will gesture giving me my order, not, look for me to give them business that they can't be bothered fulfill. Now I am fair and will amend this review if they do the decent thing but I won't hold my breathe a positively horrible experience with PLT. I have all correspondence of my dealings with this company if anyone wishes to see it.

Avoid avoid AVOID!!!

My teenage daughter buys slot of clothes from here and has done for the past 2 years. I thought they were great until I started chasing a refund and discovered that I was still owed over £400 for unpaid refunds some over 6months previous even though I received an email saying they'd refunded me. Please check all your refunds have gone into your bank/PayPal account because mine didn't! After confronting them on Twitter they tried to deliberately confuse me and fob me off basically and delay. I seriously think they have a delay/don't pay policy and hope they get away with it. KEEP ALL YOUR RETURN POSTAGE RECEIPTS as proof because you'll need them.
