Bought a Halloween costume. It was terrible quality and made TINY! I got a Large and I wear a Medium and couldn't even get it over my head! They try to steal your money. We have a Federal Trade Commission. Dispute it with your bank. We have to do our homework and stop buying from these awful foreign companies online. It's unethical to say you have a no refund policy when you're doing business in the U.S. If it doesn't fit and it's horrible quality and you get it back in perfect condition, you owe a refund! AWFUL!
Placed me order and stupidly gave them my credit card. They call that theft in the USA. Scammer during the pandemic? Scum

Firstly, a bunch of racist people!
Secondly, I purchased 3 items in total and only 1 came. They claimed they refunded me for 1 items which I never seen any refund from them because they claimed they ran on the one item. I was expecting 2 items and 1 came. I reached out to them immediately through WhatsApp by sending them the item that I received. This foolish people kept asking over and over again what I had repeatedly told them. I was very clear on my messages. They requested for the invoice to verify if truly I got 1 item, I sent out the invoice and invoice OBVIOUSLY shows 1 item. They asked for address verification, mind you my address is on the invoice I sent them, I went to my account and sent them my order information which includes the address. This useless godforsaken company kept playing with me all along, one of the rep went as much as saying that I should ask my neighbor if they might have taken it. Are you dumb? How the hell would you give my package to someone without ID verification? Here they are again sending me a long $#*! useless terms and condition to confirm exactly what I told them from the beginning of my message. I was crystal clear on my message about me receiving one item.
They had a hard time believing me then went ahead to frustrate me by asking useless questions that I had initially explained to them.
I really hope this company burn in hell. Unprofessional set of human. Never again!

The clothes are pretty but the quality is a hit or miss. Also, the shipping is absolutely horrible and I was told to wait a WHOLE other month to get a refund for something I ordered a month ago.

I placed an order YESTERDAY on PLT I added my birthday code that they sent me in an email, It did not work. I emailed customer service to see if they would cancel my order, so I could resubmit it with the discount. They told me I could not cancel it and I would have to wait to get the package, ship it back ON MY DIME and ask for a refund. I AM APPALED. I literally placed the order LESS THAN 24 HOURS AGO!

I was having trouble with an order I made and Caitlin really helped me out and sorted it super fast. I shop with PLT all the time and I was really happy with the experience.
I had an issue with my order not being delivered. Special thanks to " Umar A" was real quick & assured me my funds will be sent back to my account.
I placed two separate orders with PLT for the same dress I wanted to wear to an event. The first order was too small, so I placed another order for the next size up. The dress came in 3 days with standard shipping within the US, great, but when I opened the package it stunk like disgusting BO. I pulled the dress out and went to try it on and the smell was even worse on the inside of the dress and then I realized the tag showed signs of wear with a big stain on the front to confirm. When I asked customer service for a replacement with two day shipping since this was now time sensitive, I was offered 55% off and was told to "GIVE IT A GOOD WASH"…? No thanks. I was sent a replacement, however, it was sent with standard shipping from the UK? Even though I'm in the US? Where PLT also has a warehouse and I would've received it within 3 days like I had before. No words to describe my frustration since I now have to scramble last minute for something to wear since customer service told me the dress from the UK showed delivery date for today and OF COURSE it's not here. Wish I could've left a review underneath the dress on their website but I guess now I know why there's no reviews option anywhere

I got 2 pairs of jeans and I got 2 more of the same kind to make sure I got the right size. 2 pairs of jeans was waaayy bigger then the size I ordered and then I got a crop top shirt and I ordered a XL and it came as a small tarrible tarrible I hate PLT the only thing they got right was a T-Shirt

I ordered form PLT second time now and Im really happy with their shop, clothes, shipping time. So far so good and Ill definitely buy from them again. Only thing that upsets me is when you change currency on their site, the price of the same products is different, see EUR/GBP price difffers way too much- See a photo of shoes I ordered for 35GBP (which is 39EUR), while they cost 49EUR when I selected EUR currency, thats 10 EUR difference, definitely not a conversion fee. I hope this will help those who didnt notice this before :)
WARNING Honestly the worst experience I have had with any online company. I am normally happy with PLT. The website took all details of my bank card to pay for my order, then the website refreshed to a page saying 'Oooops something went wrong with your order',
I tried again to get my order to go through, three times. Still it did not work until the fourth time when it eventually went through.
HOWEVER, I checked my bank and PLT has taken 150 pound FOUR Times leaving me without 450 pound. Their customer service has been appalling, nobody is willing to read my explanation and plea to get my money back. I have spent hours waiting for my banks to take my calls over the last two weeks, so not only have they taken 450 pound they have also caused a massive phone bill and offered no support of any support in order to help their customer. STILL I have no word from PLT or reassurance. Be aware when there is a 'technical fault' on their website to check your bank, because for me they took my money and are not willing to help me, I am still 150 pound times four down and I am still waiting on ANY form of clear and helpful communication (Ive tried twitter, their plt, WhatsApp, their facebook messenger, instagram and complaints).
I have never had a problem like this with any other brands such as boo hoo, misguided, in the style, nasty gal.

Wow where do I start? Well let me say I loved this company I've spent a lot of money with them however I had an issue placing order last night. I've placed an order last night and received two emails of confirmation meaning they charged me twice so I have two orders that's the same. They have this rule that they don't cancel or change orders right after it's done like every other company so now I've reached out 6times to get an agent to cancel this order that was not my fault before it ships I spoke to Matt t he said he sent an requested to the warehouse I wrote a review and Abbie contacted me via email and told me the same thing she also told me that she will give me a 45% off coupon for my trouble (which I've never received) I also spoke to zain he said if the request to cancel don't go through they will provide to me a free return label (which I have the proof for) so this morning I received a email that both the orders been shipped out I contacted agent and explained and Zakir sultan told me it's nothing they can do because they don't cancel orders and he also said I will have to pay to return even tho zain told me last night it would be free of charge to send back. This is a horrible company AND I WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER FROM THEM! THEY LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER!
