I had trouble with my order, so I messaged the pretty little thing fb account and got a reply within half an hour! Which was very helpful a life saving. Big ups to Heather and Jessica for helping me out!
Bought a Halloween costume. It was terrible quality and made TINY! I got a Large and I wear a Medium and couldn't even get it over my head! They try to steal your money. We have a Federal Trade Commission. Dispute it with your bank. We have to do our homework and stop buying from these awful foreign companies online. It's unethical to say you have a no refund policy when you're doing business in the U.S. If it doesn't fit and it's horrible quality and you get it back in perfect condition, you owe a refund! AWFUL!
I ordered from PLT, after ordering within minutes of ordering... I realized my shipping address was incorrect... I contacted Pretty little thing to let them know, the person informed me that they don't cancel orders and also I should let someone fetch the package where I shipped it by error... I notified the rep that I live in the Caribbean where I use a third party courier for all my us orders and that's impossible... they told me to provide proof that I live in the Caribbean which I did... the rep stated they would try to cancel the order and notify me but even after providing proof... hours later I received an email saying the order was shipped... soo then this site is just so disgusting... I cannot change the shipping address as they told me once an order is placed it cannot be changed! Even after providing proof that I live in the Caribbean which they asked for... that was useless because the packaged was still shipped to the incorrect address on the same day. After I spoke to the customer service representative which was just unbelievable like 3 hrs after. Soo why waste my time contacting them in the first place... soo apparently the site doesn't allow human error... soo it shouldn't be allowed my money. This is the first and last of me buying from PLT... and advise persons who are human to not buy from them... and the worst part is after I said thank you when the rep said they gonna cancel the order... I got a reply saying instead of saying thank you which will hold up the que to answering other people's request I should fill the survey. Wow just wow. Soo common courtesy is not accepted either... But is completed the survey alright... I filled what they deserve... not even a one star... DONOT BUY FROM THEM... Hella expensive and not worth it

Most items are way too big it is absolutely unrealistic for them to fit an average person. I ordered some pants and the legs were like 4ft long
I thought my package was misplaced - it wasn't, but PLT was very easy & sweet about attending to my needs. Melody was a great help!
