Bought a Halloween costume. It was terrible quality and made TINY! I got a Large and I wear a Medium and couldn't even get it over my head! They try to steal your money. We have a Federal Trade Commission. Dispute it with your bank. We have to do our homework and stop buying from these awful foreign companies online. It's unethical to say you have a no refund policy when you're doing business in the U.S. If it doesn't fit and it's horrible quality and you get it back in perfect condition, you owe a refund! AWFUL!

I'm not really one to write negative reviews however I think this store is so over hyped and an honest review is warranted. I Purchased 4 items in size 6 from the site- one formal dress, one cocktail dress, and two going out shirts. The fit was inconsistent across the board with some items fitting more snugly while others were baggy. That being said- the fit wasn't my main issue with the products. My issue is how cheap everything not only felt but looked. I would normally say "you get what you pay for" but the pricing on the site is what you would expect to pay in the mall so that doesn't really apply. Don't be fooled by the images on the site, the product is simply NEVER going to be worth it. I have learned my lesson: Never trust a store that makes you pay for returns, it shows they don't even believe in their own product.
I am trying to exchange items, went on the website to print out a label and it is not allowing me to click on the link. Tried to contact them and that feature doesn't work either. Tried to contact them via email and it states that my email cannot go through. They send me the wrong size and now I cant get a hold of them? This is very frustrating considering I almost spent 100 dollars. Never again...

I have ordered from PLT on several occasions and each time the experience is THE WORST. The clothes are made or the cheapest quality, the stitching is horrendous, it's just a disaster. I have ordered a bikini that was totally see through, not lined. I order a few shirts, all of cheap quality. I ordered a pair of jeans which I will admit were quite cool and earrings that were good quality. Overall experience was awful. When I tried to return these low quality items the return system is a disaster so I actually ended up keeping everything because it wasn't worth the effort and hassles they were giving me. They fool people by using well known influences as ambassadors to make the brand seem me luxury than what it is. They use all that money into marketing instead of delivering well put together clothes. I will never order from them again.

I bought 3 items from this company and only received 2 items. One of the items I received had a quarter-sized hole right in the butt… so basically, I paid for 3 items, and only received 1 that I can actually wear. Another thing worth noting is that the material of their clothing is thin and cheap. Spend your money elsewhere.

The prices appeared at fifty percent off during my entire shopping experience. At check out upon paying the price randomly jumped up to full price. I emailed them screen shots of the item prices appearing online and explained that they charged me full price to my cc they refused to fix it stating that their prices fluctuate. I asked them to cancel the order and they said no. They said I can only have my money back if I pay out of pocket to return the items. Horrible scam! Do not purchase from here!
I would not recommend PLT to anyone other than people I want to antagonize. I spent a LOT of money on PLT after the holidays. I then paid for express shipping. It was meant to get there in a week, which seemed a bit long for express, but I let it go as it's understandable since shipping is so behind. I wish that I could tell you about the quality of the clothes, but I can't because I never got them! Their customer service team is incredibly hard to find and when you finally find their Facebook (which I think they purposefully make hard to find so you can't complain), they send you the same thing over and over again. They have continually pushed my delivery date back, to the point where I have just asked for a refund because this is ridiculous. Buy clothes somewhere else. PLT is a waste of money AND time.

I purchased 2 hats from this company. The day I received the hats I tried them on and they did not look good on me. I returned the hats the same day June 25/21 having to pay another $18.68 with a tracking number. I also let the company know that I was returning them. All I want is my money back for the hats $49.99. They received the hats back but have not sent me back my refund. I just want people to know how disappointed I am and to think before ordering anything from PrettyLittleThing because they have a horrible return policy, and you will not get your money back!

I have recently lost a lot of weight and am wanting to enjoy my new body on my birthday. I ordered 2 dresses from PYT. I ordered a size 12. The regular shipping said it would not come until 9/23, which is my actual birthday but I needed the dresses for my party. So I spent the extra on shipping. I received my order in about 3 days. I tried on both dresses and they fit and are so flattering! I am always worried that online clothing wont fit but these dresses look fantastic. I also found a code on retailmenot.com and was able to get 40% off of my order. So everything, including shipping, was only like $60. Very pleased!
I loved this store until they scammed me with $1,178.54 back on last December for Christmas. I placed in an order only some items arrived and some not. After this giving me a refund of 288.00 they charged me $1,178.54 for no purchase only because they wanted to steal my money they also have horrible customer service. First time ordering and I'm so disappointed. The quality of the clothing is poor, the fabric is so thin and see through, is poorly made and looks very cheap, just doesn't worth your money. I could never wear what I bought, it seems that they will fall apart if I do (except the two tops that I ordered, everything else is poor quality). I will attach pictures of the worst piece I received (it is a skirt), I will also attach the picture of the website of what I ordered.

I ordered 4 pairs of pants, different ones, all size 12. And when I finally received my package, not only were all of my clothes incorrect, they were all 16!
I then went to talk to someone about it and there customer service was HORRIBLE! I spent $110 on these and not only will they not give my money back, they want me to pay $4 a pair of pants for a refund to send back to them! What is this! Should have listened to everyone who said not to buy from them. I ordered 9 things and when I got my package it contained 5 of them. Contacted them via FB and they told me as it says they sent it all on there system it's a "to bad so sad" kinda thing and they can't do anything.
I then emailed them and 4 days later received an email saying they resent some items (ones I already received) and I can expect them in January!

The shirts i purchased were horrible quality. I got a white cropped tank top and it was completely see through and a super thin material. I also got an orange crop top and that was a super uncomfortable and scratchy material and the sleeves bunched up in the armpit area and made it painful to wear. I got 2 skirts as well and these were pretty decent quality, but i will for sure be returning the shirts. Prettylittlething is extremely overpriced.
I made a return back in February and until this day i have not received neither store credit nor my money back on my credit card. 4 month later and i have nothing, neither a response, refund, item returned nor store credit. My USPS receipt indicates that the package was received. I send the package within the time frame for me to be able to have the money credited in my bank. I've been ordering from PLT since 2020 and they always had fast delivery. My problem with the online store is you can't cancel orders, you can't change a minor detail nor can you talk to customer service over the phone. I tried to cancel an order that i just placed and they told me i couldn't because they have people working on it. Last time i checked as long as my order has not been shipped out yet i still have time to cancel an order (the order still said processing). Also when talking to "customer service" all you get is an automated response. So safe to say I'm going to stick to shein.

This company has horrible customer service and screwed up my order! I ordered boots from PLT on Feb 5 2018. My package arrived on February 12 2018. I opened the package and there was only one boot in the bag! With an invoice from January 20 2018! On the invoice from January 20 which is clearly someone elses invoice, someone had written in pen "only one boot". I then e-mailed them about my experience and now I have to drive 1 hour from my house to drop off the package and wait for them to refund me. What a joke, never ordering from here again. So many better sites then PTL, waste of time and money!
