My daughter decided to attend homecoming the week before the dance. She found a pretty dress on Promgirls site. We paid extra for expedited shipping & crossed our fingers that it would arrive on time & be a quality dress. We were not disappointed! The dress fit like a glove & was gorgeous on my daughter! She was very happy with her choice!

A dress was purchased using their sizing chart. The dress that arrived was beautiful. The size was wrong. It did not match their sizing chart. The promised a full refund including freight then once returned, without a phone call or email. They credited for product less 10%. For $9.00 they guaranteed themselves no repeat business.

After reading several reviews and being apprehensive, I purchased a dress for my wedding. I could not be happier! The dress shipped the next morning as promised and arrived quickly, without expedited shipping. The quality is excellent and it is the brand I ordered, not a knock off. I tried the dress on in a local retail store and ordered from Promgirl because of the competitive price. It's an exact fit. We all know that when ordering a formal gown, you will likely need to have it altered unless you're tall or have very high heels. So the long length was not a surprise.
The Promgirl website was very clear about which items are final sale, nonreturnable and which aren't. Since purchasing my wedding dress, I have ordered two other dresses. Both are a good quality, cute, and a fit great! You won't go wrong with your purchase from Promgirl!

I ordered my prom dress from promgirl 2 months ago and received it only yesterday, the expected shipping date went from the next day (when I first ordered it) to being delayed 5 times with no explain action. Other than that no issues, the dress came in perfect. It was exactly like I tried it on in a different dress store, and was a real jovani dress.

Disappointed as my daugher return a dress and now she is being told it cannot be found and an investigations is happening with UPS. We have order dresses for her on this site and she has kept them and service was great. Now that we had to return her dress and not getting another, we are having issues. Never have had this happen with any other online company we have return products to.

The dress was perfect for my daughters formal and the shipping was super fast. I actually had to return the first dress we purchased due to it being too long and ordered a new one all within a week and a half.

The dress doesn't fit properly in all areas. We have to have alterations done to it so it will fit her properly. The skirt seems to run small so that has to be taken out and the top runs big so that has to be taken in. And it isn't my daughter's body shape either. She is your average 15 year old athlete.

The dress was beautiful, but will absolutely not take a return past 7 days. I bought my daughter a dress in 2 sizes and she didn't wear the larger size, but because it was just past the 7 days and the dress is sold out, I had to eat the $100. BAD business!

I was so scared about buying dress from this site. I read all this bad reviews, but I tried to order the dress. It was the best thing in my live. I'm from Czech republic and the dress arrived after a week! Amazing. It was in the sale, where is no chance to change it or return it. Nevermind, I bought it, and it's absolutely beautiful and it fits perfect! 5 stars, I can absolutely recommended this site to everyone!

The shopping experience is very easy with this site. However, their return policy could be cheaper.
I am purchasing and about to return an earlier purchase and I am being charged $16.90. That is how much I am losing on my earlier purchase of $89.
Zappos is so much better and doesnt charge shipping either way

I ordered a dress from prom girl and what i received was not what i ordered. The material looked awful and to add the pain to the wound, they charged me to return the product, a whole $8! I mean come on. If you want to keep your customers you need to scrape that return policy. I dont think Ill like to shop here again.

I ordered one dress for my daughter in a size 8 (she is usually a 6) and the 8 didn't fit. We returned that dress, paid shipping and a restocking fee. She ordered another dress in a size 10 and it was too big. We returned that dress and paid shipping and restocking fees. In the future I wont buy from here as I lost a lot of money from my returns, I will order from somewhere with free returns and no restocking fees...

I took my daughter to prom girl to get a dress for her eighth-grade graduation. When I walked in I was immediately overwhelmed by all the dresses. But when I saw the system they had and then Mirka approached us to help us... it became an amazing experience. We were in and out with our purchase in under 30 minutes. We told Mirka what we were looking for she brought us right to the area. We identified the type of dress we wanted... she went in the back and found a similar one in the size we needed and boom poof we were finished. Thank you Mirka for making this a special experience for my daughter and I. Promgirl is lucky to have you.

I would NEVER purchase a dress from a store that only offered store credit. They only offer you that for 10 days and then after that you get zero back! Horrible store policy and the employees are very rude!

You have only 7 days from delivery to decide if you want to return. If you return, they deduct 10% if you want a refund. To get full amount you have to accept a store credit. After 7 days, you get nothing. Of course, you pay for the shipping to return.

The site says it is "standard" to have a no-return policy for special occasion dresses. David's Bridal has a 14-day return policy and I will shop there from now on.

The dress turned out so cute and just as promised! Im 53 and worried I would have to alter the length but with not too tall heels it all looks perfect! Not having to spend a fortune on a prom dress and it turning out cute and as promised is the perfect combination.

They have very rude costumer service. I would not recommend at all. They shipped my dress later than 1-3 days. I then got my dress late and am not allowed to return or get compensated for it. It was my senior prom and I had to go out the day off to get a dress that I would actually have in time. They did not care at all and do not help.

In love with my dress and definitely will be buying more from this website. I live overseas and got my dress with in a week and that is something you cant say from a lot of websites especially for overseas orders.

Only 7 days to return the dress. No partial refunds or store credit. Absolutely refuse to help the customer in any way. Simply state that customer agreed to the terms so they are unwilling to help. Sad way to do business!

I love promgirl! That is the only place my family and I get all our dresses from. We have bought over 20 dresses and all have exceeded my expectation, they were all just as pictured and even better. The delivery is also great always comes very quickly. Love love love promgirl!

I ordered a dress for my wedding day. Unfortunately I forgot that the wedding was three days away so I did the express shipping. Customer service was very helpful and nice making sure that I would receive my dress the day before my wedding. When I picked up my dress I was very amazed it looked exactly like the picture. The dress was true color to what it looked like online. The dress is exactly what I ordered. As well as the dress is amazing quality for the price. This dress got out in one week, Hands down good impression with my shopping experience.

I HIGHLY recommend Promgirl if you are looking to buy a dress from their site, as they are very reliable and very professional! I live in Canada and even though they ship from the US, my prom dress got here SO fast! The first dress I ordered was too small (so if your in between sizes, go with the bigger size trust me!) so I had to send it back and order a size up. The staff there (the chat line as well as the call line) are VERY nice and they helped me so much and answered every question I had and got back to me right away. One of the chat line girls even worked late for me to make sure I got my situation with the returning dress sorted out! In only 4 days, I had my new dress with the help of the staff, and its absolutely stunning. The quality of the dress is amazing. Promgirl is my hero.
