Im happy with the dress i got! Brand was lafemme, sizing was correct and looked like picture. It came in 9 Days which i spose is really good since i love in australia! So relieved it all was okay

This website is AWFUL. They sent me the wrong dress and then refused to do anything to help me. When I asked for the dress that I did order, they were out of stock. TERRIBLE customer service- they do NOTHING to help you. DO NOT order anything from this website.

Love the dress... but, it is not true to size. I had to spend an extra $120 to make extra room in the top area as it was too tight. Even though I measured her and bought the size I was told.

I ordered this dress roughly a week before my prom the dress got here on more than enough time! I'm in love with my dress I was a great fit really satisfied with my order

I love it! It was a perfect fit affordable and got here fast. The only downfall is that the zipper gets stuck but nothing is blocking it. Other then that it's perfect!

I bought 2 dresses for homecoming. I ordered a size up since I was unaware of how it would fit. I got a large, normally Im a medium or small in just about everything. The first dress I ordered didnt fit A LARGE so I sent it back. I bought another dress, the same size and it fit the first time I put it on THE NIGHT OF THE DANCE I put the dress on and the zipper broke. Completely ruined my night, incredibly disappointed. Never buying from promgirl again.

I was worried the dress would be one of those online shopping horror stories but it was the complete opposite loved the material and how perfect the fit was

They suck and the dresses on the site are not the same brand that are delivered to you! Also cheap material and horrible service. Highly disappointing.

I wish I would have come here before purchasing a dress from this site. I ordered a small and it did not fit my daughter. I had to send it back (within their short time frame), which I did. I had to pay the $8 shipping fee and then either choose to get store credit or lose 10% due to their restocking fee. Ok, I accepted that, but when I tried to place a new order getting a medium, they would not let me use the coupon I had used when I placed the original order. They said the coupon had expired. I explained numerous times that it was just to get the same dress, a larger size. He flatly told me there was nothing he could do and there was no discount he could give me. Then I asked for a manager and he chuckled and said, 'ok, hold on'. After holding for a bit, I hung up. I called back and got someone else. They told me the same thing and then said the manager just told her that there were no coupons and they couldn't help me. I'd have to pay regular price. She wouldn't even let me talk to the manager. I have actually never had such awful customer service from a company before and will never order from this company again. I will make sure my family and friends are aware of all the trouble and horrible service. (Not to mention the dress did feel very thin and cheaply made.)

My dress was so so beautiful it was even better than the photo it got here so fast only downside was how expensive importing it to Ireland was but thats out of their hands

I bought my dress Thursday night, I pay $30 shipping for next day delivery, the dress never came, I'm hopping they will realize how disappointed I am my event is tomorrow and I noticed that, bec you have bunch of questions when do you need the dress for. What event, these that, naw I seriously have and insult from you guys my dress would be delivers on Monday, I payed $30 for next day. So since Thursday night to Monday its gone be 5 days, I should not be paying at all for shipping than, but naw I want a full refund I payd extra money to get it on time, never came, si disappointed in neves shopping with u guys and I'm desputing my credit card with my bank if you don't give me money back

My dress is perfect. Perfect size and beautiful beading. Looks exactly like the picture. Shipping was a week late but the dress was worth it. This website is not a scam!

So my friends have ordered homecoming dresses off of Promgirl and they all had good experiences (the dresses came in a reasonable time, they looked exactly like they did online, etc). I did however read some horrible reviews regarding bad customer service and slow shipping. Anyways, I decided to listen to my friends and order from this site. I ordered my dress in January (my prom is in may) to alleviate the stress of it not coming on time or not fitting me. The dress came in about 4 days (I didn't even pay for fast shipping) and it looked exactly as it did online. I'm 5'10,34b, and 135 lbs- I ordered a size 4 and it was perfect. I love the dress and have only positive reviews for this site.

I'd also like to add that their customer service was great. The day before, I had accidentally ordered a couple dresses that I didn't mean to order. I emailed customer service saying that I had to cancel the order, and they replied within 45 minutes (even though it was a Sunday) and canceled it right away. In all, I'm so glad that I already have my prom dress and I'll definitely be using this site again.

The clothing was very cheap material, it looked nothing like the picture, very disappointed. The zipper got stuck the first time I tried it on, and there was a rip by the zipper. I want my money back

This is my daughters last High School prom and this is the perfect dress. She fell in love when she saw it. It is very beautiful in person. Shipping was fast.

This is the second time buying a prom dress from PromGirl, the dress was absolutely gorgeous as expected. I am planning on buying a graduation dress real soon.

We used the sizing chart and gown came perfect just as pictured. My daughter looks amazing in it. Ordered it and it shipped the next day. We had it in a weeks time.

Ordered dress TWO months prior, didn't get the dress till a day after, THEN when we did get the dress the sewing for top was uneven. I have bee taking with them for 5weeks for the process of refund. I have sent them pictures of what was wrong with dress, they asked if I get a seamstress. Now this is what they messaged me back.
Please return the dress back to us, the return shipping cost should be about $60, if you can keep the dress, we will provide you with a partial refund.
Please advise, if you want to return it, we will provide you the return address.

So I ordered a dress and I looked at their size charts turned out the dress was 2 sizes too big and the other dresses weren't going to deliver in time!

Ordered dress for my daughter's 8th grade dance. Dress arrived in a timely manner. Dress was a perfect fit! (Did go up one size due to other reviews; glad I did)
