I had a wonderful experience! I ordered a size too small the first time (my fault) and the refund process was fast and easy. The new dress fit my daughter perfect and was even more beautiful than the picture.

My daughter had a prom dress and 2 days before prom the zipper broke. We found one on promgirl.com and had it over-nighted to us (across the US) and it got there as promised the next morning. It fit and was just perfect. Their customer service is wonderful and has later hours than normal business hours, so I could actually talk to a real person about my order. Promdress.com was a lifesaver for our prom.

The dress fits my 511 daughter perfectly in both the body and the length. It is very flattering and very pretty. I could not, however, get the zipper open to take the dress off of the hanger for her to try it on. After struggling to open the zipper while the dress was on the hanger, I have yet to get it completely zipped while she has it on as I am afraid the zipper will break before she even wears it for the first time.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered a dress and it was wayyyy big even though I followed the sizing chart so I had to send it back and pay for shipping and I am still currently waiting for my "exchange code". I chatted with an online representative about questions regarding a new dress I wanted and she'll say one thing and then say another contradicting the first thing. I had to correct her many times. Its like she doesn't know what she's talking about. The event I need it for is quickly approaching and they couldn't be any less help. I should've stayed away like all these reviews warned. Its also ridiculous to pay a "restocking" fee as well. I am beyond angry at this company. Do not order unless it says "in stock" and you are 100% sure that you are ordering the correct size/dress!

I saw the my dress on promgirl and loved it so much. I was aware of the non return policy, which was fine by me seeing as I could have it tailored to fit. I payed for 3-7 day shipping. The product was shipped the next business day after I ordered it, and I received it after three days. It was the same dress, size and color that I had ordered, however I was very disappointed, as my dress was not at all like the picture. The stitching was very bad and falling apart. The fabric was cheap and ripping at the ends. The elegant patterns on the bottom of the dress were hidden by layers and layers of puffy material, and the elegant patterns on the top of the dress didn't match the picture. The dress did not fit, which was expected due to my exceptionally small bust. It looks like I bought it for five dollars at a costume store, and now my homecoming is ruined! I will have everything possible changed about this dress. I am very disappointed.

Bought my daughter a gown from this website. I was apprehensive because of the negative things I've been hearing about it. But due to my daughter's insistence, I bought what she wanted. When the package arrived, a gown with rips and torns presented itself! When i read their returns and exchange policies, they were ridiculous! 10% restocking on all refunds?! You use their shipping label and they will deduct $8 from the price of the item?! All items marked "store credit only" & "final sale" are non-refundable?! I'm not even sure IF their website is secure! IN SHORT, PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Products are not what they appear. Photos are not accurate I chose what I thought was a silver embroidered dress turns out it was washed out green red just awful. Took long time to arrive then was unable to return. Very poor

I highly recommend the Prom Girl company for any occasional attire. I ordered the dress on a Monday night, and the dress arrived on Wednesday of the same week.
Thank you Prom Girl for making my daughter senior prom selection a success.

Customer service was great, the quality of the dress was grea, the fit was perfect, the look was magnificent and my daughter looked amazing.
And if I had to do it all over again PromGirl will be my first pick.

We ordered a black beaded body con dress and guessed at the size. It fit perfectly and was everything we hoped. The dress was well lined and the embroidery and beading work was high quality and the result was a perfect prom night!

My prom is in two weeks. I ordered a dress from prom girl and got it 2 DAYS AFTER I ORDERED! This site not only got my size correct the color was just like the picture! AND it was long enough for my height! Perfect perfect PERFECT! I recommend this site 100%. If you think this site is a scam, here's your proof! I absolutely adore my prom dress! Also there customer service is very nice and they help very much. They aren't bad on prices but it's not cheap in any sort of way!

I had horrible issues with other companies that ruined my orders and treated me nasty. 5 days before my prom I was dressless and overly upset that this is what my senior prom was going to turn out to be. I found a dress and had a few questions about it, shipping, and sizing. I spoke to a live representative very easily and they lead me to the dress of my dreams. The dress shipped in 2 days and their fastest shipping costed only $30, I was amazed. Thank you promgirl, for saving my senior prom.

We ordered a prom dress and received it in perfect condition within a week. The dress is well made and as pictured. We followed the size chart and ordered the size based on the largest measurement and the fit was perfect. The only alterations needed is the length. It is very long to accommodate tall girls. We are very happy!

I ordered this dress for a wedding. Good quality and the size was a true fit. I'm giving this a review 4 stars because I had to return the dress and I had to pay the shipping. With all the money these dresses cost, shipping should be free for returns.

This was my first time buying a dress online and it turned out great. Im a 4 normally, but i ordered a large because i didnt know how it would turn out because you can take away you just cant add material. The dress isnt flimsy or cheap looking at all and for the price i couldnt beat it. I do however have to get it altered because I ordered a size up, but if you are scared to order it, dont be!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I ordered my daughters Prom Dress at the last minute on March 28. I was told it would ship that day and I would have it by Monday. I was a little worried after reading some of these reviews up here but the dress arrived Monday Morning and was we couldn't be more satisfied. It fits perfectly and looks just like the picture. I would reccomend ordering from this company.

I ordered the dress using the size chart. My daughter is a size 2. We ordered small because it said size small was a 2-4. The dress was too short, way too small. We were unable to use. Had to mail back and had to pay the restocking fee. Very unhappy.

Bought a dress for my daughter to wear for a party, it was too big! Returned it for a smaller dress outside of the time frame allotted for return. Due to extenuating circumstances and a death in our family, the dress was not worn to no party. Prom Girl would not return the dress for full refund because it was outside of the return policy and knowing the circumstances of the return. This is pretty sad, it's all about the money for Prom Girl not about the customer. Will not shop here again!

Steer clear of this company, I ordered my daughter's dress from them last year and they just charged my account a "VIP" club membership charge! A year later, and under a different name. When I called to find out who was charging my account, I got some call center in the Phillipines. The dress was fine and we had a favorable impression of this company, but now I will be sure to warn everyone I know with a daughter to NEVER order from these leeches. If you have ordered from them in the past, check your account, you may be in for a surprise.

I will never buy another dress from them for as long as I live. I bought a dress for my brothers wedding. I didn't care for the way it looked or felt on me. When I started to fill out the return slip, it said I had to get an RA number from them directly. When I went online to get the RA# they informed me I was past the 5 day return limit and refused to give one to me. No where on the return slip does it say ANYTHING about needing to do it in 5 days. Be weary of buying from them.

I ordered a dress 22 days ago and received it 15 days ago. I tried it on and it looks nothing like the picture, it was also huge on and I used the size chart so i was surprised when it was that baddy and loose on me. I went to return it today and it says I waited too long to return it. Before buying the dress I chatted with someone on the site about returns and they never mentioned anything about a time limit. Never will I use this site again and my friends will not either

My daughter was in a bad car accident and has been homebound. She has had in home Physical Therapy and the HS even has a teacher coming to our house so that she can graduate on time. Bad enough she is missing her Senior year Prom! The dress has been hanging in my closet with the bag on it and the original tags!

I ordered a dress from there and when it finally came in it looked like a twelve year old made it. The color was faded and the fabric was cheap. It was horrible quality. Thankfully, I returned it on time. It was horrible.
